Just water and a little bio bizz flower feed this week , the blackberry gum really showing the potential of the spider farmer. Smell really sweet , dutch kush cake is still not showing any trichomes and is slow and a little runty.

Harvest day 70 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. The only thing that happened this week was that I added under-canopy lighting. I don't expect much as it's a cheap light with only 24W (four LED strips x 6W), but since it was just lying around, I figured I might as well use it.

My ladies are doing good, smell are weak at the moment but they are still on the beginning.

Alright! 100% germination rate across the board on these beans! Every seed we sowed is now up and at em. That's already a good sign for new genetics. Well they're new to me anyway, who knows how long they've been overseas doing their thing. These could be some diamonds in the ruff, ya never know!!! Same here though as with the auto flowers we're going to see which strain performs best and then enter her into the competition....or if they're both hitting, we'll enter them both and see if we can take home a win! So for the photoperiod plants we're doing the Athena blended line in Promix soil. It's my first time using this line but they sent me it to try out so I'm going to see what's up. The auto flowers are going to be mainly organic and maybe a little mix of synthetic in bloom, if needed. That's the plan for some beautiful flowers. Let's Grow!!
