Questa settimana ho deciso di cambiare lampada tornando ad usare una vecchia hps che usavo prima, e ho notato che i risultati sono ottimi, con la lampada a LED sembrava che la fioritura stesse durando un'eternità, perciò ho provato a cambiare per vedere se la fioritura potesse velocizzarsi e sembra essere così. AGGIORNAMENTO: Giorno 8 NOVEMBRE, ho dato una bella sfoltita a tutte le bimbe, credo che questa sia l'ultima volta che le tocco anche perché questa volta ho eliminato alcuni rami veramente inutili e superflui.

She is exploding!! Unfortunately can’t be at home as I’m away from work to take care of her. She needs some training but I don’t think I’m going to get home in time to do it.. may have to just let it do it’s thing. I’m glad I topped it though. I’m a little worried I’m going to run out of vertical space.

She's changed a lot in the last week and flowers have opened right up! On 8/1 I got some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a local mushroom farmer and crumbled them around the base of each plant, including the autos. Hoping the mycelium can get in there to work their magic in the last few weeks this girl has, not to say she has anything "wrong" with her, just looking forward to a good harvest! Other than that, there's not much to report. She was fed & watered 2x this week since we've still been getting consistent rain and I don't want to overwater.

7/3/24 - Start of Week 8, more and more purple every day. 7/8/24 - Plucked some leaves here and there. Been watering and feeding as needed. I've reduced the amount of water I give compared to previous runs. At this point I would've been giving close to 1gal. every few days. Cut back to around 1qt+ but I've decided not to water/feed on a set schedule. I'd like to flush the soil but things are going so well I'm worried I'll fuck something up.

After deciding to start this new growing journey, I chose to germinate a Banana Purple Punch seed from Fast Buds. This particular strain caught my attention with its unique characteristics, and I couldn't resist giving it a try. I began by using a hydrogen peroxide water solution to germinate the seed, which helps oxygenate the water and prevent harmful pathogens. After about 36 hours, the seed cracked open, revealing the first signs of life. With a taproot emerging, I carefully transplanted the sprouted seed into a 20L airpot, ensuring enough room for the roots to breathe and grow freely. This marks the beginning of an exciting new adventure, nurturing this intriguing strain to its full potential.🌱💚 _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ One of my cannabis seedlings unfortunately didn’t survive in the pot....😭 Now, I’m trying again with two more seeds of the same strain, but I’ve changed my approach. Once they've successfully sprouted, I transfer them into coco tablets. There, they’ll remain until they’ve developed healthy roots before being moved to their final growing environment. I’m hopeful that this method will help me handle the early phase of the cannabis plants more successfully, and I’m excited to see how things turn out.💚💚

11/2: I took everybody out of the garden and did some defoliating and sprayed them with boom boom spray and a little tiger bloom for the last time. In addition the potassium deficiency, it looks like several of them have a copper deficiency as well. I'm gonna re-calibrate my Ph meter...thinking it's off. I super-cropped the tallest 5 plants to try and keep the canopy more even, and spent about a half hour training the 4 plants in the upper chamber 11/3: The 5 plants whose tallest branches I super-cropped turned upwards and are doing their thing again. At least 3 more plants need the same treatment now..stretching like crazy. They are dry..watering in the morning. 11/4: I sprinkled a tablespoon of Cavern Culture (bat and seabird guano) onto all of them and watered it in with about 1/2 gallon each, including myco/tricho/beneficial bacteria, humic acid, bembe, terpinator, and cal-mag. I also did some more super-cropping and training on them today. I can't really spread the branches out too much, as I have no space at all to work with, but I managed to get light to more of the lower branches, so that's a win. Tomorrow I'm gonna transplant the one with the curly leaves into a 5 gallon pot and check out whatever's going on with her roots. The extremely curly-leaved plant...ugh...I'd say she's really "sickly", but she's big and bushy and still blooming like crazy....😕 It's like she hates being watered. I've ensured that there are hundreds of little holes in the sides and bottom of her pot and have a half inch airspace beneath it. During the afternoon, I've been leaving the closet door partially open and an industrial fan blowing across the pots to try to get more oxygen to their roots. All, but Curly Sue are doing fine. I'm hoping that maybe a transplant into a 5 gallon pot of perlite-heavy soil mix (roots dusted with myco) will make her straighten out and fly right. I'll water her into the new pot with boomerang and maybe spray her with boom boom spray. Biotabs swears by it as a shock-reducing transplant foliar feed....we'll see. I really hate transplanting when they are this far into flower, but I really don't want her to peter-out before she can finish. Of all the plants, she has the weakest stalk and branches, so...😷 11/5: I transplanted "Curly Sue" into a 5 gallon pot today and watered her in with myco, humic acid, boomerang, and bembe. Fingers crossed.... I removed the oscillating fan from above my lighting so that I could raise the lights several more inches, and added another oscillating fan above the lights that blows down on the plants. The one I removed is still up there too, but blowing across the LED drivers and a pair of the panels. I could still remove the ratchet hangers and just use carabiners to attach the fixture to the "ceiling" of the closet....that would give me another 5 inches of possible ceiling if I end up needing it. 11/6: I fed everybody about 1/3 gallon today, and went heavy on phosphorous..a heavy dose of tiger bloom, along with a normal dose of beastie bloomz, bembe, cal-mag, signal, big bloom, and a 1/3 dose of grow big. It's been raining for 24 hours and the humidity is off the charts, so I dialed up the ac infinity to come on any time it exceeds 55% RH and increased the fan speed on the floor of the closet to try and dry them out quicker than usual. 11/7: Did pretty much nothing to the bigger plants in the bottom today and only did a little training to two of the shorter ones in the top section. 11/8: I collected a bunch of rainwater over the past 48 hours and gave everybody about 1/3 gallon including cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, and a little bit of tiger bloom..still seeing some signs of phosphorous deficiency here and there. I took a bunch of photos and video while I had some of them out of the closet. 😍 Curly Sue continues to bud up, but she's still curly as hell. No way the old growth will correct itself, but I was hoping to see a few new sugar leaves be straighter than the rest..

