~ GG4 SHERBET FAST FLOWER by FastBuds ~ Well fam, here we go again with another epic strain from FastBuds Fast Flowering stable. After having such tremendous success growing their Gorilla Cookies Fast Flower outdoors last year, I've decided to run another of their fast flowering strains outdoors this year... GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower! The best description of this awesome cultivar comes directly from my friends at FastBuds which is as follows: "Bred from extremely potent and flavorful Gorilla Glue and Orange Sherbet genetics, GG4 Sherbet FF (Fast-Flowering) takes all the best traits to the next level, offering a high-yielding strain that can produce up to 600 g/m2 in a 7-week flowering time. This super resilient Indica-leaning hybrid thrives indoors and outdoors, and in all types of climates while producing mouth-watering sweet, fruity, spicy and earthy terps that translate into a delicious sugary hazelnut aroma. Expect an extremely relaxing and overall happy effect that’ll leave you with a huge smile from ear to ear. It’s the perfect strain for growers of all levels of experience seeking low-maintenance yet highly productive photoperiod varieties that deliver quality and quantity without extra effort. GG4 Sherbet FF grows chunky buds with long dark orange hairs and spade-shaped calyxes that get encrusted with trichomes by harvest time, giving them a gorgeous silvery-white appearance. This medium-sized photoperiod can reach up to 200 cm in height and yields up to 650 g/m2 while developing that typical hybrid structure. GG4 Sherbet FF grows with a stocky, bushy appearance, developing one sturdy main cola and fat side branches that support huge yields without much effort. This super-fast variety produces distinctive light-green buds with a high bud-to-leaf ratio, making your trimming sessions a breeze. It’s a top-notch resin producer that doesn’t need much maintenance and will thrive in almost every climate, rewarding growers of all levels with extremely flavorful resin that makes for outstanding hash end extracts." ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower indoors as our weather is still too cold to put her outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 30's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/9- Week Six for the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and she is doing great! Our weather, so far, has been rather cool and damp. We've had showers on and off every 2-3 days which has taken care of my watering chores which I won't complain about. 5/11- I'm continuing to monitor the leaf damage and am keeping up with the Neem Oil applications to mitigate as much further damage as possible. I still have yet to put eyes on the culprits responsible for the damage to the leaves. Tomorrow I'm going to top dress the GG4 Sherbet for the first time since transplanting outside into her pre-amended soil mix. 5/13- Yesterday, I top dressed the GG4 Sherbet FF with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4 All Purpose and 1/2g of worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments into the soil, I watered them in via garden hose with well water. 5/15- There's six weeks of veg for the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and, with our weather finally cooperating, she's beginning to really take off! I can't wait to see what she'll do over the course of the next few weeks... should be exciting! Thank you for checking out my diary.

I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Flowering day 8 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The lady is developing great :-). A few days ago she started stretching and will develop the first calyxes over the next few days :-). It was poured 3 times this week (sewing materials see table above). Next week I'll be removing the bottom shoots so the energy isn't wasted down on the popcorn buds. Bio Grow will also be discontinued next week and only Bio Bloom Liquid will be given 👍. The blackberry cake feminised has had a slight defoliant at the her base. There’s a sign of deficiency as some of the plants inner leaves are yellowing. She seems to be holding up well with her stigmas fully swollen. The lady has received a dose of chicken poo and a swig of compost tea. She will need close monitoring for the next 3 weeks. The Blackberry cake has slowed down in growth gaining 2-3cm in height this week standing approximately 68cm tall!

