After keeping an eye on the tricomes I've seen most of them turn white so last night I mixed 1.5ml/L of flawless finish and saturated the soil and left to set overnight this morning I flushed all 3 plants so far they dont look stressed out at all I was scared being my first time yet I still dont know if it was successful

Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. In both cases, stretching can easily be planned in advance and there are multiple solutions to help you with this problem which is all too common. May the force be with you 💪

Welcome growfessors to week 4F in the 4x8. LSD, Green Crack and Divine storm are showing the most discoloration, however the bud sites continue to bulk up and frost is showing. Both Mandarin dreams strains, 4 of pheno 1 and 2 of pheno 2 all look good, with a bit of discoloration starting to show. A bit of defoliation and removal of any dead leaves. Apr 6 - I'm adjusting ph on watering days - was using straight rain water, but it's ph is too high ~7.0. LST Northern Lights, reacted really well to it. Adjusted 04/07. Pink berry really kicking it up - 9 hrs into lights on, big difference from lights on. Bubblegum is a real beast. Just takes my mistakes. Apr 10 - Between apr 8 and 10th, there was a big boost in growth. Well ph'd water goes a long way. Pink berry is a beast, bubblegum phenomenal looking. Northern Lights doing good - you can tell I fucked it up in comparison.

So, first of all, I want to say that I´ll be doing the diaries in a weekly updates way, instead of day by day, not only because it is less heavy on me, but I think it´s a better and more attractive reading. So, tell me if you prefer day by day or weekly updates please! Thanks! So, this week was pretty good, thricomes are looking pretty close to harvest. About 90% cloudy, with a little amber and clear. Watered with regular water and didn´t feed her. Flushed it with regular water on day 74, looked like it had still lots of nutes/salts buildup. And about flushing: I saw a really good study (I can link if it´s of interest for someone) showing that flushing isn´t really required, specially if you´re doing organic grows. It was really well explained and had solid arguments and comparisons, even tho, I flushed her in order to see if it really makes a difference. On day 76 when i first opened the tent in the day, she was all the way to the floor, almost hitting 2 tiny girls on the tent. Since she doesn´t had any strenght to support herself, I used some ropes to mantain her up. In resume: The week´s been really nice, she´s beautiful as hell with some purples and I´ve learnt some really good stuff as well.

Requiere mantener bastante baja la humedad en las últimas semanas ya que lo grueso de las colas las hace propensas a la botrytis, ojo ahí. La planta en si es resistente pero es el grosor de sus flores, lo denso de las colas lo que te obliga a tener muy controlada la humedad en etapas avanzadas, creo que es más para tirarla programando la flora para el verano
