I just put the seed in the soil and let her do the rest. Maybe helping a little bit her to finish the flower as perfect as possible would not be so bad 🥦🦊 Thanks for all advice. Very easy genetics did only topping at 21st day and just light feed throughout,she is very thirsty for cal-mag from early flowers ,not very much purple going on but i can see some pink going around ,produced very big colas ,now whole plant hanging to dry for about 7-10 days and will update soon 🌞🌞💚✂️😍 End result im pretty happy with love the purple colours too will defo run this again 💚💚💨🍑

Added a scrog net to help fill out the tent and it's doing its job. A lot of bud sites and really starting to take off. these seem to want to drink more than any other run I have had. I have been giving them 1 quart of water daily and they are loving it.

Grow diary 11. This grow I'm running 4 diaries, one for each strain in the tent. So my plan is instead of a week being 7 days, my weeks are most likely going to be every 10 days. I think I'm going to take pictures every 5 days so there is a mid week and end week shot. I'm germinating in my propagation tent which is secret jardin dp60. I soaked the seeds in water for 15 hours. The seeds sank so i took that as a good sign. After the seed had soaked for 15 hours I then soaked the rockwool cube for 30 mins in PH 5.8 water with 0.5ml/L hydroguard. Gave the cube a shake and let it drain for 30 mins before placing the seed pointy side down so the top of the seed is level with the cube. Covered seed with a loose bit of rockwool. Placed into propagator with the sunblaster t5 lights on constant. After 71 hours the seed popped TEMP MAX 34.2C AVG 30.1C MIN 25.8C HUMID MAX 86.3% AVG 80.3% MIN 57.2% VPD MAX 2.07 AVG 0.83 MIN 0.64 Hopefully back in 10 days.

Here’s to a strong start! #BananaKush #Seedling #GrowDiaries **Day 5 – Seedling Update** Great news: all three Banana Kush seedlings are settling into veg! 🌱 The cotyledons look bright and healthy, and each plant has its first true leaf set. They did stretch a touch at the start, but the lowered light and steady airflow should help them thicken up fast. --- ### Environment * **Temp / RH:** 25 °C day – 21 °C night / **75 % RH** * **Light:** LED at 35 %, now **20 cm** above the canopy, 18/6 schedule * **Airflow:** Two fans have been running unfortunatley only since yesterday to keep fresh air moving and strengthen the stems * **Medium:** Light mix with extra perlite in 0.5 L peat pots on a seed-heat mat ### Watering & Feed * Still giving only **plain Gerolsteiner Naturell** (pH ≈ 6.2 out of the bottle) – no nutrients yet; runoff looks clean. ### Observations * Stems are a little lanky from the earlier light distance, but colour is good and the new growth looks happy. * Roots should start circling the peat pots soon; a gentle tug already shows light resistance. ### Next Moves 1. **Up-pot in 3–4 days** into 3 L Air-Pots and bury an extra couple of centimetres of stem to fix the stretch. 2. Keep RH around 70–75 % for another week, then start lowering to ~60 % as they bulk up. 3. Gradually ramp the light to 40–45 % once they’re settled in the new pots. So far, so sweet—here’s hoping for chunky Banana Kush colas down the road! 🍌✨

Week 6 starts 12/31/21 but I happened to notice a weird leaf the night before. The Northern Light X Blueberry auto is very dark green and has sharp downturned tips. Which starts down the rabbit hole of google search to see the cause. I decide that is is Nitrogen toxicity caused by underwatering. At this time I was not really paying attention to when I feed them just whenever the pots were light. I watered them I later realize that while it may have started with underwatering it was so many other problems at once. I forgot to check the ppm or ph going in one day last week so I checked them going out. The run off was 2700ppm and I forgot to look up what that meant. I also doubled the strength of the nutes. 1/2 Saturday I flushed all the plants with 5 gallons of fresh water each that read 6.43 ph & 51ppm. I have Fox farm sledge hammer but for some reason I decided to use just water. The run off was consistently 6.2ph and I rinsed until the ppm was about 450 on NB. 250 ppm on Gorilla Glue and Pineapple express. I then decided that since it was nitrogen toxicity from underwatering that I should not starve the plant so I gave her week 1 of flower nutrients from the Foxfarm feeding schedule at 1/2 strength. I did not use Calmag since it's nitrogen was 2 and I didn't add the boomerang because that has nitrogen as a 1 and I thought since this plant has nitrogen toxicity I should skip the extra 3 nitrogen for now. I set each plant up on blocks so air could totally circulate to dry out the pots. Turned the fans on and waited. 1/6 There has been almost no growth since the flush. NB started off at a little over 9 inches and if I stretch her she is 10 at most.

Nearly there! The left plant was seeded first so has matured before the right plant. There was a 2 week gap between seeding because one of my first attempts died on me. Defoliating the right plant has created some huge top colas, but it needs another 7-14 days to mature. I'm trying to think of ways to isolate the left plant from the reservoir so I can flush it separately and allow feeding on the right plant to continue. Signs of nutrient problems. Leaves are yellowing at the tips and showing signs of an imbalance somewhere. Research needed.

Another freezing cold week !! Before having this plant, i thought that a plant would never survive with this temperatures... but this Afghan Kush proved im wrong, whats amazing because this plants strenght is remarkable, the buds i noticed, are not developing as fast as in September/October, basic grower logic but we are having between 8-14 ºC during the day and 2-5ºC at night.. Wider range of colours, i spot like Purple, Deep green, and even shades of Violet and blue, its incredible :D Last feedings, finished like in the middle of this week and the buds developement degree is telling me, its flush time ... Spotted a few white aphids, but only on the leaves, so not a problem.. Having in mind the temperatures they are not lasting so much hahaha its the good thing Last weeks of life, and i suppose she will be yellowing more during the next week.
