Looks like she ran outta nutes, leaves are showing some deficiency signs. So I started feeding her with a diluted mix I normally use for my bigger girl in bloom — around 500 PPM. Let’s see if she bounces back. Honestly, I’m not a fan of growing in soil… but that’s probably ‘cause I don’t fully get it yet. You gotta stay on top of things and fix issues as they come. In coco? It’s pretty much autopilot.

🌸 Week 6 Flower – Gelonade Diaries The Gelonade girls continue their elegant dance into flower, both Pheno #1 and Pheno #2 shining in their own unique way. Their structures remain remarkably similar, tall, strong, and full of energy, while each holds onto her own personality, expressed in leaf form and flower shape. This week we noticed a few small spots on the leaves. Nothing dramatic, nothing to sound alarms about, but enough to remind us that plants, like people, sometimes whisper when they need something. It could be calcium, it could be another minor imbalance, but the key is observation. We’ll keep a close eye, watching for patterns, listening to what the girls want to tell us, and adjusting gently if needed. 🌱 Quick Recap (For Those Just Joining) From the start, this run has been about detail and care. • Germination was clean and quick, the girls leaping from seed into life. • Veg was marked by strong branching, healthy leaves, and the unforgettable funky unicorn foliage of Pheno #2. • Transplanting into super soil and fabric pots gave them the room to spread their roots and breathe. • The shift into flower was smooth, guided by careful lighting, steady feeding, and a balance of Aptus and Plagron nutrients. • Weeks 4 and 5 saw sativa-like stretch, white hairs bursting across every cola, and canopy lights filling every corner with photons. PS: Understanding Foxtailing One of the girls, our Pheno #2, is starting to show signs of foxtailing. For those new to the term, foxtailing refers to when buds grow in elongated, irregular patterns instead of stacking neatly into the dense, conical shape we often expect. The result is a flower that looks “spiky” or “funky,” almost as though the plant is growing multiple little towers from a single cola. Why does this happen? There are two main sides to the story: • Genetic Foxtailing: Some strains naturally express this trait, especially sativa-leaning hybrids. In this case, foxtailing is simply part of the plant’s personality, often leading to extra surface area for resin glands, which can even mean more trichomes and aromas. • Environmental Foxtailing: Stress factors can also trigger it — high heat, intense light (too much PPFD), or shifts in feeding can encourage buds to keep stacking in odd ways rather than finishing their round formation. In our case, the temperatures have sometimes pushed higher than ideal, and the lights are running strong, so those factors might play a role. But genetics also carry a heavy influence, and Gelonade — being sativa-leaning, can naturally lean toward these elongated flower expressions. Is foxtailing a problem? Not at all. While it can look unusual compared to the “textbook” cola shape, it doesn’t reduce quality. In fact, it can increase flower mass and surface resin coverage, giving us more material and potentially more complex aesthetics. Some growers even treasure it as a unique expression of their plant’s individuality. So while Pheno #2 may look a little funky, we see it as a gift, more fruit, more character, more story to tell. Die Wuchsform der Pflanzen wirkt bis jetzt sehr homogen, es ist zu beachten, dass natürlich die einen etwas schneller wachsen, wie die anderen. Auch die Stielbreite unterscheidet sich etwas. Insgesamt wirken die Jungpflanzen allerdings sehr kompakt, was eine gewisse Indica Dominanz vermuten lässt. Das ist auch so gewollt. Ich werde immer wieder verschiedene Pflanzen der gleichen Zucht dokumentieren und nach der Geschlechtsbestimmung dann Herausfiltern, welche zwei Pflanzen für die Fertigstellung des Diaries in Frage kommen. 08/30 - DAY 36 - Top watered w/ beneficial bacteria and refilled Jane’s reservoir. - Lowered humidity to ~63% 09/01 - DAY 38 - Refilled Mo. Drinking a gallon a day from the reservoir. Mushrooms growing in Mo’s EarthBox. 09/03 - DAY 40 - Another big defoliation on Jane. - Bent over a few over achieving colas on Mo. At canopy roughly ~500PPFD. 09/04 - DAY 41 - Girls are super happy. Trichomes coming in everywhere on Mo and slowly coming in Jane.

