12/28 - 1/3: Another busy week with life... Last fed on Sunday 1/3 The plants are all budding up well and frosting over quite early! I am hoping to remove the smallest three plants from this closet and move them into the tiny tent in the next couple of days..flushing the autos in there today (1/3). That will hopefully give the bigger girls a little room to spread their wings.

May 26 2026 She's been repotted into a 5 gallon grow bag, and that will serve as her home for the remainder of the grow. The soil in the bottom half is pro-mix all purpose, and the top half is a combination of coco coir, perlite, worm castings, biochar, blood meal, bone meal, Epsom salts, and a bit of cal-mag. Healthwise she is doing good, and also putting off a very faint aroma.

Week 6 is here, these colas are really packing some weight. The end of this week I will start getting ready for the flush and just be feeding these girls water.

Another rough week...high temps and horribly arid conditions, and still the grasshoppers appear every damn day! I'm beginning to think I have a root aphid problem. Mysterious Mg deficiencies for two grows. Also looking like phosphorous deficiency as well..no way... She's popping pistils now...just a few so far..

Finally I'm back on flowering track. I must fucked it up while foliar spraying. I tho I'm going to lose my garden but it was only re growing stage for a bit. It will have to be long grow but it's my first one so mistake happens and always a lesson

Getting ready couple weeks left

Another successful week with her stretching and making new leaves. This may be her last week in veg and then I move her to direct soil outdoors.

The warm weather has returned! (This has been such an odd year weather wise.) Also so has the humidity. There was a few days in between the end of last week and the middle of this one that were perfect, temps in the 60's and low humidity of like 40% RH. Looks like a lot of rain in the next coming week so just glad the girls get to soak up all this sun! An increase in nutes should also help with growth, slow and steady wins the race. Almost to peak level of nutrients, probably next week.

Week 3 Grow Diary Report: Days 15-21 As we progress into the third week each of our strains—Tropicana Cookies, Gorilla Zkittlez, and Apple Strudel—continues to showcase impressive growth and resilience. This week, particular attention was given to optimizing environmental conditions, including an increase in CO2 levels (Growbag), adjustments in lighting (PPFD increase) to support the vegetative growth phase and introducing some light LST. Tropicana Cookies: Significant growth was observed, with plant height increasing from 12.5 cm to 18.5 cm. This rapid growth spurt, referred to locally as "stretching," was noticeable mid-week. The plants have maintained their health with no major issues, responding well to environmental adjustments. Continued nutrient regimen with Alfa Boost. Since the soil is preamendet with nutrients, I just use PH-balanced water. Lighting intensity was increased progressively from 350 PPFD to 380 PPFD and then to 400 PPFD and CO2 supplementation was implemented to support enhanced photosynthesis. Environmental Conditions maintained stable with temperatures ranging from 27°C during the day to 21-25°C at night, with relative humidity around 64-68%. Gorilla Zkittlez: Growth was steady, increasing from 10.2 cm to 15 cm. The plant has responded well to environmental controls and nutrient supply. Gorilla Zkittlez remains in good health, with no signs of nutrient burn or deficiencies. Apple Strudel: This strain showed a healthy increase from 9.5 cm to 14 cm. Growth rates are slightly behind Tropicana Cookies but on par with expected metrics for the strain. She continues to exhibit good health, benefiting from the stable grow conditions and targeted nutrient applications. Week 3 has shown promising developments with all strains demonstrating robust growth and good health. The environmental adjustments, particularly the increased CO2 supplementation and lighting, appear to be positively impacting the plants' growth dynamics. As we move forward, it will be important to continue monitoring these conditions closely to ensure that they remain optimal for each stage of plant development. Cheers, D.

Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

Well, she keeps disappointing me a bit. If you see her development compared to the two other strains, she is miles behind. Not stretching that much, and flowering stays behind. Im checking for male signs every day as I suspect she might go on me. All conditions are the same. This is a 9 euro seed. 4 of them didn't germinate. 50 bucks down the shitter. The plant right next to her comes from a one dollar seed, xtrakush at weedseeds.site. That's why I plead for the growers to share their lucky shots and give the small-time breeders a break. Also a plea for an expiry date on the products, for the price vs cost of production, we can expect that service. that way renowned breeders also protect their name when third parties sell old seeds to growers that leave bad reviews. December 23, day 9. Growing coming along decently, despite the early transpiration issue and large pot size. Clear bag and humidifier have been working well, as the ambient humidity of around 35 percent is not pleasant for younger plants. Coco is never my favorite for seedlings, but I expect things to take off soon! December 26, day 12, I reduced how much the plant is covered, while still maintaining humidity. I am experimenting with JR Peterson dry nutrients, specifically their 1 part "tap" formula to see if it holds ph better in for Toronto tap water. I am feeding .4 ec of dry Cal mag and .4 ec of the base nutrients for a total of 1 ec, and I will see how the malasana cookies responds! December 28, Day 14, malasana cookies is responding just fine to the change in nutrients. I am applying 2x daily foliar at .8ec Cal-mag. Its difficult to maintain consistent high plant humidity with such low ambient RH, so this can hopefully help with cal-mag. Cal-mag can be particularly difficult to move up the xylem during transpiration under these conditions. While the plant looks a bit yellow in the photos the leaves are a decently healthy green in realty.
