12/6/2022: Strawberry Gushers is really starting to fade. Some nice purple showing up on some of the leaves. She has some droopy leaves, so I think she is a bit over watered. I skipped watering her today, other than a light mist to keep the soil on top moist. Orange Bubblegum is looking good. Still showing some fading on the lowers, so I hit her with a compost tea today. About 1 liter. The Newberry is also showing some fading on the lowers, but her leaves are slightly drooping too, so I only gave her .5 liters of the tea. 12/7/2022: watered in the 2nd dose of nematodes today, even though there are only a couple fungas gnats left. Gave each plant 1 liter, mixed with the ThermX-70 and some FishShit. The big update today is with the Strawberry Gushers. I found a few nanners. Caught them real early and plucked them, but if more show up I may have to harvest earlier than expected. Used my Bluetooth microscope today to look at the tricomes and Orange Bubblegum is mainly all foggy, with very little amber. I hope I can give her at least another week or two. The Orange Bubblegum and Newberry are a mix of cloudy and clear, with no amber, other than on the leaves, which doesn't count in my book. I'd still say another 3 to 4 weeks. 12/9/2022: The Strawberry Gushers is really fading, and the other two are starting to fade more as well. The Strawberry Gushers is not taking up water as fast anymore, so I just misted the top soil. For the Orange Bubblegum and Newberry I watered 1.3 liters at 6.6 ph, mixed with BuildABloom, coconut powder, and ThermX-70. Also added some fresh aloa juice I made for a new 3x3 bed I'm starting. Did not see any other naners, and the fungas gnats are almost completely gone!!! 12/10/2022: (Day 75) had about 2 liters of leftover water from by 3x3 bed I'm making soil for, so I split that between the 3 plants, mainly just to wet the top soil. Realized after the fact that the water had some Rootwise Micro Complete in it, which the plants don't need at this point, but it won't hurt. Ph was about 6.5 and it also had some FishShit and ThermX-70 as always. Also, reduced the light intensity down again to 600 PPFD, which is a DLI of about 39. Avg. VPD:1.5 PPFD: 600 DLI: 39

Mandarin Squeeze has had a very week start. She sprouted, then acted like she was gonna dampen off. So I stuck the second seed in the rockwool. It looked undeveloped a bit. So it might not sprout or I will have dueling plants if it does. She is very week, but looking way better then a few days ago. 🤞🏻one of them gets established. I lowered the ppms of fade and PK and it made a significant difference. Everything is back normal and stable again. Lowering light intensity and temp in general to induce maturation. I’m sitting at 10% amber roughly. I’m going to check this weekend and it might be chop chop.

Nothing really new to add this week other than lowering the PPMs, the smell is coming along and looking forward to further developments

She started out tiny but definitely surprised me halfway through. She doesn't really smell as a plant but in the jars and paper bags, she smells like berries and watermelons. Only been a week since I dried her in the fridge but I can't wait so I'm going to try to smoke some of her tonight. Week 12 complete and she's starting to fatten up a tad more. Pistils are going brown but she kicks up new white ones every morning. 80-90% clear tricomes still and as I hoped she looks like she's got another week or two to go. Slight clawing of the leaves and some brown spots but they're very few of them. I've raised the LED a couple of inches just in case of light burn. Or it may be she still has a lot of food in the coco as after checking the runoff of tds it was around 1000ppm but as it's living soil she should just take what she needs and stop when she's had enough. And I'm still just feeding her water as I'm 'flushing' her. The Symphylans are still doing their job well from the looks of her!! After researching Symphylans, they are microscopic centipede like insects that are white and they mainly eat seedling roots or decaying organic matter..so they're essentially cleaning the medium..and they stay under the soil away from the light. They can makes holes in roots for pathogens to enter her..but as she's doing so well and as it's only a week or two away from harvest I'm not going to worry about it. I am approaching the harvest with a cane, another 2 weeks and she will be ready, She has made beautiful fat buds and there are many of them. Now she can only get fat. 😉

Harvested n hung in the dry box. Cardboard with small humidifer on a inkbird. Under A/C on blast the box stays a little below 70 deg. and 57~63% rh. 4 inch duct leading into another tent for passive exhaust from box to tent. No dark period, little early honestly couldve went another week max. Will report back.

D-70 : At this stage, I'm a bit.... surprised that the Desfrans are not taller thant they are. The smallest one is 35cm wich is really small for a 100% sativa strain. The tallest one is about 56cm, wich is also quiet small I think. If I compare with some other diaries, the tallest one could be in the target if we take into account that I trained them a lot during their first weeks. But the small one is almost the half she should be... There's no sign of deficency, none ! I have 420w @ 50 cm from the top, so it's not because of the light. The container is a 20L smartpot. I simply do not understand. Is it juste because of that phenotype ? Will she grow during the next 7-9 weeks untill she'll recover her late ? I Modified a bit the position of the light so the Lumatek 100w FullSpectrum on the side of the box is really pointed to the "slow" girls. We'll see if it change anything but I really doubt about it... The only lead I have is : Desfran loves HEAT and Light. The 2 smallest are on the coldest side of the box, even if it's not cold at all. But it is the side near the window...

Spannabis 2025

Das Problem bei recycelter Erde ist das man nicht weiß was noch drin ist nach dem spülen. Die Erde hatte microorganismen und Dünger vom letzten run, den ich soweit ausgespült habe. Danach hatte die Erde immer noch einen ec Wert über 1.2... Aber woraus bestehen die 1.2 ec? Im Nachhinein sah ich das es wohl microorganismen waren die den ec hoch hielten...deshalb hatte ich erstmal nicht gedüngt nach dem umtopfen. Die Erde war auch noch relativ nass und musste trocknen. Dafür hab ich die Erde auf einer Folie ausgebreitet und 2..3 Tage liegen lassen...aber ihr kennt es , die Zeit läuft und das Zelt ist leer was ein nogo ist :) Somit habe ich die Töpfe befüllt und micorrhyzza dazu gegeben. Wie ihr sehen könnt habe ich dann die Lampe auf 80 % gestellt und die blüte eingeleitet. Damit kamen bis auf die acp. Gold die lady's net ganz klar da die Nährstoffe fehlten. Ich versuche sie mineralisch wieder schnell fit zu bekommen und möchte dann mit Bio weiter düngen. Ich verwende verschiedene microorganismen die ich flüssig oder in Pulverform verabreiche. Heute 15.11. Bin ich am Ende der 1. Bt. Woche angelangt. Hab also noch was vor mir bis zur ernte.
