Looking forward to this ❤️ This strain has been a favourite of mine for years. 34 street seeds have been consistent, and have great germination rates in my experiences.
I picked one seed, soaked in water with a splash of hydrogen peroxide for 6 hours and then planted directly into the starter pot. 36 hours later we had a sprout.
Lots of humidity, trying to keep it in the 70’s and the temp has been steady at 77 degrees as the lights are being kept on for 24 hours for the time being. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
Seedling is doing well, trying not to over water and keep the RH high around 68-70%. Changed the light schedule to 18/6 mid week. Seems to be doing ok with the slightly colder temps at night. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
This lovely lady is on the mend from a little bit of light burn. Adjusted the light with my digital watt meter (easily picked up off Amazon for 20$ ) and she is bouncing back.
RH has been steady at 65% this week with temps hitting 78-79 degrees before my in-line fan takes care of it. Increased watering amount to about 350 ml per feed, while also adding 1 more ml of the Sensi cal mag to the mix. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
This girl has had a great week. She has put on some good leaf growth, and has rebounded from the light stress. I had been doing bending her top over to expose the lower branches, no ties just repeating the process.
She got transplanted near the end of the week into a 2 gallon pot, and got her first real dose of nutrients. RH has been steady at about 65% and temps are consistent at 78-79 degrees. The 2x4 tent is super easy to manage with the AC in-line fan/controller and a small 250 watt heater outside the tent at the fresh air draw. 😊
I think my plan for this one is to veg it out long enough, to do a single plant SCROG in my 2x4 tent. Happy Gardening.
The lovely lady has been doing well this week. She has rebounded from her transplant, and was doing so well I decided to top her as well.
Keeping RH and temps steady, and feeding was a little higher this week, around 500 ppm, but still a .6 EC Trying to fluctuate the ph up and Down between 5.8 and 6.3 when watering, I’ll do a runoff test soon to see what that is like coming out of the plant. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️💨
It’s been a good week for this girl. I caught the Vid, and have been doing the very minimum to can get away with to keep her going.
No training, but I did do a little bit of defoliation. Temp and RH was steady for the large part. I’ll be transplanting her to a 4 gallon pot next week, and again once I clear my tent of the other 3 autos I have going, I will transplant again to her 7 gallon final pot. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊😊
Topped her again! I came back to this beauty after almost 10 days of feeling like trash. She was getting the minimum amount of attention, but has stayed strong. I have a couple of Autoflowers to finish up, then I will be transplanting her once she has recovered from the topping to a 7 gallon fabric pot. I will probably try to run a SCROG and see if I can fill my 2x4 tent with the one plant.?🤔
Conditions have been good, 76 degrees and 60% RH. Temps at night are still pretty cool so I kept the small heater going for now. I will start bringing the EC up a bit over the next couple of weeks to see if I can get her to really feed, she has shown no signs of nutrient burn yet 🤞Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️💨
This will be her last week of Veg, my Autoflowers are finished and will free up some space one dry.
I was going to finish her in the 2x4, but decided I will put her in my big tent and flower her with my Truffle Treats. I have other’s that need to be started to be able to take part in the 34 street Grow cup this year.
Easy week overall, no issues, I decided to do a flush as the leaves were showing as dark green and shiny, which can be a sign of too much nitrogen being stored or used. Ran almost 5 gallons of PH ‘D water through her and left her for a several days, nothing of concern 😊 I did some defoliation and lolipopping of the lower branching. I also decided to to top multiple tops all at the same time. There will be lots of colas for this beauty .
Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️💨
Put this girl into flower this week! She was getting beastly and my Autoflowers wrapped up so it was time ❤️ I decided to put her into my big tent along with my other grow and continue to flower there. I was going to scrog her in my 2x4 but decided I will need the space to get the summer beans started 🤤
Upped her Bloom nutrients and dialed back the Grow, also increased the Micro’s . Temps have been a little higher than normal, running around 81 degrees of freedom units, and keeping around 55% RH. I did a light defoliation going into flower, and decided to do some LST by tying back a few branches to allow for better light penetration. 🇨🇦👊❤️
Great week! She has been gaining all week, and is going to make some great colas 💪 I upped her nutrients again this week and still she looks like she could use more. I’ll be going to a regular feed, and the light feed schedule with her for the time being, no more straight water until I can see she’s producing and getting all she needs.
