Hello Everybody, now on day 50! According to breeder only 11 days to go, i now think its probably closer to a month. So im gonna continue with nutes for at least 2 more weeks. I notice some big vertical growth from the main and the 3 other big side branches. Still doing some sort of LST as you can see on the pics. Buds finally are starting to show some growth also. My only concern its that i see the top bud a little hidden inseide all those leaves pointing up. Is that normal? Thanks again. Any advice is welcome!

Today is day 42 from seeds in soil. Just watering and defoliation this week. Stopped lst today as the tent is pretty much touching all walls. Plants looking good and growing fast. Only real issue is 1 in full flower, 3 close and one seems to still be in straight veg. Hopefully they all flip soon or going to cause me drying issues come time to harvest. Won't feed again again for a couple of weeks, just water and fish sh!t every other watering. So far so good.

Purple Haze Auto by Zamnesia 💜🌱 Week 1 Vegetation | Quiet Confidence Hello GrowDiaries family! 👋🌱 Welcome back to another week in the garden. Today we’re taking a closer look at Purple Haze Auto – Pheno B, the second representative of this legendary cultivar and a plant that, from the very beginning, seemed determined to remind me how much variation can exist even between sisters sharing exactly the same environment. As always, the goal remains unchanged: To document every stage honestly, share observations as they happen, and follow each phenotype individually from seed to harvest. And while her sister showed a little more quirkiness during her first days above ground, Pheno B decided to take a slightly different approach. She simply focused on growing. ⸻ The Same Foundation Just like every plant in this project, Purple Haze B was transplanted directly into her final 15-liter container filled with Plagron Lightmix. The entire run follows a 12/12-from-seed methodology, so minimizing root disturbance remains one of the priorities from the very beginning. Rather than moving through multiple container sizes, each plant receives its final home immediately, allowing roots to establish naturally and continuously throughout the cycle. The objective is simple: Less interruption. More momentum. And during this first week, she appeared to settle in extremely well. ⸻ Environment Environmental conditions remained stable throughout the week. 🌡️ Day Temperature: 27°C 🌙 Night Temperature: 25°C 💧 Humidity: 55% 🌱 Root Zone Temperature: 21°C ☁️ CO₂: Approximately 600 ppm Lighting was provided by the Future Of Grow Black Series LED system delivering approximately 350 PPFD under a 12/12 light schedule. Because the plants receive only twelve hours of light per day, total Daily Light Integral remains lower than what would normally be delivered under an 18/6 schedule, allowing seedlings to adapt comfortably to stronger light levels without excessive daily exposure. Judging by her posture throughout the week, Purple Haze B seemed perfectly comfortable under those conditions. ⸻ Nutrition The first irrigation consisted only of water, allowing the seedling to establish itself naturally within the substrate. After several days, a gentle feeding schedule was introduced using: • Plagron Terra Grow • Plagron Power Roots • Plagron Pure Zym • Plagron Sugar Royal All applied at light concentrations appropriate for young seedlings. At this stage the objective remains root development, healthy establishment, and steady progression rather than aggressive growth. Strong foundations first. Rapid growth comes later. ⸻ First Week Observations Purple Haze B had a very smooth first week. From the earliest photographs she displayed healthy color, balanced growth, and a structure that became increasingly symmetrical as the days progressed. What immediately stands out when comparing her to her sister is how uniform her development appears. The leaves expanded evenly. The internodes remained compact. Growth stayed centered. And every new set of leaves emerged looking increasingly organized and well-defined. By the end of the week she had already developed beautiful three-finger leaves and displayed the classic seedling architecture growers love to see during early vegetative growth. One of the things I enjoy most about documenting separate phenotypes is noticing these small differences. Both sisters are healthy. Both are vigorous. Yet each one already expresses that vigor in its own way. Pheno A carried a little more youthful unpredictability before finding her rhythm. Pheno B simply arrived looking composed from the start. Neither is better. Just different. And that’s exactly what makes phenotype hunting so enjoyable. ⸻ Looking Ahead Week one was all about establishment, and Purple Haze B handled it beautifully. Roots are expanding. The plant is adapting to her final container. Nutrition has begun. Growth is accelerating. And the foundation for the weeks ahead is now firmly in place. While it’s still far too early to predict what characteristics she may express later in life, her first week suggests a healthy, balanced, and very promising plant. Sometimes the loudest plants are not the ones that impress the most. Sometimes it’s the quiet confidence of steady, consistent growth. And that’s exactly what Purple Haze B delivered this week. Huge thanks to Zamnesia Seeds for the genetics, Plagron for the substrate and nutrition, Future Of Grow for the lighting, and everyone following along on another seed-to-harvest adventure. Grower’s Love everyone. 🌱💚💜

