Week 5 Flowering - She's starting to put a little focus towards Trichrome production now. while still majorly on bulking up. The fade is slowly coming in as well. little video for perspective!

Die letzte Vegi-Woche ist offiziell im Sack. Die Pflanze meldet sich langsam in Richtung Vorblüte und zeigt dabei deutlich: „Ich hab Bock auf Blüte.“ Ach... die kleinen werden ja immer so schnell groß. :-) Insgesamt steht sie richtig gut da: kräftig, gesund und mit stabilen Blättern, die Vertrauen schaffen. Das Düngen mit Hy-Pro läuft überraschend entspannt. Ehrlich gesagt hatten wir uns das Ganze deutlich komplizierter vorgestellt. Der Spray-Mix hingegen ist noch etwas… gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man sprüht, zielt, denkt nach und hofft, dass am Ende nicht das komplette Zelt glänzt. B-) Diese Woche gab’s mehrfach LST, was die Dame souverän weggesteckt hat. Kein Zicken, kein Stress und für uns ein klarer Hinweis auf einen robusten und starken Strain. Das Grundgerüst für die Blüte steht inzwischen fast final, die Bühne ist aufgebaut. Wir erwarten einen überschaubaren Stretch und lehnen uns jetzt erstmal entspannt zurück und sind gespannt darauf, was die nächsten Wochen bringen. Wie findet ihr unsere Kush Mint?😁

overall was great to grow and for it being my second grow I'm so glad how well it turned out some of the frostiest buds I've seen or smoked.

I am extremely impressed: Zamnesia and Plagron !!!! Auto Runtz showed no negative emotions throughout the growth :) Plagron nutrients gave her what she wanted ;) In general, this whole trip was something unreal, (with such a result I have a little hope of winning a prize from the ongoing competition :D :D ) Her aroma is full of tropical fruits!!!! (I can't wait to taste her :D:D) So from my travel suitcase, I got 225 gr of wet harvest weight, I am really happy about that :) (probably 50-60gr of dry flowers), by the way, I will also publish the dry flower weight, as soon as she is ready for it :) I did a lot of photoshoots, but unfortunately my lighting was not good, so I didn't get to take better photos ... FLOWERING First flowering phenomena are visible in the tops of the plants.😜 -------------------------------- GROWTH The plants are still growing rapidly. To keep the size of the plants somewhat at the same height, I use the following techniques: 😷 1. Removal of the side branches (Defoliation) -Small plants: I remove almost all side branches. In this way the small plants do not have to spend energy in the growth of side branches. -Large Plants: I don't remove anything. The plants will put energy into the growth of side branches, so the plants will not grow too fast in height. -Other plants: I remove the side branches in proportion to the size of the plants. In the course of the following days, I gradually remove all low side branches! 2. Tying the branches (Low Stress Training) -The smallest plants grow straight upwards. -The largest plants are tempered in their growth, afterI have tied them to the plant sticks with the help of plastic plant binders. On DAY 5 the plants vary in length between 23 and 41 cm AIR HUMIDITY 😨 When the lights are on, it gets nice and warm in the growing room. To keep the humidity at the desired level, I have two 7.5 liter humidifiers working almost continuously. In less than 24 hours I have to refill them. As long as the plants do not have real buds, I like high humidity so the plants to keep a low VPD. -------------------------------- WATER and NUTRITION 😱 Due to the high humidity, I don't have to give that much water. Every 3 days I give 1.25 liters of water per pot. I add 3 tablets of Easy Grow Booster to 10 liters of water. I divide this mixture between the 8 pots. This week I gave 2 x water.

