On day ten I did my first feeding at half dosage and lowered the lights from 21inches to 18, ladies responded really well. Notice growth by the next morning. On day day twelve I did second feed which went well. Did my third feed on day thirteen, which did not go well, 5 hours after feeding I notice leafs were cured up, I brought the lights up to 21 inches and fixed the problem. Light burn. Day fifteen I tried LST which did not go well since this was my first time doing this. Day 16 ladies where back to normal so I did Fimming and see how that works out for me. Wish me luck.

He was maybe 6 months old. The lady who had him was not allowed pets in her apartment. So she kept him in a little closet to hid him. Then she knew nothing about dog nutrition, and was feeding him different foods on the daily. So I aquired him due to the ability to provide better and get him out of a closet. He lived in 3 different areas. In his first couple years he lived in a populated area. Loves everyone, but scared many, you ask why. Well being a pit bull he would run at you like he was attacking, only threat was when he would jump up, and basically try to drown you in saliva. He loved attention. Then he spent about 6 years in the country on 24 acres. So he had lots of room to run, and explore. Then the last couple years we were back in a populated area. At this time he was older, and less active, but every bit a love bug. His favorite time had to be in bed next to me while I slept to cuddle. He would burrow, and squirm for 20 minutes with joy being in bed. Was a amazing pit bull. Never harmed anyone. Just wanted love. So as he aged being purebred he suffered from hip dysplasia in last about 3 months his left hip popped out. Rendering his leg useless. Cost of this surgery is very pricey, and stressful to the pet. During his last year he had lost his hearing, and had tumors developing that I did have the dr clean up when they ruptured. I was unable to afford his hip surgery. So he was still mobile on 3 legs for several months. Then on 4-2-21 his other leg had given out. Causing him lots of pain, and ending any happiness I seen in him. He was unable to go out, and stand on his own to go. Was messing in the house really bad. At this point his quality of life was not much but misery. So I took him to the vet to be euthanized, and end his suffering. What makes it harder is to know his mind was still there just his body was broken. Plus he knew what was going on, I believe when we got to the dr. Office. I will always remember him, and how he was my best friend that never judged. Would give his life to protect me and only want unconditional love in return. Plus a few treats. Thanks again for kind words, and support. Your pets are family, and remember to treat them as such .

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

Día 02. Tuve que empezar la floración. Las raices estaban empezando a salir por el caño de descarga. Además estoy notando que al quedar mucha agua atrapada entre las raíces, la toman más rápido y los 20 litros que puse no sé si van a alcanzar. Ya había tenido este problema hace bastante y me había olvidado. Pero igual no me preocupa tanto. Sé que puedo manejarlo tranquilo. Así que al final, la semana anterior fueron sólo 3 días. Ahora voy a ir planificando bien, dado que la diferencia de altura en una de las Polaris, me va a obligar a ir llevando un LST riguroso. También estoy empezando a pensar en formas para evitar las tapadas de raíces. Creo que algo se me va a ocurrir para implementar en algún momento. Voy a hacer un corte de hojas muy grande cuando haya terminado el estiramiento de pre flora. Porque quiero probar cuanto afecta a una rama el quitarle la hoja principal. Algunas he cortado y otras cuantas no. Apliqué Feeding Enhancer de Greenhouse, en forma foliar la noche que pasé a floración. Voy a hacer una nueva aplicación en una semana seguramente. Tuve que bajar la frecuencia de reigo de 30/30 a 15/45 por hora, porque creo que eso hizo que se hagan tan grandes rápido. Igual es un dato que voy a tomar en cuenta para el futuro. Día 04 Me preocupa la velocidad a la que se toman la solución nutritiva. Les puse 20 litros hace 4 días y quedan solamente 12 litros. A este ritmo voy a tener que empezar a poner mucho más de los esperado. Aunque igual, creo que cuando haga un trim fuerte de hojas, ahí van a empezar a regular más el consumo de agua. Además al haber crecido tanto las raíces, es mayor la cantidad de solución que queda estancada en las raíces y es consumida. Así que eso también será un tema a mejorar. Me gusta que las plantas estén así, pero siento que no las voy a poder controlar.

Llegamos al final! Ya con todo seco vamos a ir catando cada variedad a su debido tiempo. Esta cepa concretamente ha salido brutal! Unos niveles de thc superiores...

This girl is finally starting to put on a little stretch, but she is still by far the shortest plant of the bunch. I lifted her up about 3 inches so she doesnt get completely smothered out over the next week. I will lift her another 3 inches if she doesnt make more upward progress soon. I moved her to the front of the room for easy access since she need daily defoliation being as bushy as she it. She is definitely different than any in house strain I have seen. Besides that she is a happy girl. Starting to see a few pistils and she is transitioning. The scrog setup is working great for the plants that have grown through it. It is really going to help me put each top where I want it and keep them spread out so more of those lower branches can make their way up. So far everything is running nice and smooth just the way we like it.

