She is going well , has been topped for a 2nd time & doing some LST. She has very large shade leaves on her.

Aug 3: still going strong starting the third week of flowering. I’m putting her in the garage at 9 pm, doing the 730 nm far red light to put plant into dark mode 2 h faster, and then out of garage at 7 am. So 10+ 2 h is 12 h dark and 14 h daylight or a 26 h day. The far red light definitely works as a bloom booster and helps the plants finish faster when the sun is stronger. Did morning foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate. Aug 4: always some defoliation to be done and I took out all the small stuff that was growing into the centre. If I had a longer season I could have left some of these small branches but I want the energy directed toward the prime bud sites. Also removing leaves makes it more stable in the wind. Yet another growing trade-off. Aug 5: she looks great coming out of the dark garage this morning. Lots of colas with lots of buds 👍👍 Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. This far north we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. By adding UV lights, this will make Edmonton in September seem like California in July. Along with genetics, UV light is the main factor controlling trichome and THC production. Adding UV light for a couple of hours per day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm) should help a lot this far north. At the other end of the light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoor (FGI) 730 nm far red light. This is the third season using the far red light as a bloom booster and it definitely works. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes to put the plant into dark mode two hours faster, and is like getting a 26 h day. Bud ripen earlier and therefore under stronger sun. Both of these lights are low power LED used for a few hours (UV) or just a few seconds (far red). Gotta love science and technology when it allows us to figure this kind of out.

kommen in Woche 17/ Blütewoche 5 Vorerst verzeiht uns Bitte das etwas verspätete Update, nur der Geburtstag meiner Partnerin am vergangenen Samstag und ein gestriger Auto-Marathon von gut 600 Km haben es nicht eher zugelassen ;-) Zum Update: Kurz zusammengefasst, wer unser Diaries verfolgt hat weiß, dass wir Anfangs ein nicht entsprechend gutes, Medium, hatten. Auch das späte 2te Umtopfen in neutrale Erde, hat zwar sehr dem neuen Wurzelwerk geholfen und ohne diesem wären wir definitiv nicht so weit wie heute. Da aber eines wichtig ist zu erwähnen, wir haben natürlich beim Umtopfen es nicht geschafft, die Wurzeln komplett von der zu ,,harten Erde, zu befreien bzw. zu Spülen mit Destilliertem Wasser. Da uns wichtiger Dünger kippte fehlte es uns zur entscheidenden Zeit an Zucker, P+K, CalMag. So weit so gut, denn Sie wuchsen wieder. In dem Begriff haben wir mit Sicherheit auch ungewollt Nährstoffe rausgespült. Als es dann in die Blüte bzw. den erhöhten EC- Bereich ging, hat die Mitte des Mediums anfangs stets immer ein höheren EC- Wert wie die Erde die frisch umwachsen wurde. Dies brauchte auch ein paar Tage zum Registrieren dessen. Ein wahrer Balance Akt und Symbiose ist gerade auf dieser Ebene arg wichtig. Wir haben zusätzlich mit Co²- Tabletten gearbeitet, um die Nährstoff-verabeitung anzukurbeln bzw. Überschüsse zu vermeiden und zudem, sehen uns die Damen nur noch kaum. Die allgemeinen Additive werden im Moment zweimal die Woche mit Supermicrobes und ein wenig PK 13/14 unterstützt. Zusätzlich wie geahnt, ist der Sommer da und das nicht zu knapp! Selbst im Garten Gießen, ist eine Herausforderung. Wärme- Hitzestress ist sicherlich auch ein großes Thema. Feingefühl, was die Lampe betrifft, muss noch in Erfahrung gefestigt werden. Daher haben wir auch letzte Woche Dienstag umgestellt auf 600 Watt und selbst dies führen wir wahrscheinlich nur noch bis nächsten Samstag, denn die Temperaturen sollen auf 39 ° C steigen. Durch alle Einflüsse haben wir zwar spät (Gestern Abend) aber definitiv ein paar Blätter verloren. Wir haben die Blätter bewusst stehen lassen, um zu beobachten, ob es sich eindämmt und oder schlimmer wird mit den Mangelerscheinungen. Des Weiteren wenn sie stehen bleiben, werden auch die nicht so guten Blätter am ehesten weiter vergehen, statt neue intakte anzugehen. Am Haupteingang befindet sich auf der linken Seite die Oberzicke von allen Damen^^ Sie leidet am meisten, weil sie zuletzt aber auch den höchsten EC hatte und somit als letztes natürlich mehr Destilliertes Wasser bekam. Man sieht es ihr an, dass es ihr nicht so gut geht wie den anderen. Insgesamt bis auf die Zicke werden allgemein Nährstoffe angenommen und neue akute Mangelerscheinung sind nicht wirklich zuerkennen. Wir befinden uns stets in der Zeit, wo es sehr schnell zu Überschüssen kommen kann, da man versucht die Mängel auszugleichen und unter Berücksichtigung des Nährstofffasses nicht zu viel hineinzugeben ins Medium. Wir die sehr lange gelernt haben nicht mehr groß zu Überdüngen, kommen bei diesem lauf echt ins Schwitzen, da die Damen wirklich viel Nährstoffe brauchen und auch Verbrauchen. Selbst alle 2 Tage nur rein Wasser ist nicht ausreichend. Eines steht fest, diese Strain wird ein Wiederholungs- Strain! Die Schönheit liegt im Auge des Betrachters, insgesamt für diesen lauf sehen sie trotz allem Umständen schön aus. Ehrlich betrachtet, führen wir in diesem lauf doch die längsten Zöpfe von je her. Ob sie auch so voll werden, die Colas (Zöpfe), wird sich zeigen. Im Moment bildet sich eine schöne Budstruktur sowie Calyx aus, sie werden schwerer und breiten sich schön um den Stamm aus. Leichte Farbakzente kann man hier und da mal wahrnehmen. Die ersten Pistols werden braun, die Blütenbildung setzt sich fort. WELL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!! My beautiful KOSHER KUSH #1 is already being flushed and will be chopped this weekend!! All these amazing colors are just starting to devour the plants with yellows purples and oranges inching closer and closer to harvest!! I will only be growing TOP SHELF FLOWER for my local dispensary after they reached out to me and pre ordered all of it!! I’m using some flawless finish on a couple of the feedings for flush and the other plants are still on a steady dose of flora bloom/ micro , terpinator , and cha Ching .. after a couple more feedings I’ll start flushing the rest of the girls and making sure no more nutrients is left in those pretty buds!! Another week down a whole week of 12/12 and I won’t say she’s stretching yet, I would have thought ild see son pistols by now but no.i know she’s healthy the cutting I took only took two days to fully root A few new things to add to the list of nutrients, this week she’s had a heavy top dress. Reaper, soil candy, and barley to kick start bloom, grow plus to make sure she has enough to stretch properly and the knf. Which I’ve add fermented fruit juice to now for bloom, Fermented fruit juice - I’ve gone hard to ferment this properly since using shop bought fruits, Bananas for potassium, blackberries and blueberries because that’s how I imagine a moonberry would taste 😂 I know it’s no going to influence the terps but still LAB for microbes and jsm ( leaf mould and potato in water to collect microbes in the water) And finally molasses. This brew took about three weeks. The light stayed the same high flipped to 12 hours and turned up to 75%. She will stay there until the plant reaches 30cm from the light. I thinkkkkk that wraps this week up might be a bit boring from here on out work wise butttt will be exciting watching her blow up, till next week. Let’s get it 💪🏽

