Week 4: Growth Spurts and New Challenges Continued Growth and Health As we move into the fourth week, the plants are showing impressive growth. Their leaves are a lush, vibrant green, and the stems are becoming stronger. The transition to the larger 11-liter fabric pots has clearly paid off, providing the roots with ample space and better aeration. Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training. They are growing rapidly, with new leaves appearing almost daily. The stems are thickening, and the overall structure of the plants is robust and healthy. The combination of a stable environment, appropriate nutrient levels, and diligent care is proving successful. Start of week 5. Taking shape I guess. Don't like what's been done to her but I'm commited now. I think she is okay leaves are a little dryer then I think they should be. I'm not sure if it's all the torture she had to endure at my butcher finger tips but I will watch her over the next few days. Last day of week 5.. day 34 tidy up of the main line and removing all growth below second nodes on the mainlines. Gonna let them rest while i decide if we go for 8 or 16. Stay safe everyone. Cut out all the nitrogen from the Biogrow and Algamic nutes, the plants are well into the late stages of flower, expecting to be flushing later this the week, leaves are yellowing as the plants get to the end of their life, however the buds are getting to be a respectable size. I couldn't resist and had a pre-harvest taster, cut some of her bottom bud, dried and decarboxylated them in the oven, toked in my new 8" bong. Needless to say i was very happy with the results. Pleased with this strain alot so far. 12 /12 Administered the ladies a Molasses flush. 1 tsp Molasses, 8 ltrs filtered water, 2 ltrs per plant.

Alright all, it's been awhile since I've been able to update so I have a couple weeks to catch up on. Unfortunately my cheap phone was having issues last week and I had to do a deep clean and got rid of some photos, photos I though I'd uploaded to my drive that I actually hadn't. I seriously could have kicked myself. But thankfully I at least have a video instead of nothing. So on August 1st I got some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a mushroom farmer down the road. I crumbled the blocks around the base of each plant and watered them in. The purpose of putting the blocks down is that they still have live mycelium in them, and the mycelium creates a symbiotic relationship with the cannabis plant and it's root structure. The cannabis roots can only take up so much surface area, but the mycelium can take up the space the roots do not and form a network where in exchange for sugars the mycelium will provide nutrients for the cannabis plants. Also, watering with the molasses gives the mycelium the sugars it wants. I'm sorry I don't have more pictures, I wasn't even thinking when I was cleaning up my phone because I was so frustrated with it (there's a reason LG stopped making phones recently). It's just been wayyyyyyyy more busy than I expected or wanted it to and I've had hardly any time in the garden. It's all this rain! Last year I was complaining about how there wasn't enough rain, now this year there's plenty of it. When I'm not doing Garden stuff I'm working part time with my husband doing landscaping and tree work, which includes mowing lawns. Last year with the drought we were mowing lawns maybe every 2 weeks. This year it's every 4-5 days. It's crazy.

What a fun run this was ! These Ogreberrys finished up from 81 days to 102 days with nice hints of gassy , sour purple , sweetness and glistening with frost! These ladies will cure up for a month an will be ready to test out ! So much fun , I highly recommend this strain if your looking for some oooy gooohy resiny grape smelling nugs !

Veramente incredibile, la quantità di tricomi è indescrivibile! L'odore e fortissimo le cime sono durissime!!! I tricomi sono tutti bianco latte...finiró la settimana e poi inizierò a fare il risciacquo finale!!! Non vedo l'ora di assaggiare questa prelibatezza di fast buds!!! Day 29-35 I installed the net cuz they got big very fast at this point and also tall so thats the perfect time to use a net. It makes LST very easy. Also i dont really know what to write here always, so if u guys have any questions to the genetics or whatever just let me know i am lost in those comments here hahaha

420 Fastbuds Week 9 Amnesia Zkittlez Auto Hello Growers young and old, far and wide. Week 9 for these 2 gorgeous ladies. Definitely getting close to chopping them the trichomes are mostly cloudy with a few amber. I'm looking for 70/30 of amber to cloudy. The smell is super strong and flowers are dense to the touch. All in all Happy Growing.

Really fun plant to grow out I got just over a quarter pound dry, I really dig the taste of this lady like a pastry of some kind with a cherry finish. Over all excellent finished product very pleased about it.

She hasn't stopped growing yet, that's another 10cm this week. Really really visible for my top to neighbors.. 😂 Now I'm just at a point where it's like fuck it, whatever happens happens. She's not stacking as good as I hope on the top four colas. For my taste there's too much space between each node. The bottom growth isn't getting that much light anymore but there's some little bud sites.. No smell yet but I'm guessing that'll kick in next week. That's it for this week. 09/02/2022 - Everyday raining . No water and no fertilizer. She still look fine . 09/04/2022 - Transition from Vegetative to flowering Fertilizer this week 1) General agricultural fertilizer{ (N-P-K) 21-21-21} 0.5 ml per liter of water. 2) Monopotassium phosphate (KH2PO4) 45.7 grams with 500 ml of water + Mono-ammonium phosphate (NH4H2PO4) 45 grams with 500 ml of water. Mix both together and use only 5 ml per liter of water. 3) General root stimulants 1 ml per liter of water. 4) 4 eggs mixed with 1 tablespoon brown sugar + 4 tablespoons curd. Mix together.then lived it for 1week .Then used 2.5 ml per 1 liter of water. 5) Calcium nitrate {Ca (NO3) 2} 3.5 grams, mixed with 1 liter of water, set aside. Prepare a mixture of 3.5 grams of magnesium sulfate and 3.5 grams of boric acid mixed in 1 liter of water. Then mix all 2 liters of liquid The ratio used to put plants is 3-5 ml per 1 liter of water. 6) EDTA chelate 1 ml per 1 liter of water. 7) 0.5 grams of amino acids per 1 liter of water. 8) Fish manure.
