Day 59 of flower. Probably gonna chop her this weekend. She looks and smells great! Such an improvement over the first time I grew this (which was my first grow).

I skipped the last week because I didn't take any pictures. But this week there's some more pictures. The buds are developing beautiful. They're growing a lot and starting to get some beautiful colours. They're starting to smell amazing as well.

Plant seems to be growing well, she’s has some nice fans. I’ll be transplanting some time next week. Topped her this week too.

Flowering day 49 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) All ladies look very healthy and delicious :-) We're slowly getting closer to the end. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.2 l (sewing materials see table above) At the next watering there is a very light rinse with Clean Fruits so that the last nutrients can be slowly used up. 3/14: Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves. Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry. 3/15: Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at. 3/16: Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet. 3/19: Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes. Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.

Kinda a rough week, everyone. I’ve been battling the flu all week and my energy is zapped. So firstly I had been growing increasingly annoyed of leaf clawing. I addressed overwatering and started only watering every 4-5 days and the girls responded well. I researched defoliation as much as I could and gave it a go because the plants weren’t getting optimal light. Might’ve overdone it, I’m not sure. Then came lowering the screens to begin scrogging. I’ve read probably every forum and article and looked at dozens of diaries; but it feels like when I’m tying branches to the screen it’s just stacking them on other leaves and blocking more light. I hate my LED, it’s probably only good for one plant. But today one of the bulbs went out, brand new light. I decided to buy a 315w CMH Light should be here next week. Live and learn. Should have done a single plant grow. It’s a new week though it will all work out. 🍁

12/09/2022 - 36 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 The first week of flowering my Mandarine XL 🍊🍊🍊 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - This week I adjust the dose of nutrients to support flowering and added nutrients - flowering stimulators: Jungle Urban A: 0.5 ml Jungle Urban B: 1.5 ml Jungle Urban M: 1 ml Flower stimulators: Jungle Environ X: 1ml Advanced Nutrients - Bud Candy 2 ml Advanced Nutrients - Bud Ignitor 1 ml Advanced Nutrients - Big Bud 2ml Hesi Root Complex - 5ml - last week of adding this nutrient Atami - ATA Calmag - when growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand, I give the same as in vegetation: 0.5ml. Lights: I don't change Bloom light, I still use Mars Hydro TS1000 - 150w full spectrum, great light to use both in vegetation and flowering 💡💡 Training: LST: third attachment of all twigs where flowers are formed 🌸🌸 Defoliation: the first big defoliation took place in the middle of the week, I removed the large leaves at the bottom of the plants and those that shaded the flowers 🍃🌞 The little girl has only grown by 5 cm since last week, she is already putting all her strength into flowering. The pistils at the ends of the twigs already form white tufts 😊💓 I can smell a subtle scent of herbs and flowers, but very subtle indeed. Bienvenidos cultivadores de marihuana clandestinos y también a los que tienen la fortuna de no serlo!🖐️👨‍🌾👍 Este es un diario donde semanalmente explico algunas de mis técnicas de cultivo y preparados orgánicos, los cuales llevo experimentando dos años en cultivos de marihuana interior. Esta semana: HIDROLIZADO POTÁSICO DE LEONARDITA CON FÓSFORO (Humato PK). Este producto lo vengo usando en mis cultivos desde el comienzo, hasta el final de la floración y es una de mis fórmulas indispensables para el engorde de los cogollos. La leonardita es un mineraloide derivado del lignito y compuesto en su mayor parte por materia orgánica que se encuentra en el proceso de convertirse en carbón, no es soluble en agua. La leonardita es la mayor fuente existente de Ácidos Húmicos e Himatomelánicos, mejora la estructura del suelo haciéndolo más esponjoso, estimula el suministro de oxígeno a los microorganismos, incrementa el crecimiento, la división celular y la retención de agua y nutrientes, al tiempo, la fórmula aporta también fósforo y potasio solubilizados, con lo que consigo un fertilizante altamente soluble PK, con ácido húmico y materia orgánica líquida. Para hacer soluble la leonardita uso un tipo de hidrólisis alcalina con Hidroxido de Potasio, en esta ocasión he añadido Roca Fosfórica (P) como fuente de fósforo inorgánico y lo he enriquecido un poco con Azomite (Si, Mg, K, Fe... + trazas de 70 minerales). Como fuente de fósforo también he utilizado fosfitos orgánicos extraídos de la calcinación de huesos con cascarilla de arroz o cenizas de madera, pero en realidad la fórmula original sólo incluye la leonardita y el hidróxido de potasio (Humato K). El proceso es simple: - MATERIAL PARA 1 LITRO DE SOLUCIÓN: Agua pura 1000ml. (Yo en este preparado he usado agua de manantial alcalino (PH: 9.2 EC: 0.85), esta agua está muy mineralizada (Ca. Si, Fe, Mg, Mn...) quiere decir que tiene hidrolizados esos minerales los cuales se añaden naturalmente al producto.) Leonardita: 100g (10%) Hidróxido de potasio: 30g (3%). - MINERALES EXTRA 1%: Roca fosfórica: 7g, Azomite: 3g PROCEDIMIENTO: 1) Moler la leonardita y mezclar con la roca fosfórica y el azomite. 2) Añadir el Hidróxido de potasio disuelto en 500ml de agua. 3) Esperar una hora y agitar de vez en cuando. 4) Añadir el resto del agua (500ml). 5) Mantener en el recipiente sin cierre hermético, para dejar paso al oxígeno, durante al menos tres días. 6) Remover o agitar al menos 2 veces al día, durante estos 3 primeros días. (Cuanto más o mejor se agite el resultado de la hidrolisis será mejor.) 7) A partir de los 3 días ya se puede usar... pero yo prefiero esperar una semana al menos. 8) El producto se puede almacenar a la sombra durante años, el paso del tiempo hace que la hidrólisis de los componentes sea mejor. COSTO APROX. DEL PREPARADO: 3€. MEZCLAS PARA RIEGO EN MACETAS: HASTA EL 2%., EN EXTERIOR HASTA EL 3%. ========================== USOS: - Deshidratado, lo uso como aporte a las mezclas de sustratos o como enmienda seca. - Al ser un producto alcalino, en las mezclas para riego, lo uso siempre en conjunto con alguno de mis Bio fermentados con Microorganismos de Montaña Activados (MMA) que tienen un PH muy bajo, de esta manera regulo el PH final de la mezcla, además, pongo en contacto directo los microorganismos y la materia orgánica líquida del Humato, al que también añado melaza para dar energía a la microbiología, en definitiva es una simbiosis perfecta para el suelo: Materia orgánica solubilizada, alimento de fácil proceso para la Microbiología y ácidos húmicos, que completan la magia que se produce en el sustrato... los cogollos crecen y engordan sin freno!!