Mango Kush – Week 3 Flower (Week 7 from Seed) Full bloom mode, white hairs, flower set, and the road ahead Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Mango Kush (Pheno #1 & Pheno #2) Environment: 8×8 Grow Room Control System: TrolMaster Tent-X brain + WCS substrate sensors Lighting: • ThinkGrow Model One • ThinkGrow ICL-300 (x2 inner canopy lights) • Future of Grow Black Series 600W • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro ⸻ 🌸 Week 3 Flower – Welcome to Bloom This is the week where potential becomes reality. After last week’s transition, the Mango Kush sisters have officially declared themselves in flower mode. Both phenos are pushing pistils everywhere, covering the canopy with bright white hairs—a sign that flower sites are established and stacking is about to begin. • Pheno #1: Taller, more aggressive stretch, stacking sites fast, almost frame-filling. • Pheno #2: Slightly more compact, slower to start, but now catching fire—showing dense bud initiation with tighter internodes. The studio photo session this week captured the exact transformation: the difference between “pre-flower promise” and “flower reality.” From here forward, every day is about bud development, resin production, and stacking density. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – Bloom Formula Dialed In The nutrient program continues blending Aptus precision with Plagron bloom support. The girls are thriving on this synergy—lush green leaves, pistil burst, no signs of excess salts. Water Mix (per liter): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 1 ml • Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml • Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml ✅ Expect: Increased flower site density, tighter stacking, and early terpene production (Sugar Royal always adds a little magic). ❌ Not yet: Bulk swelling, trichome frost, or strong aromas. That comes in weeks 4–6 flower. The soil’s built-in slow-release base continues to carry background nutrition, so we’re staying light-handed with the liquids—less is more when roots are healthy. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Riding the Edge • Temps: Still spiking up to 34°C at times, but girls are handling it like warriors. AC install is next on the list. • Humidity: 60–65% (slightly high for flower, but manageable with strong airflow). • VPD: ~1.9 kPa average. • Soil Moisture: Watered down to ~19% before rehydration. At this stage, stable environment = stable flowers. High temps can cause looser buds, so dialing this in soon will maximize density. ⸻ 💡 Lighting – Full Bloom Orchestra All four lights now play in harmony, giving wall-to-wall coverage: • ThinkGrow Model One: The powerhouse, deep penetration. • ThinkGrow ICL-300 (x2): Filling in under-canopy shadows. • Future of Grow Black Series 600W: Spectrum balance, mid-canopy support. • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro: Evens out PPFD across the whole footprint. Result: Every bud site, even low ones, has access to usable photons. Expect more uniform flower development, not just “top colas.” ⸻ 🧠 TrolMaster – Data, Not Guesswork The WCS substrate sensors keep feeding real-time EC, moisture, temp, and RH data. It’s more than numbers—it’s decision-making power: • When to water → guided by substrate moisture, not by “feeling the pot.” • How much EC is accumulating → avoiding salt stress. • Canopy climate control → fine-tuning towards ideal flower VPD. Automation is close. For now, manual love + sensor intelligence keeps the grow dialed. ⸻ 🌱 Genetics Spotlight – Mango Kush Let’s take a moment to thank the plant itself. Mango Kush is a hybrid of Mango × Hindu Kush, known for its tropical-fruit terpenes layered over earthy Kush base notes. • Expectations in flower: • Medium stretch (which we’ve already seen). • Dense, rounded buds with fiery orange pistils. • Aromas of sweet mango, banana peel, and subtle hashy undertones. • Flowering time: ~8–10 weeks, depending on pheno. One reason Mango Kush is so loved is balance—it’s not just about potency, but flavor and experience. ⸻ 🔄 Recap So Far – From Seed to Flowering • Weeks 0–2: Germination → healthy seedlings with Aptus Start Booster. • Weeks 3–4 (Veg): Pheno #1 stretching tall, Pheno #2 filling out compact. • Week 5: Flip to 12/12. Stretch begins, PPFD ramped. • Week 6 (Flower Week 2): Nutrient transition, bloom boosters, light upgrades. • Week 7 (Now, Flower Week 3): Clear flower set, white hairs everywhere, feeding program locked. Two sisters, two phenos, one journey—and now the story really begins. