Day 71, 29th of November 2021: Nice group strong girl! They are different in sizes and structure but all of them are lovely! We just getting closer to the final week as we just entered to the 5th week of the flowering stage. The only changes I made is the ventilation and the extraction fan is off at the same time with the lamp so only switches on when the lamp does. So this is the set up and and operation schedule now: ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: As I mentioned it is off when the lamp is off so 12 hours. When the lamp is on it switches on in every hour and off for one hour. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it takes a rest with the lap together lol ;) Watering pretty much remains the same. Humidity quite is approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

To start the week i'm seeing the buds start to swell, i've also had to give a peroxide foliar spray to be sure i'm not going to be ingesting mites... shall see how it goes. ---- sprayed some dilute 3% peroxide mixed 2-1 with water. misted the shit out of it with distilled to get the humidity up afterwards the ladybugs were having a field day on all the water fleeing spider mites. see video

I'm switching my nutrients from Foop to ILGM Bergman's Plant Nutrients. Shouldn't be a problem Foop works well with other nutrients. However, my irrigation lines were getting clogged and the smell. I think because I'm using small lines... Regardless I'm using 1/8 of 800ppm level=100 ppm.

So another week and some more thickening and ripening. The smell is like blueberry on one and the others are sweet as well. Slightly different smell to each. Watering when dry still at pH 6-6.6 and monitoring overall plant trichomes. At this point it's autopilot to the end. No more feeding with slow release and will slowly flush the remaining food out next few weeks. I like my trichomes to have some amber, not too much but mostly cloudy with some amber. Seems like most will be dense, except one plant I've called corona virus. It has smaller buds but are really resinous and smelly. Cheers and happy growing!

One didn't get hit enough water from the sprinkler so it got stunted hard and had to go, the plan was to only do 2 this run so all good, I used this one in a breeding experiment and it recovered very well despite the conditions, but this is not part of this diary. Starting this week I will also add ORP and CF metrics, the ORP probe is not calibrated and values are to be taken with a grain of salt. Values are average of the day. 6.02 Growth has picked up since raising the PH of my nutrient solution to 6.25-6.5. I also began foliar feeding at lights off with 5 ml/g of Cal-Mag Plus. I added .25 tsp/gallon of recharge when feeding today. It raised the PH of the solution to 7.0 and will monitor over the next 48 hours for results. 6.04 When I tied down the big plant I split the stems where they were topped the 2nd time. Taped them up and cinced with plant ties. 6.06 End of week 9. Installed my automatic watering manifold with hydro halos. I've been feeding 3 times/day for the past week, and I won't have time to hand water 5 or 6 times a day during flower. Will probably need 1 more full week of veg before I flip to 12-12.

Unfortunately, once again (last grow too) I had some bud rot in the last week before harvest in both plants with the biggest one largely affected. Because of that, I had to remove all infected parts and have an early harvest. I picked out all fucked buds, gave my plants another two days of (finally!) sunshine to dry out the cut-outs I did on the plants. Today I harvested the smaller one and was surprised it actually was quite alright in terms of yield. Tomorrow, I'll cut the big one and I hope there will still be some good bud structures left as this one grew so nice, especially for being a dwarf :-D Will update as soon as I've got more news! UPDATE: I cut the big one as well and am very pleased with the yield I have from this grow. Was not an easy grow since the weather was shit and I've had to throw away some decent buds because of bud rot, but all in all it looks promising :-) DRY WEIGHT: 48g of fresh buds (had to throw away at least what could have been 10-15 grams because of bud rot)

So far, everything is going according to plan. The girl became more hungry, it turned out to be necessary to supplement with mineral (already on the way).

Didn't realize that it's been 4 weeks since I was on here last. Not sure if I over watered, nute burn or a deficiency but I am having a problem with my leaves going yellow and crunchy. I just gave straight RO water for a flush.
