Decided I was going to do this 100% organic down to the Ph up and down is Nectar of the God's, I've added in some living soil which I haven't used in over a year to aide the plant even more organically. Plant showed some stress from transplant so I gave it a foliar feed after a day or so and its back to life, I felt the plant was moving extremely fast while still not competing a week of veg so I moved it early to not slow down its growth. Looking forward to the next 5 weeks of veg.

REVIEW - Runtz (fem., photo.) from Zamnesia: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ The seeds from Zamnesia germinated rapidly, rooted strongly, went wild in veg, and produced an ample amount of high-quality medicinal flower. The diary speaks for itself on that front so this space will be more of a phenotype review. The plants were labelled A, B, and C from left to right respectively in photos. A and B were the 'clasicaly-appearing' sativa-esque leaves while C was the more 'indica-appearing' phenotype. Although A and B appear the same qualitatively, they did produce substantially different amounts of flower (despite their DLI being near max out for the entire tent footprint without supplementing CO2, so I do not think just being in the middle attributed to this). Past their different yields, A and B also have vastly different profiles. A is a classic gelato/ice cream cooler/Z terps, and my personal favorite of the plants (wish I had taken a clone of this one instead). B is the most on point for what I think of with Runtz, classic Z terps but with a slight tropical/rotten/sweetness to it. C had the misfortune of being ready to chop a little earlier than the other girls so her profile is mostly just spicey kush now. I did observe intersex flower sites but given the entire context of the diary and how the plants performed, I have to assume it was user error. No pollination observed in any of the flowers, as zero additional intersex sites occurred. The distinction between A, B and C is what I would expect from a typical F1 cannabis seed. I do not enjoy growing from seed much but these girls were manageable. Add to that the relative stability of the genetics for a Runtz recreation, and well, these are good quality beans for a great price. Not only is Zamnesia responsive and available, their confidence speaks volumes. How many vendors would have an in-house Runtz, knowing how much of a genetic-gravity-well it is in, and be confident enough to let ~200 randos grow it and show it? REVIEW - Green Sensation from Plagron: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ I enjoyed using the green sensation, the NPK values on it make it versatile in application and a power-house in flower. I can't say I noticed anything better or dramatically improved, although comparing to Heavy 16 and asking for a marked improvement is big ask in my opinion. What I was able to do was seamlessly integrate the Green Sensation into my current routine. The additive stayed homogenous, was easily introduced into solutions with no adverse impact to the water contents or pH. Most importantly, the plants enjoyed the additive and it did accomplish the main goal of being able to wane off your primary line. In this respect, by using Green Sensation I was able to save resources by lowering my Heavy 16 inputs across the board approximately 50% and supplementing with Plagron's Green Sensation.

After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. great strain, it has an awesome scent and taste, average yield but really great buds! it was a pleasure to grow it, i harvested a bit early but due to bad weather and high RH i had to harvest

9.2. - I've decided that this is the last week of feeding or maybe last feeding as I'm already considering to flush. Leaves are still yellowing, however the buds are looking fat and frosty. Thankfully, they grow bigger each day with stronger smell. I see more and more amber trichomes. ❄️ Watered 💧 11.2. - Watered 💧 12.2. - Looks like snow blizzard in the tent ❄️ also the smell is getting so strong that my filter is not enough 😁 Buds are swelling and the Gelato plant went totally crazy as you can see...finally, things are going well ❤️‍ 15.2. - Week wrap-up: Today I flushed 4 of 7 plants 🚽 This was very successful week as I got rid of the deficiencies and buds gained a lot of weight and sugar 🍭 Also the Gelato plant is thriving and I'm very excited to see the final results. I hope she’s done stretching because she’s back to being 8” from the light and I need to readjust the way I hung it if I will need to raise to it any further.. she’s drinking about 2 litres a day in total, thirsty bitch, will be increasing frequency to 3 feeds this week. Leaves look lovely, buds getting hairy, trichomes appearing. Now it’s just waiting for her to bulk up over the next month or so. I’m very proud of her structure. Not noticing a smell yet, growers nose, I know she smells. Pothead has taken to pruning very well. Working on her open cup structure, defoliating and getting fed with GP3 veg nutes. She’s a beautiful little mother and she’s enjoying hanging out with the family in the living room under a little qb. She’s exactly as I hoped she’d be. Very grateful this grow is working out for me. We did our crash course in experimenting and dialling in our grow last season and this grow is proving that we learned a lot and it was worthwhile.

18.1.25: Gorilla 🦍 Cookies 🍪 is firmly in week 2. The plant is looking very good, sturdy. I have been feeding with about 200 ml of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with the following nutrients;- ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 2ml Cal-Mag and ♡ 1/4 g sprinkling of Ecothrive Biosys. Trying to give the extra boost of Nitrogen to keep vigorous growth, and maintaining the nice lush green 💚 Cal-Mag was used from the beginning of this week. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Week 5 already? Plant is struggling to catch up after such that two week lag period where it didn't do a thing. Still, things are starting to get encouraging so now watering every day at 2 hours after lights on. Added a webcam to the tent to watch what is happening. Noticed that at 12 hours after lights on, the leaves would start to wilt. Flooding at that time didn't have any noticeable effect before lights out, so I added a flood at 9 hours in (half the period). Pushed the wilting back to 14-15 hours after lights on, and just a little now, but still not completely solved. Grew from 2 inches to 7 inches this week!

Looks like shit 🤣 Timelapse proofs it. Soil too hot, bionova roots its too much, too old seeds or low humidity? Choose your compination. Going to restart this again with different soil and without bn roots. Hope we get to the finish some day. Keep it smoking while waiting

week 6-7

OK guys I was away for a week so this week we are at the end of week 4 veg instead of the beginning of the week. There was a boom growth period and the taller Punch 2 has bent herself to avoid getting burnt as she is 30cm tall, the other Punch 1 is 20cm tall and seems fine. I have just given them a watering with calmag and just a drop of PK ratio 13-14. I have also ramped up the lamp to 100% and put it at 55cm from the top of the plants. I'm hoping they will soon switch to flower guys fingers crossed. 🎄
