Fo' Twenny here! Welcome back to my garden! Thanks for following me on this 16 strain photoperiod SOG grow adventure! We have 18 strains running with 2 regular strains, I want to be sure we can fill up the whole SOG. 9/7 - Just to recap last week. 9/5 I transplanted from the 16 oz solo cups into a one gallon 8" tall Active Aqua 6" x 6" Square Pots. Today, I topped and defoliated. Everything is looking good, now just waiting for them to bounce back. Hoping to be ready for flower within next week or two. This is my first run using a modified SOG method, and not sure how long it will take for them to be ready. Ideally I'd like each main growing shoot to be about 12" or so before sending to 12/12. BAD NEWS: Half of the blue diodes have gone out in the TMLAPY light. This light was actually gifted to me shortly after a friend purchased it from Amazon and realized it was too small for their space. It seemed to be serving it's purpose well for vegging photos and running bumper crops of autoflowers but it failed only four months after the warranty period ended! Weak-Sauce! Welp, looks like it's time to upgrade the 24"x48" tent to Samsung LM301H boards. I ordered a 320w straight single piece heatsink with 3 boards from Geeklight. I went with the 3k spectrum and switchable UV/IR since all my autoflowers bloom under this light. 🌸 Lava Cake – Week 7 Flower (Harvest Special) 🌸 This week marks a major milestone in the Lava Cake journey: we harvested phenotype two, who had been affected by bud rot. Bud rot may have tried to take the best from us, but we didn’t allow it. Every infected part was carefully removed, and the remaining healthy plant was harvested and is now drying as a whole plant under controlled conditions. ⸻ 🙏 Apologies & Context We know this is technically a flower week update, but due to the new updates on Grow Diaries and the desire to share photos, videos, and the story of this harvest so we’re combining the harvest with the flower week report. We apologize for any confusion — this is the only way to fully document and expose all that’s happening, and to make sure the lessons, successes, and challenges are visible for everyone following along. The next report will be the official “Harvest Report”, covering: • Drying & trimming process • Curing updates • Smoke review ⸻ 🌿 Quick Recap – From Seed to Here • Germination: Smooth in the Cannakan with Aptus Regulator & Start Booster, 3 seeds, 2 kept. • Vegetative Stage: Robust growth under Black Series 600 LED and later ThinkGrow & Lumatek LEDs. Root development and early structure supported with Aptus super soil and micro/macro mixes. • Transplant: Into 11L fabric pots, carefully monitored environment, roots thriving. • Early Flower: Weeks 1–4 brought thick white hairs, dense colas, and heavy branching. Even though bud rot forced an early cut, the flowers are still dense, fragrant, and high quality. The flowers were so dense and weighty that some branches were starting to bend, snap, and strain under the load. While this is a testament to the plant’s vigor and genetics, it also increased the risk of further bud rot and damage, making an early, careful harvest the safest and most sensible choice. Even under pressure, these girls delivered impressive structure, weight, and resin coverage, proving their strength and quality until the very last moment. Divine Indica is a beautiful plant although she was very susceptible to everything along the way and it is unfortunate that the powdery mildew took over. If it had only been minor the wash would have cleaned her up but that was not the case for her, we also lost some of her to bud rot which was not a shock with the weather this season. As for the weight, it is an estimate due to the way our harvest took place this year and also a lack of scale. One thing spectacular about this girl is her aroma so we would like to see how she handles growing inside in the future.

I was still seeing strange things happen in the leaves but runoff pH was staying at around 6.5. One plant toppled over and started growing up from a bent stalk like an herb. I started looking for a new reflector so that I could mount my light horizontally instead of vertically to save space and ideally find a way to get the plants closer to the light without burning them. I started looking into MH bulbs as well as I figured at this point I clearly hadn't provided the light they needed. If I wanted them to thrive I needed to set them up properly for the last few weeks of veg. I transplanted this week into slightly bigger coco pots but in retrospect I feel I should have gone up to 3 gallon pots at this point.

Hi Topman! ...and 2 weeks passed as 1 - the pre-flowering was 10 days and now the 4-5th day of flowering! I think she will let her brothers shit!!

The buds are fating up. I removed some leaves which blocked the light for the lower buds. Hope she will be ready soon because I am afraid of mold developing.

NOPE, SOIL IS TOO MOIST... holding off for a day, wait and see ! (And it rained all nite !) - feeding Congo #3 x Bangi Haze and Russian Tzar Bomba tomorrow ( w/ Purple Dawn ) fingers-crossed - this coming week will see the tops of these plants, pulled downward to the ground, creating a rounded Bush. Kind of aiming the plants Northward angling past 45 degrees, it will invite the side-branches to become Colas. Thats the Plan for these 4 now that they are starting to thrive in the conditions June 14 - fed Congo #3 x Bangi Haze and Russian Tzar Bomba 1.5 gal/ea (Purple Dawn as well) ahead of the coming heat wave this week. - removed most of the key Fan Leaves

2nd week of transition in the books and development has been advanced and remains very vigorous. Had to pull out one more plant that was showing balls and we’re now down to a total of 6 plants of the original 10. Regardless the scrog net has filled in substantially while the canopy remains airy and light in terms of overall foliage space. The mains have been tied to the net over 2 or 3 rounds of bending and training to allow the lower side branches opportunity to catch up to the same rough height. No deficiencies and we’ve now apparently found the sweet spot for nutrient ratios. Everything remains on point and we’re mostly on auto pilot to the finish now. Alls good!

I planted germinated and planted 4 Sucker Punch Autos on July 12th. They had all sprouted by July 13th and are just finishing their first week above ground! This is my first time growing auto flowers so I am excited to see how it goes :) They are being vegged under a 1000w MH which is dimmable and set at 600w for the time being to help with temperatures.

2/20: Both pots are light and are looking droopy. Time for first day of feeding nutrients. I used 1tbsp unsulphured molasses mixed into a half strength mix of General Organics GO Box nutrients, following the first week of flower instructions. 2/21: Both plants are looking great this morning. Amnesia seemed to have grown more overnight! I'll need to watch the timelapse to see what happened. My lights are at about 80% at 12 inches above the plants. I'm going to increase it to 12 inches above the tallest cola. 2/22: May turn both lights to 100% soon, as the timelapse of the night didn't show much growth or movement. Otherwise looking good. 2/24: Woke up to Amnesia's lower leaves turning yellow, brown, and crunchy. Google research thinks its a PK deficiency, the last two letters if the N-P-K nutrient list. Discord users also believed it was a PK deficiency on their own accord. I may be able to remedy this by upping my main Biothrive Bloom to full strength to increase those nutrient numbers, and feeding her now. She's growing fast, I could see why she'd be hungry again after 4 days. Her pot wasn't quite all the way light before bed though. After today's feeding I'll go down to 3/4 strength on the Bloom for the next feeding. EDIT: After lifting Amnesias pot, she definitely is ready for feeding/watering. Probably starved a bit overnight in the hot tent. Later at night, Trainwreck began to droop, so I mixed up a half strength of nutrients and fed her a gallon over a half hour.

Muy contento con el la salud de mis plantas el color verde oscuro de las hojas es estupendo... Y los tallos están adquiriendo un semblante espectacular.
