Acapulco Gold has been forming some promising looking buds 👌 I have had to increase waterings this week as the plant is becoming increasingly thirsty. The branches are very heavy for the plant now, and they're beginning to buckle under the weight, so I might have to stake the plant. Because it's got so big now. I turn the plant round each day to evenly distribute light. It's become difficult due to the bendyness of the plant now, so I have to be very careful now whenever I move it. The plant has done really well this week, actually, and hopefully, we can be done in the next few weeks, which would be great. This has been the fastest and biggest plant I have grown yet. I'm very impressed. I have increased the waterings and am trying to give correct nutrients. However, I am also using Ecothrive dry amendments as always, and because of this, I don't know how many nutrients to add. The plant is so big now, I don't think I am feeding enough. If you have any ideas or suggestions, I'd appreciate it. Leave it in the comments 😁 I am having trouble assessing the nutrient requirements as the plant has always been a light green, but it is really beginning to go yellow. Here is what I did this week. 12.9.25 I top dressed the plant with Ecothrive dry amendments. I have some more sticky traps set out, and I will not water for several days. Once it has dried the top soil, I will add some more Diatomaceous Earth to the top 5cm. Correct weeknumbers are difficult in a perpetual grow lol🙃 Little update with all the strains. Runtz XL(more xxxx small lol) was drowned as can be seen, no hole in that pot>drilled them today. As small as she is she is the second plant that entered flowering stage. Red Gorilla girl XL was in my vertical garden system, didnt respond well its leaves started to wilt, the pot got replaced somewhere a little more temperate. The lsd-25 seems to be okay in the vertical wall. The Purple punch is well into flower ready to develop nugs in next 2 weeks Happy growing peeps

420 Fastbuds Week 5 Gorilla Zkittlez Auto Weekly update on these 2 have been wonderful. They both are maturing amazing not showing any real signs of issues. The transition from veg to flower went about as smooth as one could hope for. I did decide to do another defoliation taking off the bigger fan leafs. Also I lollipoped them a bit taking off the first 2-3 nodes allowing more airflow to the topsoil while letting the plant focus more energy on the upper flower sites. Keeping up the same routine as far as light cycle, watering, and preventative maintenance. Happy Growing

Well we all know this team and there genetics are tight .. The cheese is small in size but the smell is so good .. The blacksugar is biggest by size of all plants a true beast.. all been doing great except I moved light over blacksugar 4" inches closer , over night burned top leaves .. Rookie mistake fixed and move on.. The next 2 weeks are key and they are on point with root ph stable at 6.5 very happy with this run ...

Growing strong hopefully she will be ready to harvest in a couple weeks

Week 9! Day 65: 2L (pH6.8) + mild organic fertiliser from kitchen scraps. Remember the potato water I spoke of earlier? I blended it up with some ruined sweet peppers from the garden and some applecider vinegar & eggshell to give her one last, very diluted nutrient solution. This feed was aimed more at the soil than the plant. Bud bulking has come to a halt, she's fading. Nonetheless, I discovered some purple leaf edges on one of the buds in particular, I wonder if this might be related to nutrition or temperature. Day 67: 2L (pH6.6) + 5ml/l home-made fertiliser. I noticed I accidentally had turned off the timer on the LED, as well as left it on 20% power the entire night. I was expecting to have to disturb her lights off period to look at her, but there she was just chilling in low light conditions. Also, she seems to have no problems running on the very diluted home-made fertiliser so I'm repeating the previous feed - this time being a bit more precise on the dosage: 5ml/l. As I stated, this is more of a fertiliser for the soil microbes than herself. Day 68: Damp, no water Trichomes are still mostly clear, nothing unexpected. Patience is not my strongest virtue.

Smell coming along strong. Buds are fattening and the tricromes are bussin’ all plants are eating a lot. One bubbles plant clawed. But her flowers are still nice and goin strong.

A great week here. Only getting watered once, it was with recharge, microbes and mycos. Lots of goodies for the soil. Excited for this coming week and topping. Lights at 40% power. So week 8 was definitely a trying one. I was coming off of not only being behind on food from a couple weeks back, but also having a soil pH problem at same time. So I fed them a couple weeks back, found the pH issue and flushed with proper pH water. However, some of the damage and deficiency signs were still hanging around. I decided to give them each a top dressing of 6 tbsp's of 2-8-4 power bloom, in case I washed a lot out during the flush. At the same time, continuing to water at a lower pH of 6.0-6.5 to encourage my soil to go back to an optimal level. On the soil pH tester they are all sitting from 6.6-6.8 pH currently. Which was a lot better than the 7+ I found during the issue. These girls are growing big and are constantly hungry for water and nutrients. The amount of leaves on this strain was quite impressive. On that note, I had to do a lot of defoliation at the end of week 8. Hoping to encourage longer bigger colas and allowing light to penetrate to lower canopy. Plan is to keep watering when dry, adjust LST as the weeks go along, and defoliate where necessary. I do apologize to Dutch Passion, as I feel I've done them a disservice with my issues this time around. So if the result of this strain from me is sub par, it would not be the strain at this point. But I will continue to do my best to make a good result!👊 Happy growing! P.S. forgot I named them to track their health. Big Red, Stubby and Corona Virus. Big Red is largest but has red stems and leaf discoloration. Corona Virus is like Big Red but more leaf issues and Stubby is shortest one but by far healthiest so far.

16/5 The run of the Runtz it's finally done! she smell so nice and sweet, i'm gonna harvest but I'm gonna leave some lower buds that doesn't look mature enough

Day 63 Chopped em down trimmed off all fan leaves and hung em whole plant in closet thay stays around 58% RH and 69°F

Day 60 flower on the two most developed. Should be right about done by now, but as you can see nute burn has been a pain lately. Anxious to find out how much longer they'll need to mature. Buds on the smallest one with the fattest flowers look thick, but they are waay too fluffy compared to the other equally developed plant. I have only fed twice the last 10 days, to try to combat the nute problem. Thinking I should go down from half dose to 1/3 the rest of flowering, with a bit more normal feeding frequency, to avoid starving them in these last couple/few weeks. Second video is of a small bud I cut off low on the smallest plant. Not mature at all, but it still blew me away. The high was wonderfully balanced. Most of all the taste, was incredible. Even after I dried it for 6 hours on my heating radiator on top of cardboard. Makes me think of how insane it will be when matured, dried and cured like it is supposed to. Just hoping it will fatten up a bit, at least the pistils are starting to come along.
