So you've all seen the problems with this grow. The buds are all foxtails every one of them. Despite that she somehow managed to bring a decent yield. The smell is still the same, sweet and lovely.

We start the first week before sprouted! We are excited to look the grow on RDWC!!

Day 20 - she got 16oz of water pH balanced to 6.0~ on Day 16, Day 18, and Day 20. I topped the plant and then defoliated to leave the 3rd and 4th nodes. The 3rd node is being trained to grow laterally until it reaches the container walls. Once the 4th node matures more, it will also be trained just as node 3. The goal is to train and top one more time in veg to ensure maximum yields in this small 2x2x4 tent.

This weeks been great besides the heat 😬 had some good cooler days that allowed me to really cool down the tent and get a good vpd reading at night. I’ve been trying to hold the humidity roughly round 35, 40% but it’s hard in this dry heat. Been learning to balance temperature and humidity for the best vpd reading. The og kush is showing some yellowing of the tips of the leafs. I’m thinking it’s from the heat. I am like the signs of purple in the one og kush plant. Crazy how they are 2 same og kush seeds and they are both growing similar and different at the same time haha! I love seeing the recovery of the tops and the reward for all the work put into veg! Gonna keep going strong the next 4 weeks! Been doing about 6.20 6.10 for ph. Also keeping the water cooler to keep them roots cool! Great week headed into week 4 after week 4 no more big bud on nutrients. Super excited 🔥 also wanna talk about how well all these strains are growing! Super proud the pineapple chunk is doing great the 2nd plant in the back is a bit shorter but she’s growing strong many tops! And doing well in flowering a little burnt tips on the fan leaves but nothing major! Happy growing yallll!!

Past couple weeks has been a struggle but is panning out to be ok....been very slack on posts...sorry peeps. Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Gorilla Melon de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, las flores son bien compactas y van repletas de resina son muy pegajosas, tienen tonos verdes bonitos, y tiene unos aromas dulces y exóticos bastante marcados con toques terrosos. Es muy sencilla de cultivar, es de ciclo de 2 meses y medio, pero bien agradecida, tiene buenos satélites, de las que plante de fastbuds, podría decir que mi favorita hasta el momento. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Day 48 - defoliation rotate plants and fed with 1.5l each @6.5 ph Day 51 - more defoliation , rotated plants again and gave 1.5l @6ph full week 2 nutes Day 53 - doing some testing here I again gave another full nutes with this feeding to see when it starts showing some nute burn. gave each plant 1.5l each full week 2 nutes @5.8ph

Day 63 this one kinda got overtaken by the others. but still has good solid Buds.

Had a couple of the stems which were almost drooping on the ground due to the weight of the buds, so decided to harvest those two branches today. Also, this week I did a bit more research on when to harvest. I had been waiting for the trichomes to begin to turn amber, but after reading this article: https://www.growweedeasy.com/harvest, I decided to harvest when the trichomes were cloudy. Experts say that the amber trichomes give a more relaxing effect, but I was growing this plant for daytime use. Looked at it under my digital microscope and decided to pull the trigger on the whole plant. Plus, the neighbors were starting to notice the smell. Final height - 104" - 8 1/2 feet - 2.64 meters. Not good. Was concerned that someone would hop the fence and pilfer my plant. Harvested her at 35 weeks - 281 days. Grow diaries really needs to expand the weeks available for us outdoor growers. Started her indoors in Feb. Transplanted outside on April 7th.

I transferred it to a half-gallon pot and I mixed the organic fertilizer with the soil.

This was a good grow, I was hoping for a bigger phenotype but overall I’m happy. She smells sweet and dank, all her flowers are pretty dense and compact. She has good resistance to stress and humidity considering her structure.

Well this is actually where i started. I had already germinated the Green Tea (Forbidden Fruit x Gelato) seed. Now i think i am caught up. I will try to post as many videos as possible. I suck at typing and with the dictation it takes longer to fix the f_ck ups than to just type what I wanted. I can just explain what I'm doing or what I've done for the week. This is my first ever grow journal so it may be all over the place....we will see..... I have multiple grows happening at the same time....sometimes I get carried away...lol....and might have a few more than I expected to have. I will do my best to keep things up to date and current. ~ DUTCH PASSION / SUPER SATIVA SEED CLUB FAST FLOWER 'TESTER' A and 'TESTER' B ~ Well cannafam, here we go again on another growing adventure together! This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/1- Week Seven of vegetation for the two 'Testers' from Dutch Passion/SSSC and they are both taking off with vigorous growth! I have started to include TPS Plant Foods Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae/Beneficial Bacteria to my top dresses to give the plants some extra resilience to the heat that will be coming soon. I've had great success using this combination which really helps with heat stress and can also help to prevent other issues, such as disease and fungus attacks! 6/3- I have upped my waterings to daily, and am now giving the 'Testers' 2g of water a day, along with weekly Compost Teas. 6/5- I topped both plants side branches today, as well as removing some lower small shoots and lower shade leaves to help direct energy to the upper sections where it will needed most. 6/7- Well fam, there goes Week Seven of veg, the weather is getting hotter by the day and these two beautiful girl continue to explode with growth!