Week 2 has gone just as well as I'd like it too! I had an accident during the week where I had dropped a sticky bug trap on one of my girls, this led to me accidentally ripping off a fan leaf and a half, but she seems to have come out of it just fine! (Thankfully). I have been feeding 1/3 strength nutes the past few feeds, stepping it up from 1/4. I will be watering until I see runoff from now on to prevent nutrients from building up in the coco. Update(day 15, 4/12/20) Today I purchased a new oscillating fan, co2 bags and a new hygrometer that hooks up to my phone and shows me stats. The girls have been putting in a lot of work over the past 24 hours. I also had a Purple Punch photo seed sprout today which I may be turning into a mother plant. I will be starting a diary for this girl too. Update (Day 16 5/12/20) Second purple punch photo popped today, going to keep 1 inside and give the other to my mom to take care of. The girls got their first 1/4 dose of calmag today fed at 6ph due to all the nutrients settling there.( I do have ph +/- but I'm going to try run this whole grow at 5.8-6.2. Update (Day 17 6/12/20) Plants seem happy today. Fan leaves producing a the pre-existing nodes are starting to shoot out quite rapidly. Unfortunately, my streets power went out today for ~90 minutes, I opened the tent, windows and doors to get any light in I could, thankfully the power came back on shortly after. I fed the girls today with very little run-off(I'm trying to perfect the amount of water they need). Update (Day 18 7/12/20) The girls have jumped up over night! I wont be feeding today as I'd like the coco to dry out quite a bit more. Update (Day 19 8/12/20 Gave the girls a small feed today with very little run-off Everything seems to be going well so far, I'm very thankful! Update (day 20 9/12/20) Everything is going pretty well today. I will not be feeding as the increased humidity has kept the coco more moist than usual. Will be feeding full strength nutes tomorrow! Barneys Farm Cookies Kush 7 Weeks of Flowering Completed 29th march 2020 Here we are at the beginning of the eighth week of Flowering for my Barneys Farm Cookies kush Girls. 😀 They are both looking good Phenotype 1 which is the Indica dominant plant has a higher leaf to calyx ratio than her sister the Sativa dominant phenotype number 2 they both have distinct characteristics to each other such as pheno1 has a sweet smell and more stickiness whilst pheno2 has more of an Earthy smell and is clearly the better looking of the two. Both plants have not had anything for the past 3 days due to the fact that it's been very wet here & the relative humidity is almost at 90% at some times during each day. They don't seem to mind not having been fed or watered which is a bonus as adding more moisture to the environment is not Ideal. So far Zero signs of budrot unlike the other strains I have close to maturity which have all shown a little botrytis forming on some buds. This has given me some hope of being able to let both girls grow right thru until optimum maturity, whereas the Jack herer , Red diesel and girl scout cookies will all end up being harvested earlier than i would have preferred. The day before yesterday was the last time 1 g of GHSC Powder Feeding per L substrate was added :-). That should last to the end now. Of course, she continues to receive GHSC enhancers 👍 every 14 days. The tent was cleaned every day just like the humidifier was refilled every day. Nach meiner Beurteilung haben sie eine gesunde Höhe und Breite erreicht, man erkennt gut wo später die Blüten entstehen. Ich nehme gerne Ratschläge von der Community an.

Shes looking ok, but again I wish I would have let her veg more and did more manicuring, lsting. The next run will be nicer from what I’m seeing with the cuttings I took. Thanks to all of you following and commenting. It gives me confidence in what I do, ✌️🏼❤️🙏🏼

Chopped and washed and drying

The tent ist getting really full rn. Big defoliation and lollipopping in the coming days . The Lemon Orange stretching crazy. The Blueberry Pancakes are Bushmonsters with lots of Side branches. One of the BBP has little Nitrogen deficiency. Nothing serious. All in all very healthy plants. Waiting for the first trichomes and aroma in the tent. ~55- 60 % rh ~ 21-26 celsius

Calibrated pH meter. Was a little reading high. Started tracking runoff for each plant separately. Mex is very brittle. Broke another branch. Still pretty full. Seem to have the base nutrients dialed in. pH is not longer an issue. Growth is still moderate to slow. Holding off on final topping until nodes grow better. Realized I pruned too high and I lost the node I was going to top for. Plants range from about 6” (bw3) to “10 (mex)

General —— Plant is doing fine. Had no issues this week and the devlopment looks solid. Hope she will stretch a bit more in the next week so that the fems can use the trellis once they are far enough. Nutes —— Gave her Bio PK 5-8 for one time which was a harsh feeding as I mixed it with all the other nutrients. Other than that I'm watering 1.5L of Water every 3 days with CalMag and Horsetail Extract. A bit of nutrient burn on the lower leaves but nothing to worry about Light —— Bumped light from 120W and 30cm distance to 210W and 40cm distance by end of this week. DLI is around 40 at the moment. Defoliation —— Removed some leaves in the middle so that everything gets light. Also removed some leaves from the bottom which were shaded. Will remove branches that don’t make it end of Week 6

So excited into week 8 doing log day early starting flush now and Buds getting quite frosty I plan to harvest at day 65 as I'm going away so hopefully will be nice its smells wicked blueberry skunk is my take on it very resistant I think as I'm a noob and looks so good I put it down to my late Brother looking over me and the girls I hope for more bud Mass but whatever it is I'm good thanks for reading🌿
