August 28 is officially day 1 for me. Every single one of these popped easily and came out of the soil with zero issues. The seedling stage stresses me out so I’m glad things are already off to a good start. Toking one down for good luck *puff puff pass*.

Destiny has given me a wonderful climate so far but from the 18th the weather will change completely, precisely in the last 10 days of flowering which fortunately is very accelerated by the anomalous heat, especially at night. Typical late summer weather here, kinda for weed. First storm is expected on Saturday, I'm ready to protect them. I've made the last rearrangement of the tent, trying to give more room to the vigorous and overflowing Pineapple Kush so I've rised the roof to 110". The plants are all carefully sprayed with thyme extract to control mites infection, it seems to work, infection is stable from 1 week. I kill manually 20/30 bedbugs a day. During nighttime, maybe a monster grasshopper, is munching some leaves, at this point I don't care, I have to defoliate anyway and these bastards don't chew buds, for now. She's flowering fast now, I hope she will finish before October rains. Every side branches is thicker as the sister's main branch. Expected harvest time october 1st/2nd week. This will be a hard challenge to complete flowering without mold issues. If she doesn't gave to me at least 2lbs of weed, I'll kill her. Here we go! Just sort of keeping an eye on the pistils and trichomes. Still need a little time. Won’t be a large harvest but smelling and looking amazing. 5/16. No joke these ladies smell so amazing. Fruity and sweet. Hopefully coming up on harvest shortly. 5/20- harvested one of the gals. So smol! But I love her. She smells like grape jelly. This time I am READY with my dry tent. I think I’ll give the other pot just a few more days…

Started out with a cheap grow light bulb while waiting on my grow light to arrive. She stretched a bit and had some trouble holding herself upright. Mounded the stem to give support and placed a fan blowing up the tent wall. Added 3 tsp of Fox Farm Happy Frog fertilizer to the pot and did some Real Growers Recharge on 5/4/22. Watering with 6ph dechlorinated tap water when dry. Seems to be every other day currently.

This girl has definitely stopped stretching, so now almost all of the growth is going to be located at the buds. I plant to increase nutrient concentration, but also light intensity (this one by pulling the LEDs closer to the canopy). This week it will hang at 30 cm from the top of the canopy, maybe next I will push it further to 20 cm next week... By the way, the thunderstorms are over so now I can consistently keep the humidity around 45% with just the 3 cpu fans ;) I am experimenting with trying to clone some branches even after 5 weeks of flowering. It's just for the LoLs, and to learn a little bit. I took a lot of clones from the bottom of this plant before with great success during defoliation, so I decided to up the challenge. I know you shouldn't stress the plant too much during flower, but she seems healthy enough to take it without a problem. // on the nutes of this week// So this week I decided to up the nutes again to 1.0, as the lower leaves are showing deficiencies, and this time the EC of the runoff is low (plus I've been feeding only 0.8EC or 400ppm, which is much less than people generally feed at this stage), so I'm more confident that it's not a nutrient lock out. We will see how she likes it. Remember that my noob friendly approach is that keeping my plant on a diet is better than killing it by overfeeding it.

She’s super sticky completely coated with frost much like frost banger. Her buds are very long/tall and thick. Great size but not very dense. Shes still foxtailing. But no worries if she doesn’t end up being a very dense plant, we’ll just use her to make Gummies..

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67

Hello. This is the start of week 1 of flowering. Just flipped the light over to, 12 1/2 hours on and 11 1/2 hours off. The plant is growing well. No pests this year. Yeah...I had trouble with thrips last year. The next trim up will be before the resin starts between the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

Some weeks ago I told that the smell went too strong at home, but it lowered to normal levels last week, now she's smelling more and more each day again ;). I can say about Alice.K, that I had 0 problems or weird things along the current 9 weeks, she suffered very high temperatures, some insects, and also i'm going hard with nutes, I'm cycling EC reaching 2 sometimes, and she didn't show any excess signs at time, I'm not telling that they're not going to exist on Alice, but not at time, if i see some, i will stop and re-adjust. A partir del cuarto día a empezado a crecer a gran velocidad, de momento más de 1 cm al día. De verdad que se ve maravillosa, está engordando bien las ramas y definiendo su partes muy bien. Hace algunas semanas comenté que ya estaba apestando toda mi casa y aún estaba en crecimiento. El olor fue disminuyendo hasta niveles normales y esta semana de nuevo está volviendo a incrementar su olor día a día. De momento debo remarcar que en 9 semanas de cultivo que van, la Alice.k me ha dado 0 problemas o cosas raras. Ha sufrido de altas temperaturas, algunos insectos y he empezado a ir fuerte con los nutrientes. Estoy ciclando la EC en los riegos, sobrepasando los 2 en algunos casos, de momento no ha mostrado ningún signo de exceso. Con esto no quiero decir que no los vaya a mostrar si sigo así, pero de momento no lo ha hecho, si en algún momento empiezo a ver signos, ya frenaré y reajustaré. También es un planta fuerte y con capacidad de recuperación rápida, eso se puede observar en los vídeos perfectamente. well everything is going alright. nothing to complain about. destroyers are getting a lighter shade in the new growth but still pretty much healthy, just a more natural sativa color. maybe around this time i could have thought about topdressing but i’m more inclined to let them go on with straight water just to see how this mix runs till finish with just water and no extra inputs. though who knows i may just decide to topdress tomorrow haha others seem happy and healthy as well. watered the dinachem pot yesterday with about 4l of distilled water and destroyers got 4l each 2 days before that. caribe and cannalope pot is still pretty heavy. see y’all next week edit; yesterday we had a blackout so timers were set back an hour so i guess when i opened the tent today light had just turned on because they were holding a less intense praying pose so just checked back 3 hrs later now and looks fine now. added those photos as well.

Day 58. Apparently the plant has a bit of excess Nitrogen, so I changed the fertilizer in the reservoir, removing CalMag I have lowered the levels and N, because CalMag has 4-0-0. Lowering the ppm to 650 (before 750). Thank you for the advice @SeedLover 😁 I also start to try the new microscope that has arrived today. :D Let's see how it progresses!

Day 79, 28th of November 2020: I really wanna see how she will end up looking in the end because she is such a beauty too!!!! Not much to say she does her own things creating buds and all that. I am actually happy for all this. Nice plant :) Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents...
