Purple Kush CBD Auto - Seed 1 is growing very well now in the flowering stage. Seed 2 has recovered fully and now growing well but it will not be the same as seed 1 😀

These were all pretty Uniform in height and weight even with #3 being replanted 2 weeks in, lots of Haze smell diesel and pungent on the front end and some sweet at the tail, I should of let these go a few more weeks I think it would be better. I have read and have heard that the flowering time the breeders recommend is based on a 1000w set up. and light plays an important roll in yield as far as flowering goes Its all about time. and maybe next time I will grow these to a more perfect pant. but this round as a grower I give myself a 6 out of 10 got some buds to some and turned the trim and larf to hash, not a huge return and the Trichomes were mainly in the 25 micron range with a minimal amount in the 76 micron bag. so My thinking is that these were all small and under developed trichomes, this leans into my theory that they could have gone another 3 or for weeks, Failure has been my greatest teacher and I really enjoy this hobby. Next grow will be an Organic Dry Amendment Auto Flower with new lights no more Blurple import lights. I got my 1st vaccine shot. hope you all are staying safe and lifted. One more week should do it. There are some amber trichs. But, not enough down the stem. And, I'd like just a little more bulk. Between the two, one more week won't hurt anything. As far as nutrients for the week, I've only been giving it about half dose of KoolBloom as a supplement to what is in the soil already. It worked well with this cultivar last time, too. The buds are about 1.5 inches wide. Or, 4cm to the rest of the world. I still don't get why the US won't change to metric!!

Today i flip the light. 12/12 for the bloom. The bright appearance of the leaves and the slightly reddened stems indicate a nutrient deficit. In this case I would say nitrogen. But I have exaggerated a bit with my fertilizer use. Accordingly, I flushed the plants today. The measured pH was 4.8. I think I slightly salted the floor. Let's see if they recover. Day 73: On the detail photo you can see very well how the stem turns slightly reddish and the stems on the leaves as well. Day 74: The plants look better than a few days ago. They are now growing visibly from day to day. Timely flushing saved a lot, I hope. Day 77: Last day of the first week of flower. It was a strange week. But they still grow.

Ms Mia Wallace went to town and blew the f up. Lots of leaf growth but no sign of bud spots- I know it’s early days tho. Watered with half serving of bloom nutes. Not the ideal nute mix I think, but served me well last grow. Also, as I turned up the light to max power, I noticed heat stress so i turned it down and successfully installed the worlds most eco friendly trellis - one minute- hockey net - next minute - weed trellis. It’s called upcycling boys and girls. I know it’s shit, I’m gonna reinstall it one more 1/4 ass so it’s a full half-ass scrog. Point is, the canopy is flat, pushed that puppy down so there’s more distance. Light back to 100%. Humidity was a little higher under the canopy, even with the dehumidifier, so I put my inline fan back in (was just a booster in-line fan before) and the temp and humidity is dropping. Saw a little bug. Hit the top & bottom canopy layer with light neem oil spray then incecticidle soap. I saw a small critter so I put Diatomaceous Earth on a upside down Tupperware lid. Don’t know if that works. Last time I did a top coat of the stuff on top of the soil - something happened and bad nute burn. Anyone know anything about this? Finally, also tied down a bunch of branches to let the light hit the lower areas.
