Howdy growfessors! Another week has come and gone with the outdoors grow. The ladies took a bit of a beating from the tail end of tropical storm Ida. Going to build a partial greenhouse roof to help keep the rain off them, which will hopefully lower the chances for mould.

Still not sure if this is an auto or i mixed the seeds and this is in fact a photo trainwreck seed but because she shares a tent with an auto i'm having to run 20/4 light schedule till auto is finished and will then flip light to 12/12 just hope she doesn't out grow the tent by that stage ??

She is getting tall I and next week the buds will get fat. So far she is looking very nice and growing like a dream 🤩

I fed it this morning, but the next feeding definitely increases the dose of TNT and I will repeat the cal-mag a little lower than today. This amazing looking girl Purple Goat Cheese is so stinky it is overpowering all the other smells in the tent with the strongest sour smell iv smelt on a plant she is ending week 5 here an will prob go another week or so before she starts her flushing for harvest

What’s up my fellow growers. Hope all is well with you all. So we have reached day 35 the start of week 2 of flower. These ladies have really filled out the tent. Extremely happy with them. Although over the last 24 hours they arnt looking as good as they did. I think it’s just the stretching. I have moved the light up a little to se of that improves things. day 8 - i think i might have a small issue. i think the ph level of the coco is a bit high, my runoff water is about 6.8, i really want to get the run off down to under 6.5 ... the coco might be a little bit too salty because its new the kush plant is yellowing, which im assuming is from overwatering. im going to not water my plants today and see how they take it. i watered heavily last night to try and flush out some more of the salts / lower the ph of the coco. i ordered a new light last night, the HLG320 4000k. i am tired of having to adjust the hlg65 and hlg135 seperately, so i figured might as well go with a light thats the full length of my tent. eventually, ill throw in an hlg320 3000k, have both turned way down, so during flower the coverage is very even. also, im debating getting my light turned down on the seedlings right now. now its around 30-35k lux, but i might have it turned down into 25k lux range for the day. i day 10 - a little bit of tacoing on charlottes #1 and cheese #2, turned down the light intensity by about 10%

During week 13 I stop giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants. The 12 AK-47 plants from SERIOUS SEEDS are in their last week of flowering (=9th week) and have developed into huge little trees. The size of the colas is ASTOUNDING to me at this stage, bigger than anything I have seen on plants in 7 liter pots. Unfortunately I see first signs of bud-rot on some plants, therefore its time to soon harvest the plants. The humidity during the late stages of flowering has been much too high due to bad weather outside. The high humidity with the huge size of the buds are the perfect circumstances for bud-rot beginning to grow INSIDE the buds (it always starts at the stem and grows to the outside). I spot a yellow sugar leave on a top and pull it out, since I feel no resistance at all, I take a closer look and open up the bud carefully. I spot grey mold at the center of the bud growing out of the stem and want to start to cry...my worst fear has come true...BUD-ROT is inside my beautiful plants! The only thing to do now is to cut off any infected parts and finish the grow as quickly as possible. The SANlight Q5W-Gen.2 LED-lights are still in full-power mode and some plants now show signs of light-bleaching at the very top of the plants. This means the plants grow white new flowers instead of green ones. The plants look like they have small snow-caps on top of the plants...an AMAZING THING to see. This can be avoided by dimming the LEDs during the last week of flowering or by hanging the LEDs higher. The white parts of the bud have the same quality as the rest, therefore i dont mind a little light-bleaching. What makes my heart hurt is the parts with bud-rot. Since mold can cause cancer when burned and inhaled, it is of utmost importance to cut off any infected parts off the plants when they are harvested. This means I will get much less medicine that I hoped...😢 At least the quality will be GREAT, since the buds are glistening with trichomes now and they SMELL AMAZING. The aroma is heavy and thick and lightly sweet with hints of Sandalwood...simply DELICIOUS!
