Had a bit of trouble getting this girl going. Soaked for 24 hrs then into paper towel for another day .the other strain I popped was already going strong. Sucked lightly on the seed for about 10 minutes and back in the paper towel over night and she was good to go.
Has been pretty smooth sailing apart for slight deficiency at the start i haven't had a problem which for my first grow couldn't be happier. The 100's of hour's of video I watched prior to starting have paided off.
Been a bit of a slow week . 2 feeds ago overdid the nutrients a little bit and got a little bit of nutrient burn and have turned light to 100%. Thinking it might be a little to close and going to move up 2 inches in the coming days. The frost on this plant is crazy started around day 15 of flower and by the middle of week 4 almost the entire plant is covered and the scent in the air has kicked of this week . So good I just want to curl up in live in there.
Didn't realize I had my dehumidifier connected to my light and not running through the night cycle and was getting up 80% . Back on 24hrs and back down to 60% another 10% would be nice but 60 will have do for now. Buds starting getting some Color this week slight hint of purple looks and smells amazing
Running for 2 more day then 48 hrs darkness. Had to set a portable ac to bring temperature down this week getting way to hot. Not quite where I would like it but averaging around 7 degrees cooler.
This was a very easy plant to grow except for not starting with the cal/ mag early enough and it took 3 to 4 day for the seed to germinate it handled every thing thrown at it without a problem. Even with a 2 week flush it was still going strong after 48hr of darkness before the chop. Probably cut about a week early but the other plant I have going was finished and I didn't have the room or equipment do do them separately. Quite light on the smell but is amazing if only I could bottle it way better then any air refresher on the market. The frost is also ten out of ten super sticky extra long mix of Amber and purple trichomes packed so tight together made it hard to tell when they had changed from clear to milky. Well done herbies seeds looks and smells great. Also think this would have come out way more purple if the temperature hadn't of been so high but either way super happy with end result for first grow.
Had to chop a little early and have been pressed for time did a rough wet trim will tidy up later . Didn't do a wet weight just didn't have the time plus I would rather just get the final weight and not be guessing all week if this 4 or 5 time less dry.
@Ultraviolet, thanks. I have a few friends that grow that aren't really smokers and all about quantity over quality. seen where they have gone wrong . Out to make point and doesn't hurt that the genetics of this seed are insane.
