January 16, 2019 Everything is moving along nicely now. Bud sites on the photos are building day by day, and the autos are just about done. This week I fed some Recharge and some Espoma Organic Bloom (available at most big box stores). I’ve had it kicking around since last season and figured I should use it up before it goes bad. I’m looking into more organic nutrient options for the future. I’m not sure I’m ready to start making my own organic compost teas yet. But BioBizz seems like they will take care of what I’m looking to accomplish without needing to make my own teas (fingers crossed). I removed the house plant that brought in the bugs and everything is back to normal now, no new bug damage. I finally received and read “True Living Organics” by The Rev. Its a good book, but growing the “TLO” way is vastly different from other growing methods I’ve read. I’m going to have to read this one again before making any comments. Thanks to all of the answers on CO2. Seems like its more valuable with larger setups than I’m running.

Crazy week growth-wise. Carl's exploded with growth, fan leaves are now relative to pot size. Another outstanding plant is UKBS 1, which has recovered from topping very vigorously and should make for an incredible indoor plant. In other news; UKBS 2 is still stretching. It's about 4" from the light now while the other plants are around 12". God knows why. The timelapse is up for this week, you can really see the incredible growth the plants have all undergone over the course of the week. Some LST may be taking place over the course of this next week, we'll have to see how the branches on namely UKBS 1. Had to move Carl 2 a little bit into the center of the tent as it was shading out/being shaded out by Carl 1. Carls are showing incredible symmetry, despite the top/fim/whatever the fuck I did lol. Updates are coming throughout the coming week; as usual. -3/21/2021 - Started LST on UKBS 1 and gave UKBS 2 some kushman's chiropractic -3/23/2021 - Topped carl 2 again at both pre-topped nodes, in the hopes it'll bush out some more. I'm thinking it'll be a very nice indoor plant. Also topped UKBS 2, again in the hopes it'll bush out a little bit and stop growing so fucking vertically.

Hola, esta es la semana numero 11 de estos esquejes y es su ultima semana de vegetación. Es más de estos 7 días los dos últimos fueron ya con el ciclo 12/12. Se les realizo la ultima defoliación el día de cambio de fotoperiodo para que entraran de buena manera a la floración. El cambio de fotoperiodo lo hago de manera progresiva, voy bajando dos horas diarias de luz por día hasta llegar a 12/12. El día 04/08 fue cuando comenzaba el ciclo 12/12 es por esto que se hizo la segunda aplicación de delta9 vía foliar, la tercera será en 10 días mas y a través del riego. Por lo demás todo va bastante bien, las dos plantas van con buen aspecto y sin posibles carencias, espero que todo siga así. Empezamos con todo la flora!! Cualquier recomendación será bien recibida!!

Often, marijuana growers who have their plants in indoor grow tents or rooms with artificial lighting, take into account parameters such as temperature and relative humidity to maximize plants growth and bloom, thus obtaining abundant harvest with top quality flowers. As we will see later, these factors affect different processes of the plant, such as transpiration or nutrient uptake. However, we usually forget about another important factor that is related to the aforementioned ones: vapor pressure deficit or VPD. Broadly speaking, VPD is the difference between the amount of water vapor that the atmosphere is able to retain (which depends on temperature) and the amount of water vapor contained in it (relative humidity). It is usually measured in kilopascals (kPa). Providing our plants with a correct relationship between temperature and relative moisture will keep us on the right VPD parameters, increasing the plant’s activity and thus improving its growth and showing its full potential during the flowering phase. The ideal would be to adjust both parameters (temperature and humidity) to get the best possible VPD value, so that the development of plants will be amazing.In the chart above you can see the right temperature and moisture values to maximize the development of cannabis plants. The green zone shows you optimal values of VPD, in which it would be ideal to maintain the environment. The orange zone shows correct values, in which plants should not have problems to develop normally. However, red areas show values in which your plants will be very far from hit their full potential, since the relation between temperature and moisture is not optimal. With relatively high values of VPD (between 5 and 12) plants tend to open their stomata and release a considerable amount of water vapor into the environment (increasing their transpiration). This increase in transpiration results in an increase in the plant’s photosynthetic activity, which will need more nutrients and will improve its overall growth, both during growth and bloom. The best range is between 7.5 and 10.5, which we have marked in green. However, we must be careful that VPD is not too high (dark red zone) since the plant would close its stomata to avoid releasing too much water vapor to the environment, which would result in fast dehydration due to excessive transpiration. On the other hand, if VPD is too low (light red zone), the plant will also close its stomata for not releasing more water into the atmosphere, which in this case would be already saturated (it would have reached the maximum water retention capacity in a specific temperature). In this way, reducing transpiration will also reduce photosynthesis, which has a direct impact on the plant’s development and yield. That way, VPD is essential when it comes to offer the best conditions for the development of plants, also to understand its water requirements according to the nutrients used and thus adjust them correctly to meet the grower’s expectations. She's made it! Harvesting before any more degrading happens. Worried I screwed her by letting her go without water, but she seems pretty vigorous. Here's to hoping the dry goes well, got her in a tent that's properly vented and has a fan inside blowing air underneath the canopy (not at the plant itself). Its kept between .78 kPa and .9 kPa VPD wise. Hopefully it has enough air exchange that mold won't be a problem. Check back for updates on how she's looking through the dry! I will also add more pictures when she is trimmed. Can't wait to see her buds then.

What can I say about this plant, it spent most of the day in the shade, if it had the same conditions as dos si dos, it would eat it for breakfast in terms of yield... 450 g of dry matter and some popcorn... I am very satisfied with but the plant didn't get nearly as much sun as it needs...it didn't fill up, but it wasn't empty either, the heads are nice and fleshy...when I picked it, it smelled like lemon or KeyLime as Barney says...but no on citrus, but really lemon combined with some heavy stench, I can't wait for this miracle to work for some time in the jar... Next year we will see it in its full glory, so let's try to get a one kilo and a half dry from it alone, that's a bit of a challenge for me...but with this kind of genetics and this kind of variety, I don't think it will be a problem in 100-150 liters of soil for this kind of monster... this year my plants were in 40 to 50 liters of soil and almost each of them produced from 450 to almost a kilogram of dry grass
