The second weeks starts and the ladies are doing great, the Pineapple Express is a beast she is growing really well. The blue cheese and the white runtz are also doing okay, I would not compare them with the her though. They been really easy to take care of so far. So I updated my humidity control automation to increase humidity a bit more. And moved the fan to the other side so the big girl get extra air flow and now she is dancing 😋

6 seeds auto speed bud from seedman. Using peat pellet to germinate and directly buried into 2 gallon fox farms o ocean forest soil. Using RO water. So will need to add cal mag. After a few nodes grow. This is my second grow. First grow a GSC clone. is currently drying in the same tent. Using a iffy method. But the plant had a lot of deficiency’s and was not worth taking care of 100%. Lights were switched back to 18/6 after harvesting the photo.

I haven’t been really keeping up with her as much as I should since holidays were around. I haven’t been raising my light as I should which didn’t do a whole lot. It definitely lightened her up but that also could be from it being in flower. Everything’s been going very good I couldn’t ask for a better grow!!

Same feeding as last week, but after last dose of BigOne, some tips are burned showing nuterients limit again, so next 2 irrigations were with plain water but the result was she started to loose the dark green at the end of this weekso im trying to reverse this, rising TopBloom a little, next week will be feeding 3 ml/l adding 1 more ml/l, but at the moment no more Big One as the Buds are really full of hairs all over the plant Top Candy is almost ready to give some sugars next weeks Really developed a bush structure, im really happy :)

Hello everybody Harvest day here and just like last year I'm gonna make it a regular flowering week in the diary and in 3 weeks to a month I will come with the results. So the chop itself went pretty smooth. I removed al the FanLeaves, sugarleaves and already did a nice trim. Other years I tried different approaches but this seems the best. I cut away the main cola and some big buds below a few days sooner since they were absolutely done, the other buds I left on the plant to mature for a few days extra and then proceeded to completly trim her. Buds look great, Pretty dense and big and all the buds kinda have the same size. The main cola is also not that huge but very decent. Frosty as hell and with a huge smell in my opinion. U would think that this is the most fun part of a grow (it is actually 😂) but I hate harvest day because of the insane smell a plant produces. Anyway she's hung up to dry now with a ventilator and a much needed carbon filter. The Roots on the plant looks insane. Lots of root bound and she really used all the soil and the entire pot. The stem is pretty thick, more then other years. I'm happy so far but the real test comes in 3 weeks. I already Tried a few sample buds and the taste is nice, a bit spicy and herbal, exactly what a Jack Herer is described like. I can only hope that with a good dry and cure she becomes even better but these were just small sample buds, curious for the big ones 😁😅 Thanks a lot for following this journey. All ladies are doing well. Did a few LST of them a few days ago and letting them de-stress before I start to defoilation process. Drinking up like a storm and bushy. Very healthy 🌿💚

Well I decided I had to pull the plug on this girl with all the weird weather we've been having. I've been pulling yellowing fan leaves off her for a couple weeks now and with our 2nd heat wave and all the smoke & ash thrown in for bad measure... it's been truly weird. Yesterday was a day for the record books around here - it was so dark I could tell my pets were spooked. Even they knew it wasn't supposed to be this dark in daytime. Probably how animals react to things like a solar eclipse. If they haven't got somebody nearby to reassure them of some sense of normal - the alarm bells start going off. I hadn't really gotten the impression this girl was all that fragrant during the flowering process UNTIL I was washing all that ash off her this morning - then I was like - WOW this stiff is pretty intense in the nose. One thing I'm pretty sure of is that the sun ain't coming out for a couple more days the ways the smoke be flowing around here. We'll see. Two more plants on the patio but they aren't far behind. September 13 >> Debudded the Widow late this afternoon to make space in my shed to harvest Jack Herer in the morning. She was still a little moist as I harvested her 3 days ago - but it hasn't been that hot. The smoke is still hiding the sun and the atmosphere is labeled "unhealthy". Hung her up in my front bedroom to finish the drying process. I should note the passing of reggae giant (many say inventor) Toots Hibbert, of Toots and the Maytals last Friday. I went looking for some pics of the last show I saw him at and coincidentally it turned out to be one year ago today, September 13, 2019 at the Independant in San Francisco. I was lucky to have seem him a few times. So I uploaded about 30 seconds worth of Pressure Drop from that show. RIP Buddy. 😪 ====================================================== September 21 >> Finished hand trimming the Widow yesterday while mostly listening to the last round of the US Open. In September... while they're playing Stanley Cup playoffs too. Very weird time.... both these things normally happen in June every year. The buds weighed in at basically 8 ounces (227 grams). The trim came in at 325 grams - and in this case I use the Trimbag - although I don't think she was really dry enough to get proper function outa the bag. I still spent over 6 hours hand trimming the remainder AFTER the Trimbag in this case. It wasn't really a problem because I had like 10 hours of US Open coverage for 4 days to burn thru. In the process of turning all that trim into hash at the moment... because I'm all configured to go at the moment after making Wonder Pie hash last week. I'll stick it in the garage to dry for a few days and add the weights later. One thing I've noticed that's probably pandemic-related is 90% isopropyl alcohol has become very hard to find (haven't had to look for like 6 months because I had a couple bottles that lasted). I've used it to clean my glass bong/dab rigs for years. 70% is there - but even that now it's like you have to ask for it. Wow, looking great, buds have taken shape and can start with filling up a bit. This Mars Hydro light is amazing, the buds are quite big for week 4. Cant wait to see next weeks development. The boosters name is Pro Bloom, most have new names in europe, same company, different names