The bud form this week, still little pink mix with the green bud The temp is going up on this week at around 30-34 but that's not the problem with the development so far PPM is 1000-1150 with late stage bloom nutes. it might finish next week imo.

Flower Week 1

Not sure what's up with the 2 plants I decided to do this journal with. As my luck would go they are 2 of 3 critical purples that absolutely refuse to flower..Here is a side by side picture of what i mean. I have 5 of this strain and x3 are acting like any other photo I've grown. I took the liberty of super-cropping the 3 I mentioned, however my Gorilla Glue/GWS and x2 of the CP all seem on track and starting to stack up :) *DAY 64 - Deer or rabbits.... after my initial panic I discovered that they weren't hurt too badly

Hello. This is he end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of veg. Gave her some powdered Cal-Mag with a 1/2 tsp of - www.wollamo.com Check it out. The plant is doing good, and is putting out lots of branches tips making her roundish. Not much smell yet. She's a bit dry... so I'll give her some water when I'm done here. OK. * ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 She has certainly been going through the beautiful stage of senescence and her fade is gorgeous. The purples and yellows coming out are great......covers up the brown spots😂😂 Her buds are densing this week as we work on bring down the humidity. Running in the mid 60’s for humidity late in flower is a different experience and one that takes some getting used to. Bring down further to low 50’s has really helped to bring out her frost as well. Kept the humidity high to form big buds......now lowering to make them more sticky👍👍 I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see how it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0ph - 8L given to get a good flush - Runoff in pots already were 7.8pH and 485ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.0pH and 370ppm. - she is 29” tall and 30” wide. - tricombs still mainly cloudy.....review again in couple of days. June 21/20 - Day 72 - Dry out day - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 - temps are nice outside so tent able to hold 75 degrees and 51% humidity. June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - She will be ready soon. Thinking darkness on Wednesday and harvest on Saturday?? June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting really pointy now and her leaves are very yellow. - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. Did some low stress training on the GC again. My Clone rooted and received a 15 L autopot, flipping to flower next week on the 3th to 4th June once the clone has some decent rooting, Reservoir running with 3.0 EC and PH 5.9. Plan for the next days: Dryback into irrigation Phase before i switch to flower next week in order to prevent salt buildups and a fair usage of already applied nutrients from the Reservoir.

I added some hazel nut shells as a mulch and so far I think I'll let her grow as she is without LST. As I noticed - not sure if it's true or not - that outdoor LST stunned 2 of my plants. Whereas a really weak at the beginning plant - without leaves up to 3 nodes - right now outgrew both champs. I transplanted BPP weird enough, so now she leans to the side so much. That's because I am used to LST and like to have some room for a plant to lay on the ground. But this time I holding my hands to not to do any LST and let her grow naturally. Day 26 - I sprayed fungicide on her, because many times ended up with botrytis

Week 9: Watering in at 700ml Finishing beautifully. The smells are intense, fantastic senescence (fall colors), Getting their swell on, trichomes are all cloudy.
