This is m first GD Journal, I hope you guys like it, any tips and comments are always welcome! So, this is their first week of life, just sprouting. As you can see, one had a bit of shell stuck to it which slightly damaged the leaf but not too much to worry about.. Unfortunately due to various reasons I had to transplant them straight into their finishing pots which isn't ideal for watering and efficient root growth but it had to be done this time around. This round I will be using the full bio canna range along with their own soil too. I will add molasses and various other organic products that I will update you guys about as we go from week to week. I plant to LST and top these girls.

11/22 Day 31 from flip. Today is the first day that I took a tape measure from the lights to the topmost part of the canopy and I haven’t seen a change. I’ll check again tomorrow but I’m really hoping the stretch is finally done. I still have about 10 inches of space between the lights and canopy so I think I’ll be ok with that. I took the chance to do what is hopefully a near final defoliation of a few leaves and some smaller sucker branches that won’t amount to much. Everything still looks super healthy, no red anywhere on any stems and no discoloration on the leaves. Everything is spot on. Light adjusted to 840 PAR / 36.3 DLI. 11/25 Day 34 from flip. I made some adjustments to my nute mix to be more firmly at 1.3 EC, which means I’ve added some additional nutes into the mix. I also tested runoff EC and discovered things were spiking a bit more than I’d like. So I mixed up a few batches of my new mix and I’ve been feeding every few hours to flush things out a little bit. I’ve brought it down from 1.9 to 1.5 so far after this. I may finally need to break down and set up some timers to feed multiple times throughout the day. Obviously once a day is not getting done right now. 11/26 Day 35 from flip. I finally got the timer hooked up to my pump to begin automatic watering. For now, I have it set to water at noon for a minute when the lights come on, a 2 minute pause to let that settle, and then 30 seconds more to make sure both are fully saturated. The second fertigation event will be at 6:00 for 45 seconds, and then right before lights off another 45 seconds. I’ll have to keep an eye on it to see if I need to adjust any more for now. I haven’t adjusted the lights since last time, but the latest reading is 885 PAR / 38.2 DLI at the highest point of the canopy. It’ll stay there for now.

Beginn Woche 5 Blüte 🥀 Es wurde nochmal etwas entlaubt. Nun passt die Rlf auch wieder. Muss sagen die entwickeln sich beide gut. Gerade die rechte hatt schöne internodienabstände und bei beiden schöne solide Triebe💪 Blumat funktioniert einwandfrei👍 Die 50l im Tank reichen gerade so etwa 1 Woche. Nachdem es letzte Woche den Tee und n Topdress gab, gibt's erstmal wieder nur Wasser.

Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! Hi :) it’s 10th week in my happy grow :) girls looks lovely, Smell is awesome I think terminator does it’s job :)generally I’m so proud of my girls, of course it was not without mistakes but it is my second indoor experience so still learning from mistakes :) this way we will come to perfection :) new project from fastbuds is on the way! check what’s coming! :) happy Sunday for everyone, peace! Day 66 update resulting decision of defoliation. I treated them well but in my opinion they can catch a big breath now :)

So its come to the end of the first week and the little ones are doing great. At the start of the new week they will get their first watering and we will start a consistent schedule.

Transplanted from red solo cup to 2 gallon pot mid week. Trying to build solid roots that are slightly bound. Intention is to train the roots horizontally and vertically in their final 7 Gallon cloth pots. I have reduced my plants from 3 to 2 plants. I feel 2 plants work better for a Scrog in a 2x4 tent. I am watering (200ppm, 6.7ph) with a 2ml solution of Seaweed Extract roughly 2.5 times per week. I am also applying it as a foliage spray using a pesticide sprayer.(brand new, so clean) Runoff water PPM 750(due to FF Ocean Soil) Ph 5.8. Same day of transplant I put my plants under my Mars Hydro Tsl2000 on full power 40 inches from the plant. Following day: 25 inches Following day: 16 inches (best recommend distance by cocoforcannabis.com) helpful site for tested lights. Currently both plants have 4 nodes. I intend to top above the 2nd node once 5 nodes appear. I intend to scrog in an X pattern with the 4 main colas that should develop.
