🚀 Dutch Passion - Melonads Runtz 🚀 100 days from seed and 52 days into flowering, and what a journey it's been! Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... ALOT HAPPENED THAT WAS NOT PHOTOGRAPHED. I was in a wreck in November that totaled my vehicle and injured me. In January I took on a new business endeavor whilst working full time 60+. Between the two I let the plant die from dehydration. I walked in one day she was browned all over. Not a green leaf in sight. Wilted beyond belief. She looked to the untrained disbelieving eye dead. I cut the lights down to 20% & kept a vigilant eye in her watering her as she needed. It took 3 weeks of this before a single sprig of green shot forth from this battered plant. Only half of the entire plant came back to life the other half eventually got trimmed back to encourage new lateral shoots . . That was the idea. . Although nothing EVER grew on one entire half of the plant. So I regrew out the plant by babying . This is indeed the exact same plant however everything you see is brand new. The plant has been being trained to grow over in the directions of the areas that Cellie’s cellular vascular system was permanently damaged as a result of my non existent watering schedule. Shes looking full these days but I can’t help but bite my finger at the lovely and healthy growth pattern I squandered and took for granted. I firmly believe if I didn’t have to spend the better part of 2 months on what I called “Recovery” after losing AN ENTIRE HALF OF MY PLANT to bring this plant back to 1. Life & 2. Vigor that she’d have filled out the 5x5 . I’m going to do a heavy defoliation to expose growth sites. I of course wanna fill out as much of this tent as possible as soon as possible to see if we can push the quantity boundaries of harvest. Sorry for the inconsistency I’m going to do my best to see this through

Thank you all for this amazing support on this bananas journey💚💚💚 Uploading and updating each week content on daily bassis so please revisit this diary if week not over yet. So far all going great. Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! Update July 15th I was wrong about the smell. It’s actually very diesel like and I’m excited about the result. Bud swell still massively going on. But also the first leaves are becoming colorful so it’s fall time. 🔜 it’ll be ready. Update July 12th Approaching the finish line. Bud swell has started on all sites. Samy is pushing pistils and calyxes everywhere. Some of them calyxes are extraordinarily fat. What’s also interesting is the thick sugar coating. Trichomes look like super big. Seems to be an interesting strain also for bubble hash. Smell is also kicking in. Not yet the diesel intensity I’m expecting but what am I expecting anyway 😝….

Sherbet is growing very well, fast and healthy. Want to take cuttings from this one but also want to top it, don’t know what route to take first?! Would also like to keep a clone to breed with GSC to make some Gelato 45, then eventually cross that with Zkittlez to make some Runtz and so on and so forth! Hopefully everything go as planned.

Made it to week 3 of flower . She’s definitely flourishing . Very happy with how she’s been growing from the start . Some seriously good genetics .

Entering final week of major stretch, these plants have been a pleasure to grow so far, and my overall setup has been performing pretty flawlessly. Excited for the weeks to come, tho another longer trip away from the plants looms in the future (🎅🏻). Hopefully i can dial in a temporary auto watering system for then. Just did a light defoliation so i can leave them unmolested for the week - mainly took off leaves brushing against the forming pistils. These plants grow like weeds no doubt, branches out of branches out of branches. Temps and runoff a little high but overall a smooth start to the flowering stage i would say.

I put the plants under the Electric Sky 180 V2 I kept only 4 plants because one was growing really slow compare to the others and another turned out to be a automatic plant so i took it away as well. I am keeping 2 phenos of the Nanaz x BBC and 2 ot the Humboldt Headband.

One of those weeks where they get watered three times instead of 2 -- I water every 3 days or so are os needed. To grow these cannabis - cabbages phenotypes is not easy but I am excited for the pink buds regardless! So far, for better and for worse, these are the MOST indica plants I have grown 😎🌿 Day 35, 15 Feb, Sun ♥️💛💚 Each got 2400 mL 1/L of Tiger Bloom and 0.5/L GrowBig 1.0 ml/L of CalMag and Lots of 1.5 ml/L of Big Bloom. Day 38 18 Feb, Wed ♥️💛💚 Each got 2500 mL Added some Recharge to this 6.4 pH water. Day 41 21 Feb, Sat ♥️💛💚 Each got 2500 mL 1/L of Tiger Bloom and 0.5/L GrowBig 1.0 ml/L of CalMag and Lots of 1.5 ml/L of Big Bloom.

Correct result for Sweet Gelato Auto. Easy growing: dynamic and healthy vegetative period. Short, solid and bushy plant, it need 11 or 12 weeks from seed to harvest. Flowers are very resinous and thick with a strong and aggressive aroma. The Cookies genetic is very recognizable. The yield could be bigger with a good training (LST) instead of having a big central bud.

FBT2402 had a rough life. She had mites the whole grow. She was already flowering when I figured it out. So I could not treat the flower then. She has a strong piney, citrus, and sweet smell. It looks like it will be a few ounces once it is all done.
