Fingers crossed! 🤔🤞 9/24- We're getting close to wrapping up Week Six of flower in a couple of days and she'll be past the half-way point with the most exciting weeks yet to come! This was a complementary seed from True North Bank and I've never had much interest in the Amnesia lines out there until now. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to purchase these seeds but definitely speaks for the quality Canuk can offer and I would consider trying other strains they have to offer too. Yield was great considering the phosphorus deficiency at the beginning/middle of flower. I'm totally lost with Amnesia! Lol Also forgot to add that all my bud gets washed in a H202/distilled water after trimming, before drying. This is why some of the pictures of branches hanging look wet.

I removed the tops that will not get enough light started some basic opening of the canopy and some defoliation. This topdress should help the transition to flower in a weeks time.

Dutch Passion Shaman Pünktlich zum Erntedankfest am 5.10. war für mich der kritische Punkt erreicht. Shamanin No. 2, die im kleineren Topf, hat ihren Headbud und drei weitere Blüten genommen bekommen. Ich habe die beiden Pflanzen in der letzten Zeit täglich mit einer Taschenlampe abgesucht und nun war es soweit, leichte Faulstellen an den Stielen in mehreren Bereichen der Pflanze. Es waren nur kleine Teile der Blüten, bzw. schlaffe Zuckerblätter betroffen, ich erkenne das mit der Taschenlampe mittlerweile relativ früh. Der Verlust liegt bei zwei bis drei Gramm trocken. Die Stielfäule hatte sich bei der dunklen Dame an fünf Stellen gebildet und die angrenzende Blüte befallen. Am Sonntag gab es zum Erntedank Space Tee für zwei und der war sehr lecker, mit starker aber angenehmer Wirkung. Ich lasse den frischen Trimm und Blütenmaterial bei 90 Grad mit einem guten Schuss Olivenöl (zwei Esslöffel ca. eine Stunde ziehen. Die Kräuterreste aus dem Teesieb schmecken mit bissl Salz wie Spinat, lecker, und wenn man sich die zusätzlich zum Tee reinzieht, dann wird‘s richtig witzig, mit Lachflashs. 🤤 😅 Jetzt bin ich entspannt, was den Erntezeitpunkt und die zu erwartende Wirkung betrifft. Shamanin No. 1 musste dursten, hat recht weit oben eine weitere Blüte verloren, wobei ich die Stelle an einem dünneren Stiel auch hier vor der eigentlichen Blütenfäule entdeckt habe. Hier saß auch ein kleiner Käfer in der Nähe, wahrscheinlich hatte der es mitgebracht. Ihre Blätter beginnen sich zu verfärben. Es geht weiter, bis nächste Woche! Danke für‘s vorbeischauen. 💚

This week it is official, I have used both organic and synthetic inputs. I did notice she was starting to become a little defcient right around the time to top dress(Week 3). I think her issue was potassium. I have also been overwatering a bit, trying to get a handle on keeping the media moist, I think the wetting agent in the Pro-Mix is working as well as the worm castings. Other than that, I am really impressed with her speed of growth. To give you growmies an idea of my thought pattern on this grow, the first 3 weeks were just organic amendments. Top dressed with 1 cup of worm castings, with 5 tbsp of Home Grown and 5 tbsp of Flower girl and watered in with a light nutrient(syn) solution. Back 2 are on week 3 day 17!!! & Are going Awesome, buds stacking up & down every branch! Going to get some really good Cola's of them! This was my first ever serious grow ever. About 12 years ago I grew in a little PC grow case but I picked it early and didn't dry and cure it right. Tasted like hay, ha! So for my first ever legit grow, I was super happy with these genetics. On the whole they were relatively easy to grow. There were never any bud rot, PM, disease or insect issues at all. I had two distinct phenotypes from these 2 seeds. One was the normal green pheno. It grew extremely easy and showed no deficiencies whatsoever the entire grow. The nugs it produced have a very funky smell to them. Lots of orange and green on those ones. My cell phone pics I attached were desaturated from my cell phone. I'll take better pics of it after it's done curing. The purple pheno on the other hand was a little more temperamental. Right after germination it kinda of twisted a little. I nearly cut it at one point because I didn't have enough experience to know if it would make it. Thankfully I didn't cut it! It had what appeared to be a calmag deficiency the entire grow despite the green pheno doing perfect with the exact same parameters/nutrients/water. In the end though, I think the environmental stress the plant had throughout the grow was possibly what caused the purple pheno to come out and maybe was also the reason there were soooo many crystals! They smell very floraly, spicy and perfumey kinda. And they are SOOOOOO beautiful. They smell incredible too. Green pheno yielded 41g. Purple yielded 37g for a total of 2.75 ounces dried. I dried the green plant for 12 days and the purple plant for 16 days. Whole plant dry. Average conditions were 62 degrees, 58% over the dry. My basement is great for drying due to the year round low 60 degree temps in there. Gonna cure them for a couple weeks to see just how much more sophisticated the smells develop. I will upload some more high quality, non cell phone pics after these are done curing. So I can only compare these genetics to nothing as it's my first grow but I was extremely happy with these. For my next grow starting tonight or tomorrow I'm gonna focus on more training, better nutrient feed and a slightly longer veg time so that I can really up the yields for that harvest. I'd like to get 8 or more ounces. We shall see!

Week 5: Transplant Time & Root Power! Oh man, this was one of those weeks! We transplanted all five phenos into bigger pots, and let me tell you, they’re thriving!