Day 15: From today, 600W LED is placed. Ventilation runs at the same time when the lamp is on +15min after the lamp is off. 20 hours on, 4hours off. Fertilization starts on Monday, Wednesday, Friday with Epsom salt, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday with bat guano. Water intake 25ml per plant per day plus some triggering spray. Critical Orange is already so tall. Day 16: They are pretty cool and like the new environment I mean ventilation and the new powerfull LED. As it can be seen in the picture one is really small. It happened because this is the 2nd Sour Orange seed that was planted after them because one seed has died the Super Skunk so I replaced with an other Sour Orange. Day 17: I burnt Critical Ora ge Punch and Lemon Zkittle because of the triggering spray and the lamp I can see the leaves... I will stop using triggering... Not the first time.... They will survive anyways... Day 18: Thet are stable now ventilation does not shock them that much. Lemon Zkittle and especially Critically Orange Punch burnt badly. When these get bushier and bigger I will remove those ugly parts. Day 20: No picture was taken yesterday, they are strong enough now so the ventilation is fine. Lemon Zkittle and Critical Orange Punch still look burnt next week may be the chance to remove those leaves.

She continues to develop nicely. Unfortunately I managed to break two more branches, from both she recovered instantly and the branches started to heal already. (Need to be a bit more careful going forwards). The quick healing I would either account to the genetics, but would also contribute it to the rizothonic from canna, as her root system is also a lot further than the plants I grew before. She already smells super strong, can bare keep the tent open for long.

