Hey, growers I hope that all is well with your grows. I'm here to do my wk.2 check-in to update y'all on my greencrack grow. Everything is going very well so far, started all 3 of them on a small ½ tsp dosage of foxfarm's grow big and big bloom on day 10 of veg and they responded nicely. I'll be starting lst this week and will again give them ½ tsp of each nutrient in their feed.

Started to Harvest most of the Plant. I leave the small second row Buds a week longer and a few big ones to develop further to see how that looks. Start of plant 9.8 End of plant 12.11

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

Hi everyone 😉 End of week five.. Six days ago I transplanted this lovely BLUE GELATO #41 into its final 20l geotextile pot🌱🌲.. It has direct contact with the roots and I have placed some mycorrhises (MICOSAT F) which will have an action in a span of about five weeks.. Always with the aim of trying to get the best from the cultivated strain I created a potting soil that will potentially increase Brix level.. As a base I used light-mix soil of biobizz in most, more than humus and inert material, coconut and zeolite in addition to the perlite already present in the light-mix.. To this base I then added various ingredients of organic origin, but almost nothing from animals.. My recipe includes alfalfa, kelp, calcium carbonate, gypsum, phosphorite, azomite, zeolite leonardite, basalt, krill powder, and neem soil.. I will not be here to list exactly how much I put of one element and how much of another because it is a test for me too and there is everyone who tries for himself, even because the quantities to be used will vary from strain to strain🙂.. I have already made such a recipe once, but being lighter with the ingredients.. Amazing results🤩.. The exposed plants looked like "more natural", I don't think it's a term correct but I don't know how to say otherwise🤔.. Really high quality of flowers, especially as intensity and characteristics of the terpene profile🍋🏵️🍎🍉🍇🍓🍭🍪.. But in words it is difficult to make the idea correctly.. Anyway.. From now until the end I will simply give water, without worrying about correcting even the pH.. The only external additions that I will make will be a little fish emulsion + molasses (fishmix), unsulphured molasses, probably half-flowering banana macerate and maybe I will also make tea, but I will see week by week how to behave.. One more week up we go :) i'.m doing 14h light 5h out 1h light 4 out since they are enjoying it so much i'm going to keep it up until i change to 12/12. the one hour ligth in the midle is just to prevent them from switching to flower. Graduated, and am off from work for a few weeks, so went overboard on photos. Plant is doing well, leaves are starting to turn yellow (strain trait). Can't wait for the harvest and being able legally gift my xmas ornaments to my cousins during our "cousins walk" at our family xmas party.

22 Enero(F55): Solo queda una semana para terminar el cultivo, en estos últimos días se está usando Fade de Athena Nutrients, para ayudar con la maduración y mejorar sabores y olores. La luz de los LED se bajó a un 50% y la temperatura del agua de riego también se disminuyó. Los olores están demasiado potentes, tuve que poner filtro de carbono. Los últimos 4 días se regará solo con agua de osmosis + Cleanse.

Zu letzter Woche hat sich nicht viel geändert außer dass sie noch doller riechen und ihre Buds immer dicker werden 🌿😋🍇 Die Trichome einer Pflanze sind schon sehr bernstein farbend 🍯

Die Seifuku kämpft seit mittlerweile ungefähr vier Wochen mit den Schädlingen. Um dem endlich Herr zu werden, wurden beide Pflanzen in einem Bad mit Spruzit Neem getränkt. Der Wirkstoff ist extrahiertes Azadirachtin und damit komplett unschädlich für uns (in diesem Kontext), und wir sorgen zuverlässig dafür, dass wirklich jede Larve dieses Zeug abbekommt und die Seifuku endlich normal wachsen kann. Zwei Tage nach dem Bad wurden beide ordentlich mit FertiPlus eingesprüht, einem Aminoboost mit etwas Stickstoff, damit sie sich schneller erholen. Die Sour Zoda wächst einfach extrem buschig, kaum Höhenwuchs, aber mit so vielen neuen Trieben und enorm großen Blättern. Deshalb habe ich die Lampe etwas höher gehängt, damit die Pflanze sich hoffentlich etwas streckt. ----------------- The Seifuku has been struggling with pests for about four weeks now. To finally get rid of them, both plants were soaked in a bath with Spruzit Neem. The active ingredient is extracted azadirachtin and therefore completely harmless for us (in this context), and we reliably ensure that really every larva gets in contact with this stuff so that the Seifuku can finally grow normally. Two days after the bath, both were thoroughly sprayed with FertiPlus, an amino boost with some nitrogen, so that they recover more quickly. The Sour Zoda is simply growing extremely bushy, hardly any vertical growth, but with so many new shoots and enormously large leaves. That’s why I raised the lamp a little higher, so that the plant will hopefully stretch a bit. _ Die Seifuku erholt sich nicht und es ist viele Blätter komplett verwelkt und wurden entfernt. Keine Ahnung warum, aber ein weiterführen ist nicht wirklich sinnvoll, deshalb wird nur die Sour Zoda weiterwachsen.