I had some Explosive growth this week at least to me it seams like it haven’t seen my girls in a week I must say I’m Impressed this crazy how I’m better with clones then Germinating seeds anyway that’s it tell next week with these girls oh yeah regular water for next feed for my record

Week 18 Daylight 12h40 - ☀️7h40/20h20🌙 🌈Weather changed a lot during this 2 week, alternating sun and rain with medium temperature: low in the morning 8°C and 22/24°C the afternoon. Cold wind: Autumn is coming soon! 🍃 This is the middle of the flowering cycle for 2 plants and the beginning for the others; and it’s harder than I imagined. Interminable war against pests: caterpillars and leafminer flies (+ guest :aphids). However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged. -Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch. -GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way. -Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Plants was really shocked during the first wave of pests and after the sunburn. Wow from day one this beauty has been my diamond in the garden .. she has the looks of a top notch bud and the smell is so good and strong it's great to walk into after some one burns a bud ...she was super disease and mildew resistant I never had to worry about her at all and she did well with minor what shortages .the only thing I would change is the temps when growing she will need above 70 or else she slowed growth a lot . The buds look and feel great and that smell so unique ..would highly recommend these guys they are the real deal cheers family cheers ....

So the start of flower is here 😌. I'm giving her a little worm casting, some cal-mag and a hint of PK booster. The cal-mag has N in it, so I'm hitting all my bases. I may put up a net to help rangle the multiple tops I have going. I'm going to give her a good defoliation at the end of the week jut expose those covered sites. Happy with the nutrients so far from Aurora Innovation : Soul line; players pack. No deficancys or issues as of yet and she is looking healthy

A lot of rain and wind, continuously. Temps have dropped as well. I’m reading another week or two to chop this plants. Sativa dominant hybrids did the best, the Fastberry and the banana purple punch did not really develop as the other two. In specifics the cbd crack developed sizable buds, and the blue dream as well, the flowers are not as developed tight and dense as in the indoor grow. A bit of fox-tailing nothing too expressive. Minimal work, as per the setup chosen, an no extra nutes this week.

D29. We're at the start of the first week of flower, and all is well in the tent. Today, I made some minor adjustments to the LST wires and tucked a few leaves to bring more light to the bud sites. ------------------------------ D31. She loves life and is starting to spread out over the Gorilla pot. I noticed a few yellow leaf tips on a single bud. No idea what is going on, but I'll keep an eye on her. Otherwise, she looks healthy, and I already see purple in her young flowers. I did some minor defoliation low down, but other than that, she is low maintenance now. All I do is tighten an LST wire now and then to maintain a flat canopy. ------------------------------ D32. I brewed up a quick compost tea using oat flour as the food source. Some people claim that that will result in a fungally dominant tea, so I thought I'd try it out. I also added humic acid and a teaspoon of myco because why not? Honestly, I'm not sure it is even possible to create a fungally dominant AACT, as the constant water movement will most likely tear the fungal hyphae apart as they form. In any case, a different food source should promote other bacteria than the molasses I usually use. Diversity is the name of the game in living soil. Well, in life in general. I gave her around 1 liter (5% of container volume) of tea @ pH 6.1. ------------------------------ D35. We're on the last day in the first week of flower. All is well in the tent, and there isn't much to report. One thing I did was buy a mushroom grow kit to keep in the tent. I figured I'd test it out and see how it works. The mushrooms produce CO2 that the plants love, and hopefully, I'll get some tasty Oyster mushrooms to eat — two birds with one stone and all that. ------------------------------
