It's been a very long time since I last documented one of my grows on here and I'm excited to be back.
I got these, greencrack seeds from a friend of mine that lives in Canada.
I haven't yet decided what grow techniques I'm going to use with this grow or even how long I'm going to veg these 3 girls. My last grow I went 8 weeks in veg but I don't think that I'll be going that long this time around.
Hey, growers
I hope that all is well with your grows.
I'm here to do my wk.2 check-in to update y'all on my greencrack grow. Everything is going very well so far, started all 3 of them on a small ½ tsp dosage of foxfarm's grow big and big bloom on day 10 of veg and they responded nicely. I'll be starting lst this week and will again give them ½ tsp of each nutrient in their feed.
Great week 4 for these crackhead hoes lol, decided 2 let them grow naturally. I did a scrogg on my last grow and I loved the results but hated the work that had to go into it so I just wanna keep it simple this time around. I'm considering putting the plant in the front in a bigger pot because she has such good phenos and has developed better than the other two. I also started some very minor defoliation on all of them in addition to going up on the nutrients.
It's been another great week, no issues whatsoever with these girls. I decided to just keep all 3 in the 3 gallon pots that they're in and not transfer to 5 gallons. They're getting quite big for the grow space that I'm currently working with so I have to take that into consideration. I'm going to be switching them to a 12-12 light schedule very soon.
Another great week in the books. On day 37 I made the flip to flower and made a change in the feeding schedule in addition to adding my 600 watt mars hydro led to make it a total of 900 watts led power now. They've really taken off over this 1st wk of flower as u can see in the pics.
These are sum hungry ass hoes lmao.
It doesn't matter what changes in the feeding schedule I make, they adjust.
They're too weeks into flower now and I'm really liking how they're responding. They're already smelling quite a bit and I can only imagine what it will be like in the coming weeks as they continue to develop.
After 3 weeks of flower these girls continue to progress nicely. They are very heavy feeders, giving 2 nutrient feeds followed by 2 water feeds every other day. The bud development is coming on very rapidly now and I can't wait to see what they will look like in a few weeks time.
4 weeks of flower in the books now and things are going well with these 3 greencrack ladies. The flowering stretch has about ended as they have not grown anymore. The buds are really starting to pack on and the smell has increased. They remain on the same feeding schedule and I have been doing mild defoliation every other day instead of doing it all at once.
Took the girls out of the tent to get some better shots for y'all. They are frosty and smelling good. Everything has been going great with them and I can't wait to spark up a fatty when they're done.
If this Green Crack strain smokes as good as it looks and smells than I am going to be a very happy woman when I harvest and cure. I've never smoked Green Crack and the friend that I got the seeds from said that this is very potent. The growing process has been fairly easy and I have many more of these seeds and will most definitely be growing this again in the future.
I'm getting super excited as I get closer and closer to harvesting these beauty's. I removed some of the yellowing leaves last night and my fingers were sticky AF and had to scrub my hands clean, not at all complaining tho lol.
Inching closer & closer to harvest with 8 weeks down already. The trichomes are all at the cloudy stage which is when thc levels are at their peak. I do like to have some amber mixed in there and so I'm going to keep going a little longer. Many of the leaves especially on the biggest of the 3 have started to turn yellow and they're also taking longer to soak up all of the run off water when I feed them.
Probably going to start flushing this week. They've been flowering for 9 weeks and the tricomes are starting to show more amber and the rest are cloudy just the way I like.
I started flushing tham a few days ago, gonna let em go one more week before I harvest. This grow has gone on alot longer than I expected it would and I'm ready to smoke these bad girls already lol.
After 12 weeks of flower this grow is FINALLY over It was a relatively easy grow as far as maintenance and feeding are concerned. Midway through the flowering cycle the smell became very loud and the buds were sticky and frosty. I would definitely grow this again especially since I have around 50 more seeds lol. I didn't add the wet weight of the plants because I never weight wet because it doesn't matter but I will post the dry weight for all of you when they're done drying.
