Harvested these girls at the 9 week Mark I could have pushed another week or so but there were amber trichomes and the temp were getting crazy in the wardrobe this time of year but everything had turned out sweet! Buds are ripening and trichomes are starting to get cloudier. I expect two more weeks

This lady has been receiving nutes unlike my other ladies. Did some minor defoliation and normal feeding schedule lessons learned on this one are to top off my autos well at least this genetics and to start these ladies with nutes to maximize growth. I do see pistols starting to sprout but no frosty leaves yet.

I am pretty excited. 🙂. They are coming along nicely. The ladies arms are getting more and more swollen every day. The stretch has stopped. I have done some more defoliation (can't keep my hands away from the damn scissors. Lol). I will update throughout the week. 😎

This plant was quite bushy and I had to get rid of a lot of lower growth, leaves and mini shoots, gave it a pretty aggressive stripping and half ass lollipoping. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. 28/05 EC: 1,46 PH: 5,7 29/05 EC: 1,48 PH: 5,62 30/05: EC: 1,62 PH: 5,62 31/05: EC: 1,53 PH: 5,9 01/06: I've some problems in balancing PH and maintain the EC at the right level: next res will be with a lower EC. EC: 1,48 PH: 5,8 02/06: EC: 1,5 PH: 6,01 03/05 As the leaves show signs of nute burns, I decided to make a flush with 10 liters of RO water. I started with an EC of 0,05 and PH of 9,15. I added 3ml of PH- until I reached 5,8 and then added 15 ml of GHE Flora Kleen. The new res will run for 48h. I also eliminated all leaves burned or dry. So the new res is: EC: 0,45 PH: 5,8 crossing fingers

Hi fellow growers, for this first week of flowering, everything went smoothly. She took the defoliation from last week well and kept growing strong. She took 8cm during this first week of 12/12, nothing crazy but I hope she is gonna take more this coming week, so that she has pretty long main branches by the end of stretching. I'm glad the smaller branches that occupy the middle grew well and full up this empty space. I'm tucking daily the fan leaves from the main branches to allow a maximum light to reach the branches from the middle. Last week I was wondering if I had gone too strong on the defoliation and then I read about this schwazzing technique, when one defoliates even more, basically removing most of the leaves, this on the day of switching to 12/12 and then doing this same heavy defoliation 20 days later. So be prepared, in two weeks I'm gonna apply the recommended second heavy defoliation and we'll see how that goes together. 😁 Humidity is around 70% at the moment, it's on the high side but I'm not too worried about it. For the nutrients, I'm still religiously following the biobizz schedule and so far, so good. I started this week to log everyday some basic data about the plant, like height, temperatures and humidity. I guess it would be nice to have a little graph at the end to see the evolution of the plant or whatever one wants to do with the data. I think it's good practice too. -- Stereoscopic pictures -- You might have wonder what the hell are those two pictures where seemingly the same picture is put two times. They actually are stereoscopic pictures or 3d pictures. It's using the same principle as 3d for movies or virtual reality and it tricks your brain into seeing in 3d. Basically each picture is the view from each of our eyes. I made those pictures so it allows to see them in 3d without glasses. Follow along with this little tutorial (The picture "stereoscopy 2" is easier. I find it as well easier on a computer as smartphones have a smaller screen): - Having the pictures in front of you around 30-40cm (15-20cm on smartphones) from your eyes, start crossing your eyes slowly. - Both pictures are gonna move toward the middle. The idea is to make both pictures superpose each other in in the middle. - Start to focus on the superposition in the middle and if necessary, adjust the distance between your eyes and the screen. - Once it's in focus, you will instantly notice it and see my weed in crystal clear 3d!
