Day 71 from seed the plant seems to be growing beautifully and now they are starting to develop beautiful flowers and they are entirely covered with white snow trichomes it is a very strong and powerful plant to grow what a beauty . I also I defoliate some of the lower branches that will not going to develop well enough because lack of light so they can use that energy on the upper buds instead of the lower ones. thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

1/12: impatiently waiting for lemon auto to finish up. Still not sure what the northern lights is trying to do, but..the little buds are slowly growing. S l o w l y... 1/14: things are getting out of hand in here. Northern lights is bushy AF again but the budlets appear to be increasing in size. Lemon is getting closer every day. Looks like I've got milky trichomes and the pistils are darkening. Still a bit early, but I'd be lying if I wasn't anxious for the space.. 1/15: I've accepted that I have at least a week ish left on Lemon auto,but she's getting there! I did some rather risky defoliation on northern lights and holy shit, she's got potential. I'm hoping she's just a slow grower and those buds will really fatten up! Perhaps lemon is just a really fast growing plant? I've also decided that since space is limited, my best bet is to probably rotate the plants every other day to allow all bid sites an opportunity for direct light. I'm reigning myself in. Once lemon auto is harvested I need to NOT immediately plant another. I've got some mephosito seeds I want to get going, but I've learned my lesson. This tent fits two 5 gallon mature plants... Uncomfortably. Three is too many 😂 1/17: wondering if northern lights has is it her to fatten up. Gave her a good flush &feed. Popcorn buds or not, I'm invested (#forscience). Lemon auto is still finishing up. Can't get good enough pics with phone to see trichomes. Clearly, I have a minimum of a week left, but I got a digital microscope so I can keep track! End of Week 9 of Flowering! I skipped Week 8 because I literally had no time for an update, but not much changed anyway. Temperatures spiked brutally - during Week 8, my growbox hit 32°C (90°F). To compensate, I dimmed the light to 75% power and raised it to about 60 cm above the canopy. This kept temps around 29°C (84°F), with occasional peaks at 31°C (88°F). Gotta say, the ventilation helps a ton, and I avoided any "foxtailing." Since mid-Week 8, I’ve cut all nutrients and only fed pH’d water at 6.2. The plants are still drinking, and under the 60X jeweler’s loupe, they clearly need more time. Most trichomes are still clear/milky, with very few amber ones—especially on the leaves rather than the buds. I’m a bit worried the heat might’ve delayed ripening. A good sign, though: the natural yellowing of leaves suggests we’re nearing the end of the cycle. The Sensi Stars (supposedly 8-week flowering time) still need longer, despite having the fattest, densest buds of the bunch. For now, I’m sticking to plain water and checking trichomes daily, hoping to chop some plants soon. Week 9, Day 63, Day 19 of Flower. Once again all is going well, she is doing nicely, but smaller compared to the Purple Kush and Northern Lights. After this coming week 4 of Flower I am going to switch to only KoolBloom 2-45-28 for 2 to 3 weeks at a 1/4 tsp/gallon. Any suggestions or comments?

Week 9 marks a turning point for the grow. The main plants are deep into flower now, with dense buds that glisten under the HPS light. The plants are massive now, with thick branches bending under the weight of their buds. Every day brings new changes, and I can see the finish line getting closer. 🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process.