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

So this has been a better week, as you can see they have gained alot of height. The internodes are closer and tighter now that I adjusted the light. Stalk is thick but they are still a bit filmsy I think the calmag is doing the job, along with giving bloom nutes. It's pretty sad how bare they are, but I think that was my fault having the light too far away in the beginning. Only a few more weeks until these girls should be done! Hoping mostly to gain the knowledge from this grow, I don't think i'll be doing autos again, as I love the veg stage. Hope everyone has a great week!👽 FEB10 update + video

Ladies and gentlemen, today's day 27 of veg and as you can tell, I mainlined her . In the video I explain how I plan on mainlining, both tops after the fifth node.. But what I failed to mention was that I will also be topping again as well at that point.. So from there on it will be LST and try to get as good of a yield, as we can out of this girl.. On monday it will be 4 weeks for the young ladies and they are starting to flower. They are short and bushy lets see how mutch they strech. I will do a topdressing soon using kelpmeal batguano rockdust and a little of epsom salt. After that i will only water them for about 3 weeks. I will add a Mars Hydro ts 1000 150 watts light next week too since i have alot of plants in the tent . So far so good. all the ladies are happy and loves life. 😻🌱🌱🌱 Happy growing to you 💚

The plant has recovered well from the last capping and defoliation🏻‍♀️ A few leaves have yellowed a little, but that's not so bad🏻‍♂️ It will get a compost tea🍵 in a few days when it is sent into flower and then everything will be fine again😊💪🏻🏻 The compost tea is brewed and was given to the Watermelon Runtz at day 49 of Veg🍉🏃‍♂️

---GENERAL COMMENT--- Girls are at day 4 technically, but i like to update Sunday always, so keep that in mind, is 1/2 a week now. From germination to soil emerging took 3-4 days, no issues at all. 100% germination rate from multiple breeders till now. I will try my best to do a stress free grow again, so will grow mainly naturally. ---RQS EASY BUD--- Ironically the Easy bud is developing better and growing faster than her sister. ---DAY 10 UPDATE--- Over some days she got volume, just started to use RECHARGE, and wow, that thing works, 48H you could tell something is different, since watering with it the stem is thicker and is growing more vigorous, lets see how it will impact overall! ---DAY 14 UPDATE. WEEK 2 FINAL--- This is the last day of this week and this girl is absolutely amazing, she grew a lot, showing already the intension of shooting up more stems, i'm very happy with her, it has been a delight to grow, response in very good. Voodoo juice is of by now, will keep the recharge maintenance every other watering as i'm loving it. Feeding program will start soon!

day 83 Last feed has being done today. from now on only water. i think it has another 10-14 days. time will tell.
