Did some ballsy defoliation yesterday, but the girls seem to be rebounding well... Not sure if I stunted the northern lights plant or if she's just genetically shorter and bushier. I find myself popping my head in the tent to check on them enough that my husband walked by and said "I wish you loved me as much as you love your plants" 12/23 update. Unsure what my leaves are trying to tell me. Soil felt a little dry so I took the opportunity for a pH balanced fairly heavy watering, no nutrients this feed. Maybe a salt build up since I've been giving light nutes with every feed? Last flush earlier this week with solid pH on the runoff, so maybe not. Maybe just too much nutrients in general. I'll back off for a bit and see how she does. 12/26 update: lemon auto is getting light burned AF. Wound up rearranging the light situation to take her farther away from the light, but still within it to get enough light for some (hopefully) dense buds. I think a bigger tent is in my future. Feeding every other, otherwise getting pH balanced water

Week 11, flowering week 1 Controlling the runoff, no BIO 8-2-2 needed, only using some RootBooster and the AllZymes. This week the jungle drums started playing. Plants are starting to use more water, drinking like maniacs, the green machine switched to a higher gear. The growth rate of the week have catch up a bit of the delay. All the problems at the beginning of the growth have been fixed, definitely making this diary my How-to-fix-problems diary of the year 😄 I just need to keep an eye on the plants, the lights, the EC of the soil, and readjust following plants need. (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Blue Berry seems to be a bit "pale" let's say light but apart from that she is more than okay. LST is done on her too... Afghani Gold I just love her chunky indica comin' I can see the leaves lol. She received her first LST as well. Spliffs Strawberry is alright as well so I am happy. Actually, not much has changed since last week I just set the lamp back to 125W so approx 40% of the max and the water intake is more a bit so: Lamp is set to be on 125W approx 40% of the full power..... Humidity stays on approx 60% Ventilation switches on in every 2 hours for 5 min.... Watering like 0.08l per day.... Fertilization also with Bat Guano, Biobizz family - BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax... so these ones 2x a week.... Epsom salt.... 1x a week.... Ratio can be found above. That's all basically. 12.5.25: I watered with some more Trace again. She's feeding well and needs watering more often again. I upped the dose of Trace as I've noticed that there are some purple hues coming back on the stems. 13.5.25: I have removed all fabric ties on the plant. I think we have stopped stretching, so the sooner, the better. I keep getting my watering can caught in them all, and it was only a matter of time before I ended up snapping more branches off 😅 The fewer things in my way, the better 🤫 15.5.25: I watered today as the pot had dried out almost. The plant was watered with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with the following nutrients per 6.5 litres; ♡ 7ml Trace by Ecothrive ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients The plants received the amounts below. HULKBERRY: 1l FASTBUDS: 2l NORTHERN LIGHTS: 3.5l I am not giving any further nitrogen at this stage. They had a couple of doses in the past week or so. I'm sure they don't need any more. So, I'm just using the kelp as it's packed full of goodness and high in potassium. I also suspect an excess of phosphorus. So I'm also leaving that out for the time being. There are still some red stems on the plants. added the Ecothrive trace for the last few waterings. I'm hoping it will resolve without any further intervention. 16.5.25: I watered Hulkberry with 1.5ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with: ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 7ml Trace by Ecothrive Measurements per 6.5ltrs. PPM: 670 PH: 6.4 17.5.25: I watered again today with 2ltrs of the above PH'D to 6.2. Parameters remaining the same. The plant is increasingly thirsty, so the waterings have again needed to be increased. As we're reaching deep into flowering, this is par for the course. I'm mostly using coco, perlite worm castings. Etc. So it's very easy for my pots to dry out. I need to keep on top of it. As the pots dry out, the microbes are lost, and so keeping everything moist and healthy is imperative. That's why I add Ecothrive Biosys regularly to ensure I keep up with the microbial life in the soil biology. To avoid PH lockout. 18.5.25: I watered again, with the same parameters as yesterday. 19th of April day 40 above soil, Plants are looking healthy I broke one branch while low stress training but it didn’t effect the growth it’s still the fastest growing plant in the tent, maybe another week or two veg and then flip to flower 🍁

Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

I have already said everything, in principle, I advise everyone to grow this variety, I got an amazing tree half purple with giant cones and a large harvest, I am delighted!

Auch für die Pfadfinder eröffnet sich die nächste Woche. Beide Ladys machen einen Hervorragenden Fortschritt sowohl die Abstände der "Nioden?" als auch das Wachstum und die Farbe der Ladys gefällt mir sehr gut. Bei einer Lady habe ich etwas nach geholfen die zukünftigen Triebe durch die Fächerblätter zu fummeln damit diese schon frühzeitig licht bekommen und ggf. auch auf einer höhe weiter wachsen so wie sie es bisher tun. Bei der anderen Lady experimentieren ich etwas herum wie es sich auf die Ernte auslegt wenn ich einige Triebe nach unten "Binde" um einen Größeren Lichteinfluss zu generieren was aber bei der Lady nicht so einfach ist da sie ein verdammt wildes Wachstum hat was für mich als Newbie nicht klar erkennbar ist dank ihrer Mutation. 11.08.2024 officially D132 from seed. this girls has became a realy fat lady she take 25% of the 5x5 tent. she is bushy like hell even if i have removed all fan leave. Need to do some root prunning as the air stone is completly embed in the root ball, witch is really most darker that it should be, my nuts solution lightly die the roots but not this far. In the process i realized that the air stone was completly cloged, probably what cause the leave burn ,so switch it and add a second one for safety. the remaining root have been wash and get soak in 1% H2O2 solution for few hours. really worried about bud roted, i decide to go for a 2 or maybe 3 shot harvest as lower and inner cola arent definitively ready and can still build up. and some of tops cola show mostly milky trichrome and few amber one. so 1st harvested from big top cola and some smaller side one for a total weight of 733.5g of wet sticky bud. looking for around 5oz of dry bud, so expecting easily 3/4pond from this mama😜

B8D7 end of week pictures + harvest (will follow after drying/curing otherwise I won't do it 😜) Was a little bit afraid of mold, no risk even if trichomes could use a few days more. Yield was okay (good for the strain), everything else outstanding 😚 Some pictures with flash light, some without. As outlook for the harvest a picture of the trim, ~30g 😲 Thought about not trimming, as this is all smokeable and high quality .... regarding what I get from outdoor autos 😂 You can see in the video there are no popcorn buds. Overall, hooked on indoor photos once again. 😅

Starting week 5 of flower. Plants are starting to bulk up! Nanaz x BBC smells fruitty and gas, Headband #2 smell citrusy and Headband #1 smell les citrusy and more like grass