Nachdem ich zwei Verluste verkraften musste, hab ich mich dafür entschieden 2x "Dark Devil Auto" von Sweet Seeds und 1x "Lemon Cherry Gelato Auto" von Zamnesia nachzuschieben, die sich alle drei mittlerweile als Keimlinge im finalen Topf wiederfinden. Eine "Dark Devil" hat es nicht geschafft, aber dafür geht's dem anderen Keimling umso besser. Bis zum Ende der Woche zeigen sich die unterschiedlichen Genetiken der Strains deutlich .. Am weitesten ausgebildet hat sich .. Überraschung: "Titan F1 Auto" ... 😎 ...

. YEAR 5 - 2nd quarter ----------------------- The 5th season continues with 3 Gorilla Punch from FB and 3 Original XXL from GB in the same tent. A disappointment: with 6 plants, they yield 179 g, less than the previous 5. But in only 10 weeks. Green Brand did better than Fastbuds for a first try.

Day 9 :These 3 ladies have been behaving well and settling in nicely to their new homes. I have initially only given them all a tea of boosts until yesterday when I started adding a little silicon and calmag and a few drops of superthrive. Today I further fed a half strength feed to the coco twins as well. The Los girl is showing a paler growth going on and I am hoping this sorts itself out now they have been fed a little. The charge and ecosystem take a couple of weeks to hit production from fresh potting so the teas will give them a kick start. Once she gets feeding on that scrummy Los grub below , I think she will fly. All in all they have not faltered for their 1st week and considering their surgery done well. I can certainly see a few front runners already among these Fast Bud beauties so let's watch the race hot up now rhet are on both Mars lights.The sp250 will be going on at the 1st signs of flowering so they have 600w full spectrum draw of led to veg with.

Still growing crazy the fastest growing I’ve ever done. I am still feeding once plain water and then next feed nutrients. I will be starting biobizz (alg a mic) next feed.

-12.09.2024 The thirteenth week begins (including the seedling phase). The plants look good, most of the trichomes are milky. The plants were watered for the last time today with a little water. Tomorrow the lights will be switched off for the next two days and then they will be harvested at the weekend -13.09.2024 Today the lights will be switched off until Sunday and on Sunday both plants will be harvested -15.09.2024 The plants were harvested today and will hang in the box for the next two weeks before they go into jars. The humidity is 45% and the temperature is 22 degrees Celsius -22.09.2024 The plants continue to hang upside down in the box and dry. The air humidity is around 50%-65% but the fans are running 24/7, the fresh air supply and air circulation are very good so I'm not worried. If anything happens, I will update it here. Otherwise there will be an update when the plants are dry

2018-04-02. Week 3 day 1. It was time too upgrade the 0.1 liter pot too the 1 liter. Did the transplant today. They are a little bit overwatered but i will let them dry out now. This is the newest release from RQS seeds. And i will veg her under a Apollo 10 led and flower her in Growroom Nr2 under a 600 w Hps on a light mover. Its a organic grow and i will be using BioBizz nutrients. Strain information. Fat Banana is a unique tropical indica/sativa hybrid. It is the result of crossing delicious Banana and outstanding OG Kush genetics. The strain demonstrates amazing potency and the THC level reaches to 25%. The plant develops a strong and long central cola and grows up 80-140 cm tall. Fat Banana develops a huge bushy structure outdoors. The flowering period takes 7-8 weeks and the harvest brings 350-400 g/m² under a 600w light indoor and 450 - 500 gr/plant outdoor. The smoke brings sweet, fruity, banana aroma and a very potent and enjoyable relaxing effect. Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it in the best way to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. Our Slurricane was worked with a topping x16 buds that worked really well, we have well aligned branches, here nothing escapes upwards. The small growing bruches are perfectly aligned and it is another fantastic characteristic of plants with low internodal distance.