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect & What Not to Expect (Educational Section) ✅ What to Expect in Weeks 3–5 Flower: • Flower sites expanding and stacking. • First hints of terpene expression (light smells when brushing plants). • Slight increase in daily water consumption. • Energy focused on bud set, not yet on resin production. ❌ What NOT to Expect Yet: • Heavy trichome frost. • Big swelling of calyxes. • Strong final aromas. • Final coloration (those come in late flower). Understanding this prevents false alarms and keeps growers patient. The best results come from not rushing the process. ⸻ 🙏 Gratitude To everyone reading, watching, and learning alongside this grow: thank you. This is more than just cultivation—it’s about community, knowledge, and respect for the plant. And let’s thank the gear, too: without the lights, sensors, and nutrients, the artistry of cultivation would lack its canvas. ✨ In short: Week 3 flower is where dreams begin to crystallize. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 P.S. New Irrigation System – Mars Hydro Foldable Bucket Drip Kit This week, we also welcomed a new tool into the grow room: the Mars Hydro Drip Irrigation Kit (link here). 👉 Important note: I’m not running it on automation or timers. I will manually control it, plugging it in and off when watering. This way, I get the benefit of precise, even distribution, while keeping full hands-on control. What it is: • A bucket-based drip system that distributes water (or nutrient solution) evenly to multiple pots through adjustable drip emitters. • A way to reduce manual hand-pouring and ensure more consistent soil hydration. • A tool that can save root systems from “wet/dry pockets” that sometimes happen with hand-watering. What it is NOT: • It’s not fully automated irrigation (unless connected to timers or sensors). • It doesn’t make plant care “hands-free.” You still have to decide when and how much to water. • It won’t replace observation—plants still speak through their leaves and posture. What to Expect: ✅ More even watering across pots. ✅ Reduced runoff mess if dialed correctly. ✅ Less physical strain compared to hand-watering each plant. ✅ The chance to experiment with “precision irrigation” in future grows. What NOT to Expect (yet): ❌ Fully automated feeding schedules. ❌ Perfect calibration out of the box (it takes a few runs to dial flow rate for each pot). ❌ A substitute for plant observation—eyes on the canopy are still the most important tool. Educational takeaway: Drip systems are bridges between hand-watering and full automation. They give growers consistency without completely removing the grower’s role. For many, this is the sweet spot—technology supporting, not replacing, the human touch. P.S. #2 – Pheno #1 vs. Pheno #2: Different Timelines Another important note this week: the two Mango Kush sisters are not in the exact same stage of flower. • Pheno #1 – More advanced. She is already in full flower mode, pistils bursting, bud sites defined, white hairs everywhere. This is the classic “week 3 flower look.” • Pheno #2 – Slower. She is not yet fully in flower. Why? Because she was germinated later and is effectively running a slightly younger internal clock—closer to 11–13 from seed. 👉 With the 11/13 light schedule (11 hours on, 13 off), Pheno #2 is taking her time to settle into bloom. This is not a problem, it’s genetics and timing. Each seed is unique, and sometimes phenos stagger into flower. What this means for the grow: • Don’t expect both plants to bulk at the same time. • Pheno #1 may finish earlier. • Pheno #2 could become the “late bloomer,” giving us a longer harvest window and potentially different terpene expression. Educational takeaway: Not all phenotypes follow the same timeline, even under identical conditions. One may stretch earlier, another may flower later. As growers, our role is to adapt and respect the individuality of each plant. 🌱 💚 Growers love to all 💚

Week 6 and we are reaching for the skies! LOL...it's a good thing but also bad...as she is starting to get light burn on the top main cola...my light is the highest it can be so I'm hoping that the Fox Farms Nutrient, Open Sesame, stops the stretch and focuses more on bud development. She will get fed on Friday! I absolutely love watching my Runtz grow, I want massive trees in my tent now...I used to go crazy with the LST during veg weeks 4-5 and introduced open sesame earlier because I never wanted tall plants before...my first grow had tons of light burn and my tent is tiny!!! Just a little 2 x 4......but now I am steering that way...I just think the tent looks more beautiful....tall lengthy trees as opposed to short stumpers which is what I have been growing from the start :P Went in with some more LST...at week 6 is usually when I try to go minimal on the manipulation but with how lanky she is...I think there's more room for some surprise colas to make an appearance! Also, I took the SCROG netting out...I want more experience with growing before I start messing with new growing techniques..if you made it this far into reading wow congrats! LOL and Happy Valentine's Day....it's a day about love...loving yourself, your family, your pets, and of course your PLANTS!