🌱 Eternity Grow Cup: Week 2 Veg Report – Building the Foundation 🌟 First, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Grow Diaries, this amazing community, and all the sponsors making this journey so special: Aptus Holland, Pro-Mix Soil, TrolMaster, ThinkGrow LED, Future of Grow LED, and CannaKan. And a special shoutout to Zamnesia and Plagron for their incredible support with seeds and nutrients for this run. This wouldn’t be possible without all of you—thank you for inspiring us to put our best into this grow! 💚 Growth Update: Small but Mighty As Week 2 wraps up, the Zamnesia Runtz are still small, but they’re growing beautifully. • Leaf Development: • The first true leaves are now fully visible, and the second pair is starting to emerge on the horizon. Seeing those signs of life and progress fills me with hope and excitement. • Nutrient Introduction: • This week marked the beginning of feeding, laying the foundation for strong, vigorous growth in the weeks ahead. Current Setup • Environment: • Temps are holding at 20°C, with RH at 60%—a comfortable range for young plants. • The heat mat under the pots is maintaining an optimal root-zone temperature, keeping them cozy despite cooler room conditions. • Location: • Still growing alongside their sisters in the 4x8 tent but will soon transition into the full TrolMaster ecosystem, where precision and control will take things to the next level. Nutrient Spotlight: Starting Strong with Aptus Holland I’ve chosen to introduce the Aptus Holland lineup this week. These nutrients are carefully formulated to support plants through every stage of their growth cycle, and here’s what I’m using: 1. Aptus Regulator (0.15ml/L) • What it is: A silicon-based additive that helps plants regulate stress and environmental challenges. • Benefits: • Strengthens cell walls, leading to thicker stems and stronger leaves. • Increases stress tolerance, particularly against heat, cold, and light fluctuations. • Improves nutrient uptake, ensuring plants get the most out of their feedings. • Why now: At this early stage, Regulator gives the plants a strong foundation to handle the cooler temps and build resilience as they grow. 2. RO Water Conditioner (0.8ml/L) • What it is: A product designed to optimize Reverse Osmosis (RO) water, making it suitable for plant feeding. • Benefits: • Balances pH and stabilizes water for nutrient absorption. • Adds essential elements back into the water, ensuring a balanced feed. • Why now: Using conditioned RO water prevents imbalances and provides a clean, consistent base for all feedings. 3. All-in-One Liquid (1.25ml/L) • What it is: A complete macronutrient blend designed for vegging plants. • Benefits: • Provides all essential nutrients (N-P-K) in a balanced ratio. • Easy to use and highly effective, supporting strong vegetative growth. • Why now: As the plants develop their first leaves and roots, All-in-One Liquid ensures they have the building blocks needed to thrive. Educational Focus: Why Start Nutrients in Week 2? 1. Natural Reserves: • During the first week, seeds rely on their own nutrient stores within the seed casing. Introducing nutrients too early can overwhelm or damage delicate roots. 2. Signs of Readiness: • By Week 2, the emergence of true leaves signals that the plants are ready to transition from relying on reserves to taking in nutrients from the medium. 3. Balanced Start: • Starting with low doses ensures the plants can adjust gradually, reducing the risk of nutrient burn or stress. Week 2 Insights: Setting the Stage for Success 1. Managing Environment Challenges: • Lower temps can slow growth, but maintaining a warm root zone with a heat mat has been key to keeping these seedlings healthy and happy. 2. Patience in Veg: • Early veg may feel slow, but this phase is all about establishing strong roots and foundational growth. Remember, every strong plant starts with a strong start. 3. Why Pro-Mix Soil: • This medium provides excellent aeration and drainage, supporting rapid root growth. The added Biofungicide and Mycorrhizae further enhance plant resilience and nutrient uptake. What’s Next? As we move into Week 3, I’m excited to see these beauties continue their journey. The next steps include: • Monitoring the development of new leaves and early structural growth. • Transitioning to the TrolMaster ecosystem, where environmental precision will allow the Runtz to truly shine. • Documenting every moment through photos and videos to share the magic with this amazing community. Community Love & Thanks Thank you to everyone following along and supporting this grow. To all the participants in the Eternity Grow Cup: best of luck—let’s make this one for the history books! Stay tuned for Week 3, where we’ll dive even deeper into the evolution of these incredible plants. Sorry I got mixed up with the weeks (newbie on growdiaries as well). So it took 8 weeks of vegetation to come to the latest pictures. Unfortunately only one plant made it. I lived in warmer regions before and used empty car tires as a pot for a long time, they were usually been able to grow three plants and more in it but that’s another topic. This is my first grow in colder conditions. Around week 6 of vegetation I started adding BioBizz Grow to the water.

End of Week 6 Added CO2 with regulator and controller! Added the trellis net to spread out the canopy and get more even light to bud sites. The ladies have lost some momentum and they're drinking less because of the pest issue. Although they should be growing faster because of the CO2 supplementation I'm sure when the thrips are gone they will explode. I also performed some HST by removing fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Still fighting the thrips... Every time I spray Bio-Insek and Xterminator (Agro-Organics) it deals with the problem for a few days until the eggs and larvae that the thrips left behind hatch and start munching on the plants again. The ladies are strong and healthy and get a slight wilt when I haven't sprayed IPM for a few days this tells me that its not a major issue but I need to get rid of them especially because I want to flip to flower soon. It seems that the problem is under control. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.