Week 7: Flowering Stage Rising Temperatures and Growth The weather has taken a positive turn, with temperatures rising again. This change should promote some nice growth in the ladies. The increase in warmth will help accelerate bud development, and I expect to see significant progress in the coming days. Nitrogen Toxicity Banana Purple Punch After the initial intervention two days ago, the situation has not worsened. I am monitoring the growth of the newly emerging leaves to ensure they do not continue to curl downward. The pH level of the runoff looks good, sitting exactly in the ideal range (6). I hope the plant recovers quickly and that growth and yield are not adversely affected. Feeding and Watering Adjustments With the warmer weather, I have adjusted my watering schedule to ensure the plants remain hydrated. I’m now giving each 11-liter pot 3 liters of nutrient solution to prevent salt buildup. This should help keep the plants healthy and promote optimal growth. Pest Control A few leaves have slight holes due to snail damage, but otherwise, there are no significant pest problems. The plants are still kept in the greenhouse overnight due to the high snail population. I don’t want to serve the ladies to the snails on a silver platter. Bud Development The buds are swelling nicely, and the resin production is increasing. The plants are showing significant signs of maturity, with the aroma intensifying. The trichomes are developing well, and I’m pleased with the progress so far. Blue Dream: This strain has the largest buds so far, and the smell is the most intense. Banana Purple Punch: The buds are also looking good, but the aroma is weaker compared to Blue Dream. Gorilla Cookies: This plant has had a growth spurt and is showing beautiful tops with white hairs. Tangie: After the initial pre-flowering, Tangie has not formed many buds and is still in the full stretch phase. Low-Stress Training (LST) Update I am no longer tying the plants down. Instead, I am bending some branches in different directions to ensure all the shoots receive sufficient light. I have removed very few large leaves but am tucking the leaves out of the way. Flower time is here. Transition Feeding as above 3/7/19 I will still irrigate during the week with PH 6.0 water with 1 mil CAL MAG and 1 mil SILLICA /gal I'll be using DJ Short's 11 on 13 off light shedule as I was using a 6/2 x 3 veg schedule I might a well keep it exotic. I have been reading that it will help bring out the flavor, smell and appearance of the buds at the cost of a small sacrifice in yield. Because this is my medicine I will have plenty off the 6 plants, and I'm looking for quality over quantity. As far as I can tell I have not seen any detrimental effects of the 6/2 light shedule it is the same amount of light as 18/6 I just broke it up in 3 parts. It did help keep the heat down. I found I did not have to water as often as well. Would the plants have been bigger had they had and 18/6 I don't have the data to confirm or deny that. All I know is that the plants are doing their thing and they look healthy to me so maybe for the home grower in a hot area this method might work for you. I'm very happy with the outcome, outdoors this time around. It's my largest plant to date and it smokes great! I randomly gave this strain a try as it's packed with great genetics and it did not disappoint. It grew large considering the time it had to grow. It was constrained by a medium amount of sun light per day (4-6hrs) and it's pot size (40L) the roots were tightly packed I used bio fertilizers Bio buzz grow Peruvian seabird guano and organic potassium for veg Biobizz bloom top max compost teas in flower It smokes and taste great already. Week 5 already? Plant is struggling to catch up after such that two week lag period where it didn't do a thing. Still, things are starting to get encouraging so now watering every day at 2 hours after lights on. Added a webcam to the tent to watch what is happening. Noticed that at 12 hours after lights on, the leaves would start to wilt. Flooding at that time didn't have any noticeable effect before lights out, so I added a flood at 9 hours in (half the period). Pushed the wilting back to 14-15 hours after lights on, and just a little now, but still not completely solved. Grew from 2 inches to 7 inches this week!

Flowering start this week I have switch the light in 12/12 on/off Adding 150g of biobloom for my 50L pots. I place itb under the mulch mix a bit with the ground and water :)

Zealix is doing good. She is stretching and doing well. Everything is looking good, and she should be developing flowers soon. Flowering week 9 report: -------------------------------- Okay guys i am on the final stretch! I have carefully examined pistils and noticed that all of the plants have more than 70% darkened and curled pistils. Also, i did some microscope check on the trichomes are they are all milk and cloudy. This week i will administer nutrients for the last time, then i will do 5-7 days flush with plain ph-ed water. That being said, i guess i will be harvesting these beauties in no more than 10 days from now on. During the day the HPS and the strong ventilation are drying the air good enough, and during the night i turn on dehumidifier, so the RH stays low 24/7.