These girls are still bulking up but the trichs are still not fully cloudy, I'll give them another week or so. They are becoming heavy now and the branches are starting to lean so I might have to add some support soon

5/25 Some pics may be repeated because I forgot to add a new week. Waited until about 11 to bring the girls outside. They were definately dry on top so I used the rest of the gallon to water them. When going outside I noticed a specific kush plant that's lighter than the rest. I really need to up my water volume on these big plants. They are also getting close to not liking it in the 1 gal. and are ready for a transplant. I cleaned the cage so as soon as the weather permits these girls will be outside in the direct sunlight. Basking in the sun in the cage to finish hardening before going into their final homes which will be 20-30 gal smart pots and a 50 gal grow pot. Well SOME of them are ready for transplant. The link kush seems to take its time but it looks extremely indica-E. Weather looks like it will be amazing this week so I'm obviously stoked. Wouldn't suprise me if these girls were outdoors be the end of the week! EDIT: THE GIRLS STAYED OUT FOR 3.5 HOURS AND LOOKED FANTASTIC. TUEY GOT SOME INTENSE SUN, EXPOSIRE TO THE HIGH RH AND A LITTLE EXPISURE TO THE HIGH WINDS. SPECIAL KUSH SEEMS TO BE THRIVING. I THINK IT WILL DO WELL IN THIS CLIMATE. THAT ONE MK ULTRA IS GROWING AT A RIDICULOUS RATE. I WATERED THE PIBK KUSH THAT WAS LIGHT. I CANT WAIT FOR THE UPCOMING WEATHER. I CAN EXPOSE THE PLANTS TO SOME DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND SEE HOW THEY HANDLE IT. I CAN ALSO GET THE GROW BAGS READY WITH SOIL MOXED AND THEM IN THE RIGHT LOCATION THE DAY BEFORE THE TRWNSPLANT TO FINAL HOME BUT IM GETTING AHEAD OF MYSELF. IM HAPPY THUS FAR. I also added another half hour of darkness so the plants will be closer to actual daylight times. They're down to 16.5. I'd like to have them lower by now but it is what it is. If some reveg I'll deal with it. 5/26 Plants seem to grow an inch I'm a day. MOST are getting to the point where they want to stretch their feet out. Good thing they'll be going in their final homes as soon as they are hardened off completely. I brought them out around 8 this morning. I have to be back at noon but I'm uncertain if leaving them out that long is a good idea. I'll probably have to check them in an hour or so. They're in the lean-to but THAT gets direct sun until the sun rises high enough in the sky to block it. I put them in here rather than the cage so they can build a tolerance to these harsh winds. Topsoil was dry as fuck. I watered everything. I focused on those that SEEMED the lightest and the largest plants. That MK Ultra plant I fimmed is going to be MASSIVE. I'll update what I do as I do it. Oh I also cleaned the bags twice and they are hanging inside the cage with the direct uv rays hitting any part that's discolored. I MIGHT do one more cleaning but I doubt it. Twice is enough. Technically three times but still. I want things to go right. It looks like I've got some pretty good phenos. EDIT: I PULLED IN (BLOCKING VIEW FROM PART OF THE DRIVEWAY OFF) BECAUSE THAT WAS CLOSER TO MY PLANTS. I GET OUT AND START ADMIRING MY PLANTS AND LOOK ACROSS THE STREET TO SEE TWO STATE TROOPERS AND SOME DETECTIVE ACROSS THE STREET. DAD SAID AN AMBULANCE CAME BUT LEFT WITH NO LIGHTS ON. THEY WERE TALKIMG TO THE COUPLE SEPERATELY. I ATE LUNCH AND THEY WERE STILL THERE. MY HOT WIFE WENT OUT AND THE ALL STARTED FUCKING RUBBER NECKING. MEANWHILE I BROUGHT THE PLANTS