Temps have been very high where I am, which in turn causes the tent to run a little hotter, especially with the two lights now. Hovered around 82-83 degrees for most of the week, and then came down a bit once the heat broke. No need to fill RH at the moment, tent is a nice 55%
Defoliated this beautiful pink lady. Also tied her toes down a little tighter to make some room for light to penetrate. The tent has been the highest it’s ever been, hovering between 80-85 degrees.
Cleaned up some of the lower third, as well as picked and tucked some leaves that were blocking bud sites. This girl is doing better know with my light feed, regular feed schedule. She is no longer showing the yellowing or pale leaves. She is looking healthy and strong
Another good week for this lady. Temps were high, but she handled it like a champ. Because she is so beastly and only in a 4 gallon pot, I’m watering about 1 gallon of water every 3 1/2 days. The dry back seems to be better if I don’t wait till the 4 th day.
Buds are developing nicely, and stacking really well. I’m going to have some decent sized colas. Frost is coming along nicely too. She has a Kush smell with some sandalwood at the moment…
Temps were floating around 82 degrees this week, with RH around 55-58%. Plucked a few more fan leaves, but otherwise just a slight turn each time I check on the tent. Happy Gardening
The girls have been doing great this week ❤️ lots of fattening and stacking. They are giving off a greasy kerosene smell mixed with sandalwood at the moment and are stinking up my house whenever the tent is open. I have had to run my exhaust fan at level 10 for the past 2 weeks so that the smells aren’t overwhelming when you walk in.
Temps have been consistent, and I haven’t had the need for added humidity, it’s been steady around 55-60% I have turned the fans up to ensure good airflow, hopefully we can just ride her out to some fat colas !
The lady is doing great, she’s getting fatter and greasier every day. She is getting warm in her
Environment though, sometimes in the 85 degree mark, even with my exhaust fan working as high as it can. I increased airflow by adding an additional fan and running the exhaust all day. Tricomes are still pretty clear, lots of time left 🇨🇦👊❤️
This beauty is on autopilot at the moment. I’ve been watching the temps and doing what I can when I am home. It’s been soooo hot. My tent has been getting to 84 degrees regularly, I’m hoping that it won’t stress her out. I will be ordering a T8 in-line fan from AC infinity to accommodate the summer temps and RH and ensure good air circulation. Couple
Of weeks still to go, she is a 9-10 week strain , but she is definitely proving to be worth the extra time. Her colas are getting nice and fat, and should be a good producer for me.
Some great development this week. Switched the girls over to straight phd water late in the week. I’ll be able to get 3-4 waterings with runoff before she’s finished. The colours are starting to come out in the leaves and bud. She is smelling fantastic as well. Like a kerosene with an earthy funk. I moved her back to the 2x4 to finish so I can use my big tent to dry my other harvest. I lowered the wattage on the light to preserve some terps, lower the temps and because she was so close to it. No need for a humidifier at this point, holding steady between 52-55%. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
A good week for the pink lady, no issues, the heatwaves have subsided a bit and there is a cold front that moved in. The RH has been steady, between 50-55%. I have decreased the nutrients further to just a bit of micro and cal mag. I have begun my process of “flushing” where I increase the water volume to allow for a 10-15% runoff. I find that this does not strip or shock the plant of nutrients it is still needing to fatten up. I do this for the last 4-5 feeds ending with straight phd water.
She was super easy to grow. After figuring out she loved to feed, I began mixing her own nutrients separately and within a week had any deficiencies in check. She kept to a regular cycle of regular feed, light feed, then straight ph’d water. This kept her healthy all throughout. No signs of disease or pests, she performed
Like a champ and ended up giving me a little over 6 oz of dense gassy buds. She took a full 10 weeks, and I probably could have given her a few more days, but she is already a very potent smoke, something that is great in the day time for me. For the price of these beans, $45 for 5 feminized seeds, I would highly recommend the 34 street seed Pink Kush strain 🇨🇦👊❤️
