MARS FC 3000 Super lemon Haze

Great colas, lovely huge frosty buds that stink of 🍋 and has a much deeper musky earthy smell than her sister DWC pheno. Has a light woodie smell also, that might be the earthy smell, though also, but it smells different when you split a bud or grind some, (more to come on smoke report). I got about 20+ colas. Out of them 8 were proper, and should of just stuck with a much more simple shape, as you can see in my pic of the base, I didn't max out on the energy whatsoever, with so much stress im shocked she didn't hermie. She got a little calmag sickness in week 3, probably with a touch of sulfur in there also, I was using filtered water so there was something on top of a calmag, but mainly calmag. Epsom salt and biobizz calmag fixed it right up. (The epsom salt, in a small dose of 250ppm is fine, that's with 110ppm baseline). Love, love this strain. She took all the abuse I threw at her. And even on the 2 colas I did trim they were super sticky. It's all dry and in jars, I wasn't expecting her to dry this quick. I harvested whole, roots and all. I let it go dry on top, moist still in the substrate and after 48hr dark rest she was still up a not droopy but was easy to pull up, broke the soil from the roots and hung dry her whole. As my temp ranged from 19-22c I had the bud on the outside dry quickly while the inside dried slower therefore she shrank, (maybe that's the other way around, I have to look into it), and the huge colas/buds got a lot smaller. Thankfully I kept the RH between 58-62% and there is little to no smell of hay i had gotten from the other hot dried bud. 7 days drying whole, will trim in the coming days. And update with smoke/dry weight results. But I can rate it at 10☆ as I did taste it. It's lovely. More to come on that.

Its a lovely strain. Very much a day time smoke for me, but if you smoke enough of it, you'll be wasted. But for its purpose it is what it says. It's a Satvia Dom strain.. so be prepared to be uplifted, happy, and just an overall get up and go strain. But as I said, if you wanna get baked just smoke more than 1 joint, (no tobacco, yuck, I don't get why ppl grow lovely bud, and then go spoil it with a cheap nasty product that yellows your teeth) As for the smoke, it has a very musky earthy smell, with a deep citrus scent that lasts long with a touch of wood, (don't ask me which wood,) it just has a strong dank musky woody, citrus smell. I'd nearly go as far as to say, I wouldn't mind walking around with a cure jar with it strapped from the back of my head, it really is a heavily smell, that and I might be a bit biast when it comes to anything with a deep citrus smell, that not only can you smell, but you can actually taste it, it is a lovely smooth haze, but man, it gives some kick on the back of the throat with its resin. My clippers had its 1st proper gummed up experience..yeah, the spring has struggled before to open it again, but after I trimmed 2-3 colas I had to clean everytime it just stayed closed, (most use a solution, I couldn't be arsed, as they are cheap, I just use a Stanley blade and run it down the sides to take any rosin off) Overall 73g and I smoked 1 big cola, and that was about 10g, Its been dried 5 days now, and just on a light cure its taken any hay smell away that my grows have been hit by with this poxy hot humid weather. Idk if leaving it whole with the leafs are playing a part on the dry, but never time, I'll be making sure none of my harvest windows fall in the middle of summer , as its the trim that always smells like hay when you leave it to dry in hot temps, but overall, I say, I did lose potency with it been dried the way it is. But it's still the strongest Satvia I have, and I love how deep the 🍋 taste and smell is. Just a perfect end to a good harvest, and a lot of learning.
