7/26/2021 - 1st week of flower. - Mites are super active on the layer of trim I left on the soil surface. They're not on the actual plant, so I'm much more confident in thinking they're beneficial soil mites.

Finally harvested this girl at days 68. She is heavy. After cutting the ties, this girl just fell over from the weight! Very minimal larf! Even the lower bud sites are nice! Can't wait to see what she weighs once dry! First DWC grow was an overall success!

Some new vertical growth but also some yellowing of the leaf tips. I see some people's diaries and their plants look so lush and green in comparison. Hey ho, not gonna mess with it else I'll make it worse!

Semana 7 Floración. Día 82(25/09): Ayer 24/09 regamos con Heavy Bud Pro, y como todos los minerales, absorbió muy rápido la comida. Se notaron varios pistilos mas, y un crecimiento en otras colas que no llegaban a la altura de las principales. En las fotos se puede apreciar el crecimiento. 7ma semana, Abby. Día 87(30/09): A partir de ayer ya empezamos a regar con agua, hacia calor así que probé con agua un poquito mas fría, y no se si será por el frío o por la etapa pero demostró mas tricomas de los comunes, una evolución grande a pasos lentos.

The automatic Amnesia Haze started very well, the new leaves come out quickly and grow very quickly, the organic fertilizers seem to work, we have just started with Easy grow and we are very happy of the result.

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Week 2 of flowering phase Critical royal queen seeds Hallo fellow growers here we go Day 8 flowering phase looking good amazing to see them developing up close day by day . Today no watering maybe some defoliation below the net but that it cool beans 😎 Day 9 Flowering phase Didn't see the plant for 20hours and jebus they grew over night they went up 15cm . But they are looking healthy Gave them almost 1.2L nutrients was getting dry that was it . Day 10 flowering phase Today adjust some things in the tent it didn't feel a right not to happy with tents quality 🤔 also it's very challenging to get to back corner plant. I need to fully open the tent. There are no peak holes ore other opening to get to the back . And it feels unstable. The Plants i only did some final defoliation and gave 0.5l normal water Day 11 flowering phase Plants looking okay to me. Didn't water them today want to let them dry out some . I think because of all the watering i am Struggling with the humidity in the tent . It is around 80% and that little dehumidifier don't do jack patetoe . Def need to think of a solution for later in the weeks Day 12 Flowering phase Gave nuts water and put a 2nd ScrOG up a little higher . Today got my seeds in from Zamnesia 3X 🧟‍♂️ haze seeds from sumo Seeds 3x Taison Autoflower from VIP seeds 1x girls scout cookies from Zamnesia Free with order 👌 Day 13 Flowering phase Sunday relax day no watering . Everything looking good that budcandy and Big bud from advanced Nutrients are working like a charm . I have bin semi keeping to the recommend advanced Nutrients schedule and i think works for me . I have here and there play around a bit but they seem to not be having problems with that . Advanced Nutrients is getting 10/10 for me Day 14 Flowering phase Week 2 of flowering phase complete It was a learning week for me . Got bit scared how they grow 15 cm in a day . But it's seems to be oké i got still some real estate left. I think that i am not giving them any water what so ever . I need to learn to let them dry out some . Also a bit struggling with humidity in the tent . I am trying to give them water right before light on ore right after light out . Chopped on day 84. 2.96 Oz of flower after 7 day drying. Will update review post cure and smoke report. Smells like grapes so the name suits in perfectly

This week I finally completed the RDWC system. Everything is working how it suppose to. The chiller is set to 66 degrees Fahrenheit. Also I start adding 1000ppm CO2. Lighting intensity ( Fluence Spydr 2i) is set to 75%.
