Their first Neem oil leaf drench massage. Their first fertigation or watering. For the Og kush the third week Biobizz nutrient dose was followed. The only addition to the third week All Mix dosology was the inclusion of Alg a mic. At the above rate + Great white + bactrex. The above list of nutrients correspond to the OG KUSH Allmix schedule and doses. Fot the amnesia haze the watering had only Bactrex, White sark and Pro symbiotic at the doses listed above. No pH was adjusted nor measured and no EC either. *03/29 UPDATE* Since no option given for "breaking down" each strain individually ragarding the Nutrients section I ll update the irrigation/fertigation/nutrient regimen for each week in this section. Each time something changes on the Nutrients section it ll always be the last used doses of nutrients only for the OG Kush strain. For the Amnesia only CalMag treated water will be given in alternate irrigations along with a twice a week bacteria introduction to the system. So, today both plants got 1.8 lts of RODI CalMag treated water to .340EC with a controlled pH of 6.3. The Amnesia had a significantly higher runoff which I didn't anticipate nor understand but I'll find out why for sure. Some light LST directional guiding was given to the plants for forming purposes and future canopy levelling. In the Grow Hut since day one the plants are continuously enjoying the company of Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia s music. They love it! *03/30 UPDATE* The best possible outcome regarding live phytoprotection by beneficial insects for pest control. As of yesterday I have two unidentified tiny sliders, possibly common garden ones and as of today a Coccinellidae sp. larvae running around the canopy (check the video) Hope for many more of them sweet protectors. Neem oil along with DE has successfully helped in deterring some Gnat "congregation". *03/31 UPDATE* Plants are growing strong and vigorous. Some LST done and their new canopy hairdo can be seen in the pics.

Entering the 8th week and she is really doing fantastically! When compared to the first Black Jack I grew, with just LST, the differences are clear and impressive. The bud sites are easily 4 times as much. She is almost as tall as the first one was when I harvested her, and she is still only just beginning to flower. More stable and way easier to maintain after the mainlines are established. Super impressed and happy with the results and will absolutely utilize this technique more in future. Great results and super excited to see how big she gets to finish budding. All great things. Cheers

No joke, the small plant last week blew up. It grew almost 10 inches in a single week! I had to put the Vulcan pinch on this skinny beast! I know it’s taboo to let train a plant in flower but she was forcing my light up.

Non eventful week apart from noticing possible potassium difficiency on my Blue Afghan and planet of the grapes started yellowing on the leaves.

It's been a while, I know, but been too busy during this festives to keep the diary up... Damn spidermites! I've try to control them every day but it was too long in bloom to do something for this little creepers! I've decided to cut them and wash the buds as in a video made by Mr.Cervantes seen on youtube. I've mix 120ml of H2O2 in 10Lts of water, washed the buds for a couple of minute, rinse'em and then hanging for a couple of hours with a fan that gently blowin on them. So, mates, this journey has ended, I've learned a lot of things during this real first indoor grow, and this also thanks to you and your hint. July 6: peak growing season now and I expect she’ll be growing about an inch per day here for the next couple of weeks. Weather should be perfect and just have to dodge the thunderstorms. Started another lazy compost tea. Cheers to all growers. 👍 July 7: mild defoliation done over this last week to let light in to the growth tips. Water only as a light flush. July 8: definitely fast growth and looking very dark green but hopefully not too much N. Watered in evening with lazy compost tea. This lazy compost tea is just a 5 gallon (20 L pail) with couple handfuls of mature compost, some molasses, some humic acids and kelp, Dr Bronners peppermint soap as a surfactant (or wetting agent) and vinegar to get pH near 7. Then it’s all left in the shade for about 24-48 hours with the occasional stir. Alternately you could just use Recharge which is made from bacteria, molasses and humic acids. Super easy either way. July 10: added a couple handfuls of malted barley as a top dressing. This is a top organic growing tip from Clackamas Coot. Just get some from a local brew shop which should have a variety of malted grains. Cheap stuff is fine. I’ll add some Power Bloom next week but I figured the barley is good enough for now. Now 25 inches so she grew 6 inches in 4 days. Good times. Good times.

they are growing nicely, cant wait for the warmer weather to set in so I can plant these girls outdoors. Had a fungus gnat issue that i swatted down with some physical traps and Raid green Earth, see video for details. Also problems with 2 spotted spider mites so I deployed my troops, predatory spider mites. They should get rid of the problem for me.

This girl is growing like a sword – tall, slender, and cutting through the canopy with style 😅 She's stretched quite a bit, and down below she’s rocking four tiny side shoots that I’m honestly not sure what to think of yet. But hey, I’m letting her do her thing. Stretch seems to be slowing down now, and I'm starting to spot the very first trichomes glistening under the light, always an exciting moment! Let’s see how she continues to shape up in the coming weeks. Staying hopeful!🌱💚