INSIDE WITH THE SMALL COVER MY S.U.V PROVIDES LOL. PLANTS WERE LEFT IN DIRECT LIGHT UNTIL IT ROSE HIGH ENOUGH TO CUT IT OFF TO THE LEAN TO. PLANTS SEEM LIGHT. WELL SOME DO. I NEED TO GET A GOOD WATERING SCHEDULE DOWN. JUDGING BY HOW THESE PLANTS TOOK IT TODAY I THINK THEYLL BE OUTSIDE IN FOREVER HOMES WITHIN A WEEK. 5/27 Just poked my head in and checked on them real quick. NO damage whatsoever from all that time in the sun. I left them inside this morning so I can bring them out later in the day to see what happens. I'll add pics later and update what I do. EDIT: BROUGHT THE PLANTS OUT TO THE CAGE AT A LITTLE BEFORE 10AM AND LET THEM BASK IN THE 85° SUN. THE WIND WAS A LITTLE ROUGH ON THEM. IT WAS ACTUALLY THRASHING THEM BUT MY INTUITION SAID 'LEAVE THEM BE' SO I DID. I DID MORE CLEANING AND FIGURED OUT SPACING IN THE CAGE AND I MIXED A 30GAL GROW BAG AND 2 20GAL GROW BAGS WITH A 50/50 MIX OF FOX FARM OCEAN FOREST AND HAPPY FROG. SOUL WAS MIXED WITH A GRADE STAKE AFTER BEING PUT IN A GALLON AT A TIME (TO ENSURE EQUAL PARTS) AND FINALLY MISED BY HAND. TAKES A LOT OF WORK. IM NOT GOING TO BE AS PICKING WITH THE OTHER ONES. I STILL HAVE MY 50 WITH SOIL IN IT. MAINLY DUE TO LAZINESS AND THE PAIN IN THE ASS IT IS TO MOCE THE FUCKER. PLUS IF IM LOW ON SOIL (WHICH IM NOT) THAT WAS GOOD SOIL AND THE PLANT HAD NO PROBLEMS SO I GUESS IF NEEDED IT FOULD BE REUSED. I NORMALLY JUST EMPTY THAT FIRST AND MIX A SHIT TON OF SOIL IN THERE AND SHOVEL IT IN THE BAGS. THIS WAS MUCH HARDER. PLANTS GOT CLOSER TO 2 HOURS OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT BEFORE I MOVED THEM TO THE LEAN TO. I WILL UPDATE WHEN I HRING THEN IN BUT DESPITE THE HARSH SUN AND WIND THEY SEEM FINE. EDIT: BROUGHT THE GIRLS IN AT TWO BECAUSE MY WIFE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. I THINK IF I USE THIS WEEK TO INCREASE DAYLIGHT HOURS AND UP THE WATERING THESE PLANTS WILL BE READY TO GO IN THEIR HOMES. A FEW ARE BIG AND DEF READY TO STRETCH THEIR FEET. 5/28 With the increased sun some these plants are out growing their containers. PLANTS SPENT APPROX AN HOUR AND A HALF IN DIRECT 85° SUN. EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE AND I WAS GOING TO LEAVE THEM FOR THE DAY IN THE CAGE. THEN I NOTICED THE BIG MK ULTRA'S MAIN STEM (IT GOT FIMMED BUT THE MAIN ONE) WAS STARTING TO DROOP A LITTLE. I PICKED THE PIT UP AND DESPITE A LITTLE BIT OF MOUSTURE ON THE TOP THE PIY WAS LIGHT AS A FEATHER. PLUS SETTING ON THE THEM ON THE TAR WASN'T THE BEST IDEA EITHER. I MISED UP SOME WATER AND WATERED THE PLANTS THAT SEEMED LIGHT. I NEED TO PICK UP LIKE ONE MORE BAG OF OCEAN FOREST FOR MY 50 GAL. I'M GOING TO TRY TO FINISH MY OTHER TWO 20'S AND THE TWO 10'S TONIGHT SO I'LL KNOW WHAT IM LACKING. ITS BASICALLY JUST THE 50. IF MY INTUITION SAYS ITS OK ILL TALE THE "COOLER" DAY TOMORROW AND TRANSPLANT THE THREE PLANTS TGAT ARE GETTING TO BIG FOR THERE POT. ÌF NEEDED I MIGHT GET SOME SCREENS TO USE AS A "BLIND" SO THE PLANTS DONT GO STRAIGHT TO FULL SUN ALL DAY. EDIT: TJAT HUGE MK ULTRA REVOVETED NOCELY ONCE WATERED AND PUT IN THE SHADE. IT NEEDS TO BE TRANSPLANTED. I MAY DO ITCTOMORROW. PLANTS HAVE GOT TO BE CLOSE TO HARDENED. I MIXED ALL MY SOIL AND FILLED ALL THE GROW BAGS WITH THE MIX. I FINISHED CLEANING THE CAGE AND REMOVED BAMBOO AND TRELLISING. TOMORROW IS GOING TO BE A MILD DAY AND PERFECT FOR TRANSPLANT. SOME OF THESE GIRLS ARE GETTING VERY BIG. I RAN OUT OF SOIL AFTER THE LAST 10GAL GROW BAG. ITS NOT FILLED "ALL" THE WAY AND I GAVENT FILLED MY 50 GAL. I'LL GET THE REST OF THE SOIL I NEED FOR THAT 50 TOMORROW.
