Starting to see bud formation this week the temperature outside is really high creating good light out temperature around 18c and plants thriving from it been waterd more than usual

Everything coming along nicely. I’ve discontinued all nutes but will give one more little top dressing to the cheese plant tomorrow then that’s it. Just straight stabilized RO water from here out. The slurricane is just packing on PM like crazy. The cheese has actually stopped the spread for the most part. At harvest I’m going to wash the shit out of the slurricane and cheese with some warm RO water and some h202 to get the majority of it dissolved. Other than that the quality of the slurricane is beyond ridiculous. It’s by far the stickiest strain to the touch in the tent. It’s probably winning for smell too. It’s straight gassy licorice pine. The pm susceptibility is a deal breaking drawback though. The cheese is looking good and smells great. It almost smells like rotten milk. Some of the nugs are really filling out into these nice long chunky little things. The pistils are turning a light orange/pink color too. Unfortunately it’s not maturing at the same rate and will make everything in the tent go for another 1.5-2 weeks. Garlics are looking better. The lanky pheno has filled out quite a bit more than expected and is super frosty with a great smell. It’s finally starting to purple up a bit. I think it will still be quite leafy around harvest but time will tell. Pheno 2 has better structure and density but lacks frost, smell and color. Not very impressed by it honestly. The zkittlez is looking great and getting super frosty. Especially around the crowns of the top colas. Lowers look like shit though. Despite being somewhat leafy, the main branches look quite dense. It’s probably the shortest and bushiest plant in the garden. It’s yellowing out quite a bit now and will probably finish with the blackberries and slurricane. The blackberries look amazing and smell even better. One of the phenos is a crazy producer and creates massive buds with musky berry terps. The other pheno is a beautiful purple strain that produces a crazy amount of frost and chunky golf ball nugs at the expense of large yield. It’s smell is very sweet and candy like and has been a very low feeding and maintenance plant. Slurricane #4 looks great aside from its infection. It definitely wins for resin content and smell but looks like a low yielder.

Well I have to say even though I had a few temperature issues in the night that I think may have stressed them. They took a lot longer than expected but after drying I don’t know how but I ended up with some fantastic tasty buds a few of the plants even came out purple!! I have to say the purple buds are my favourite 🤩 fastbuds never disappoints!!!!!

Day 9 I had no choice but to defoliate, the canopy was getting way to dense and humidity was hard to control even with my 30 pin dehumidifier. Hopefully will not affect to much. Probably I will do another defoliation on day 21. TDS stays at 550PPM this week and CO2 at 1200PPM.

I sure need to get used to the Auto way of growing. My methods and system with soil for regulars are not directly portable to cultivating auto's, so it seems. So what started out as a comparison/battle, is now just a normal grow, since it's not fair that the battlefield was tainted. It does seem the XL Runtz adjust better to my climate and growing style than the Forbidden Runtz. Also looking for ways to keep my tent cooler. Considering growing outdoor this summer with seeds started in the tent. It gets way too hot in here as it is now, with outside temps just at 10 to 15 degrees C. I'm just watering, alternating with a bit of BAC Bloom and Calmag, and some Topmax. From here I hope its some smoother sailing and hoping the other three will pick up some pace. Week 6 Day 42 nothing new, i just now turn the light from 16/8 to 12/12 last week i trim some leaves with mine fingers (i dont use scissors)cause its better for airflow and when you do that i do before i feed girls and then after that į recover with pure water, the ladies color says evrything going well :) Happy Growing!!!

Nothing new this week. She's still growing steadily and the nutes seem to be doing a good job so far. I'm using the Dual Fuel with a bit of Growth Solution to raise the EC to follow the Green Plant Nutes program and it feels like it's right so I'm keeping like that. The light is set to 100% as the plants are healthy and the weather is getting a bit too cold. I upgraded my second inlet fan from a generic 150mm ball bearing fan to a 125mm Phresh Hyper Fan V2 w/ speed control. Now my tent is so much quiet with both Hyper Fans V2 working on blowing fresh air in and out. Maybe I get a Phresh Hyperfan V2 Climate Controller to manage them automatically next upgrade.

Budlets have formed now on each branch, 8 days after 12/12. Its quickly grown back into a bushy bastard. I do plan to do 1 more semi heavy leaf strip sometime between now and end of week 3. This girl has been strong. Sitting beside my Gorilla Glue which has had a small pm problem but nothing here. Update: found pollen sacs this evening. This is a hermie 😫. Sadly i cut her down and into the trash she went. Luckily i have been flowering one of the family since the beginning of September so I will be able to finish the journal. Also, if you peak around her on the side I have 1 of my Crocketts that i threw in here a month ago. I dont know if I should put pictures of her up on here because i dont want to confuse anything. What I can say is she is smaller but incredibly sugary for being only a month after 12/12

Flower time! Plant structure and training completed, not waiting any longer for this one. Not as big as I’d like, but I want the two tents to switch at the same time. Shorter tent anyways. Allowing to grow into 2x TS600’s now until 24” away and observing for any negative effects. I’m really liking how these Blimburn genetics are growing out, even though she’s shorter, she’s thick and strong. Really stacking up. I’m not going to allow many secondary branches to grow out this round. Don’t want it crowded in there this grow, going for fat hard colas…hopefully. Top dressed with Bokashi gro-pro, earthworm castings, and watered in with Gaia Green soluble seaweed 0-0-17. In a couple weeks will top dress again with 4-4-4 & 2-4-8. So far so good! I have continued to progressivily orient the stems of each plant with some strings except for the Mandarin Punch #2. I broke a stem from the O.G. Kush during the process. I've tried to fix it with wire and tape. The next day, the stem looked healthy and reoriented itself towards the light so I guess it's a good sign :) Wait and see... As last week, I still struggle with the air humidity but with the dehumidifer it's ok. I poor 2l of tap water during each watering for the 26l pots and 1l for the 10l pot. Once again I think I had some small light burns on the O.G. Kush but I moved the light a bit and it seems good now. It has started to smell in the house when the room door is open. The two Mandarin Punch Auto grew pretty fast this week, I think they started their stretch.

Cloning/topping time! All the plants are looking excellent. One SNJ stands out as being super short, bushy and dense, despite its very sativa roots. Let's see how they all flower out!

This week it is official, I have used both organic and synthetic inputs. I did notice she was starting to become a little defcient right around the time to top dress(Week 3). I think her issue was potassium. I have also been overwatering a bit, trying to get a handle on keeping the media moist, I think the wetting agent in the Pro-Mix is working as well as the worm castings. Other than that, I am really impressed with her speed of growth. To give you growmies an idea of my thought pattern on this grow, the first 3 weeks were just organic amendments. Top dressed with 1 cup of worm castings, with 5 tbsp of Home Grown and 5 tbsp of Flower girl and watered in with a light nutrient(syn) solution. Next I will water only roughly until my next top dress in 3 weeks in which time I will feed a compost tea. Thanks for those that stop by, like and comment. See ya next week growmies!
