Well, well, well... the long awaited process has begun. Cheers to never paying for good gas again. Day 1: Dropped 12 seeds (6 strains * 2 seeds each) into 6 glasses of water and labelled them appropriately. Day 2: Noticed 60% of seeds dropped within 12 hrs 100% within 24 hrs.. transferred to paper towel in plastic bag.. Some tap roots already emerged Day 3: Placed seeds onto paper towels in six separate plastic bags labelled appropriately around 8p.. 12 hours later tap roots had emerged on 80% of seeds. Day 4: Seeds went in the soil around 2p and by 9p our two seeds with the strongest tap roots had emerged from the soil 💪🏾. (also added two clones to the mix).. Took the last couple days to test out the AC infinity controller seedling recipe to see if it would keep levels I’d be happy with and after a few modifications I’m happy to say I think it’s working well. Day 5: VPD/RH/Temp Numbers are all looking good. Had an issue with my controller not turning off the lights, but I changed the automated setting so it should be on 16/8 now (off from noon to 8P) Seeds all seem moist I even saw a water droplet on one of the leaves, so I'm going to hold off on watering until tomorrow... then probably Friday or Saturday after that. 7 of 12 seeds are above soil and showing cotyledons, 4 of 12 have fan leaves already. Growth is quickly happening! Day 6: 10/12 seeds are above soil. I might’ve messed up the auto flower we planted directly in the five gallon pot, but we will see. 11 days or so until we out grow the seedling tray. Day 7: 11/12 seeds are above soil. The soil in the 5 gallon pot looked very compacted, so I broke it up a bit and the seed popped within 24 hours. I’d say this was a successful germination week! Changed the light time to off from 10a to 6p for temp purposes. Coasting between 70/75 day/night, right at 70% RH, and .8 VPD.

The light is 25” away from the plants now but using a lux meter I adjusted the power of my lights to be equal to what it was before. This week I have changed the 400w HPS lights for a 240w Leds, and I have seen great improvements for the rust burn that used to plague me for quite some times seems to have stopped and repair to the parts still viable started, now I know it was due to hight intensity and heat for 12h on those fan leaves that turned them dry and eventually burned them... I still have to watch out because those Leds are powerful and loaded with Deep red, IR and UV! They are at 45 cm the closest and 70cm the furthest no bleaching is seen so far, I am keeping a close eye on those leaves tip and if I see bleaching to those I higher up the lights for a while... I feel like I am dancing around those marvelous plants, sometimes pulling the lights or dimming them, tucking those fan leaves shadowing lower growth whenever I feel they need a break or a hand! Trying to be a cannabis whisperer lol Added 2 tablespoons of fish blood and bones to top layer with worm castings and bat guano a handful. Lots of spiky hair on one and the other those are curly. They look almost the same, lots of trichomes, at least 16% covered and smell kushy and flowery, very nice. Let's hope the leaves do not get worse and the repair continues, not to forget to offer a prayer to Marie Jane so all goes well! ☺️🌹❤️

Added an humidifier to keep a constant humidity level of 55% in the grow room. The temperature just outside the grow room is 10C, and even more outside is 0C!! It's a miracle I can keep a temperature over 20C inside the room ;) UPDATE: TOPPED! A nice cut just over the 3rd node. She’s still kinda small and fat, and this is because of the light that was too close to the plant last week. Now she’s 60cm far away from that. Because of the top, I gave her 2ml of Voodoo Juice to help her radicate a little bit more. Let’s see what happens!

Nutrients are the same as the week before, as they seem to be happy and healthy, changing out the res didn’t seem like an efficient use of nutrients. I have added 15ml of tea and 10ml of CaMg+ into the 55l res over this past week. As I could see the slightest touch of chlorosis on the biggest girl of the bunch. This has naturally raised my EC from 0.72 to 0.89. Both plants either side of centre were topped on D25. They were both working on their sixth node at the time and I cut them both down to their third node, but just below the forth (so it has a stump). Middle will probs be topped in a couple of days time, it still has some catching to do. I will be changing the res out on D27, but I will post that nutrient mix on next weeks journal.

One love Growmies 💚🇯🇲 Week 3 hitting around. 26.11.2025-Day 16(Week 3) November 25th, officially kicked off Week 3 of Vegetation. That means our girls are today 16 days into the active veg. cycle (measured from the first cotyledons on 10.11) so we are going to make some photos of these beautiful ladies. The Morning Droop Mystery Solved: 💧 You'll notice the leaves in the photos are a bit droopy/downcast. Don't worry, this isn't stress or a deficiency—it's just a routine event: 1. Night-Time 🌕 Application: I hit them for the first time with their foliar spray (PPM) right before lights out yesterday. Foliar feeds must be applied in the dark to prevent light burn. 2. Lights-On shock⚡️ : The pictures were snapped right after the tent lights came on. After a long night, and with the spray still on the leaves, it takes them a little while to "wake up" and lift their “solar panels” back up. They'll be fully standing and stretching within the hour! A Quick Note on Size vs. Time: Some people might look at Week 3 and expect bigger plants, but here’s a tip for anyone running an organic system: Don't panic about size in the early stages! In Living Soil, the plant spends these first few weeks building a massive, resilient root system and linking up with the soil’s microbial life.** 🐛 QUICK UPDATE WITH PHOTOS FROM MID OF WEEK 3- 27.11.2025: Tonight the plants look very strong, so the first training session took place. The girls were topped and bent for the first time. I hope both of my toppings were successful and I don’t stressed my ladies too much to stop them. Fingers crossed for week 4. 🤲🏻🤲🏻🐛

04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!

Die Girl Scout Cookies wurde von 44 cm auf 39 cm getoppt, damit sie ungefähr die gleiche Höhe wie die Gorilla Skittlez hat. Wir hoffen auf eine schöne und entspannte Blütephase. in the last pic i show what to me is a deficiency of potassium in the early stage. To repair this issue I'm gonna take something like big bud from advanced nutrients, what do you guys think? Apart from that I think everything is ok, the overall health is good, the leaves have a nice green, no excessive sign of pests... let's hope that doesn't change same diet as the previous weeks, I'm gonna make an update next week
