The mothers have recovered from the light cycle disaster and are now looking like budding winners once more. I’m too far in to this run to pull the plug now which is frustrating. We’re anxious to get into a few reg. Seeds next cycle for another pollen collection so this has slowed the sched. Considerably. Despite such it’s been a great test for the dutchy system and our new nute line from Druid Nutrients. I don’t shout out shit unless it’s truly doing something good and Druid is proving a remarkable component. No issues or deficiencies. Even with one particular strain (the Skywalker) where a calmag def. was expected to be a certainty. U folks keep up the good work👍. Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! As they swell, our plant is starting to exude a sophisticated sweet lemon aroma that fills the air and promises a sensory delight. It's a fragrance that speaks to the complexity of her development and the nuanced profile we can anticipate. Notably, some leaves in the lower canopy are beginning to wilt, a process I view as normal age-related defoliation. It's a natural part of the lifecycle, as the plant focuses her energy on the swelling buds. In our efforts to optimize her environment, the GCX 9 lighting is now set to 100% flower spectrum and 75% veg spectrum. I'm carefully pushing the limits to provide maximum light without imposing stress or damage to our plant. This stage requires a delicate balance, pushing for maximum growth while maintaining the health and well-being of the plant. I As we watch the buds swell and smell the sweet lemon fragrance developing, it's a moment to reflect on the journey thus far and the growth we've fostered together. This plant has been a mutant and weird since day 1 She's throwing out pistils like crazy! I think she's definitely gotta mutation but I've never seen this many pistils before.

Day 63 This plant has been trained into a wide, flat shape, with multiple tops spread out evenly across the pot. The structure is low and bushy, clearly influenced by topping or LST, which has opened up the canopy for better light penetration. Leaf color is generally healthy, a strong green with decent vibrancy, though some variation is visible. The lower leaves show stress — one is yellowed and deteriorating, likely from nutrient deficiency (older growth being consumed) or simply natural fading. The canopy looks vigorous and responsive to training, but growth is still somewhat restrained; the plant doesn’t yet have explosive vertical energy. The root zone may still be recovering from earlier stress, but the overall appearance suggests it’s adapting well. Going forward, the key will be to maintain even watering and steady nutrition, supporting strong root activity. Some light defoliation could help airflow under the canopy and direct energy into the developing tops. Starting week 4 by lowering scrog and bending some branches, slightly weaved the branches through anywhere they would fit. First time using a scrog net executed to see the results. Thinking next week will be last week of veg

Really impressed with dry harvest amount. 7.8 ounces of buds. I used my trim bowl to trim and came out with 3.5 ounces off trim which will be used for edibles. Really sweet smell coming off these buds. They are lovely.
