Hello Growmies, As we conclude week 9 with our Epic Buzz trio, our spirits are high and our grow space is thriving. The introduction of an intake fan has been a remarkable success, significantly enhancing our control over the grow room's climate. Though not manipulated by Tent X's advanced automation, this new system has integrated seamlessly, working wonders for humidity regulation and fresh air circulation. The positive impact on the VPD is clearly reflected in the graph, showcasing a stable environment conducive to plant health and vigor. The plants themselves are a testament to this success; they've stretched up nicely, with the canopy becoming denser by the day, promising an abundant harvest. Each Epic Buzz, from #1 to #3, stands lush and robust, with a vivacity that indicates they're on the right track. It seems they're set to make us proud, not just as individual specimens but as a harmonious collection within our carefully curated tent. The precision in our approach continues to be our guiding principle, as evidenced by the meticulous adjustments to our environmental controls, shown in the steady data from our VPD readings. Our hands-on efforts complement the automated systems, creating an ideal balance that our Epic Buzzes are clearly loving. Looking forward, the prospect of the flowering phase fills us with anticipation. Day 75 - Topped up and changed water and nutrient solution. Cut down on the "Grow" and upped the "Bloom". Trimmed more dead dieing and weak leaves. Also trimmed away quite a few smaller branches underneath that just weren't going to have a chance at establishing any good bud sites and most likes would have eventually died off anyways due to lack of light penetration to lower canopy levels. Back left plant has slowed its height growth almost to a stop at around 31 inches from the bucket rim. Front and back right plants have still been growing strong despite the nutrient cut backs but are also forming good flowers at the same time. Will have to boost up the shorter plant to get closer to light as I keep moving it farther away for the other 2 plants. Day 79 - More watering and trimming.

End of week 3 currently. Will be updating end of the week for week 4. Plants are growing fast and strong. Started the low stress training by pulling the ladies over. Going to keep monitoring environment and watering when dry with decholrinated tap water at PH of 6.3-6.6.

8/25: On cruise-control. We'll see what happens this week, but all is going fuckin' swell, with ZERO complaints. My only change was adding an exhale bag to the tent, in front o fthe fan. I am not trying to reach 1200ppm of C02, but any C02 raining on my ladies is a benefit. Ak-47 #1 is in the tent and reaching for light. Another week and I should be ready to transplant her, a week after that should be harvest time for 1 of the other plants. I'll trade them in an out of the tent with eachother. The grow is going great. Tricombs are blowing up and I even have a hint of purple at the top starting to fade in. I figure 2 more weeks of nutes, 1 week of flush and we're in harvest mode by September 13th. And again, on September 20th. 2 plants are a week behind my main girl. Let me know what you think!

Day 78 - I swear the Orchid is getting skunkier by the day. First thing I smell when opening the tent. Added some pics with a selfie seeds sticker to show the size None of the strains here are Selfie Seeds, sticker was used for showing the bud size. Day 81 - I'm so ready to smoke these plants. The Apple Banana Zoap smells just like the flower I ordered from LIT and it's sticky as hell so I know they're going to be fire even though they hermed. I removed a couple more nanners found lower on the branches that I couldn't see for ABZ#2, NO MORE found on ABZ#1 as of now... Checked PPFD again today: ABZ #1 - 810 PPFD | ABZ #2 - 875 PPFD | Biscotti - 750 PPFD | Black Orchid - 1040 PPFD Day 82 - Used the jewelers loupe and camera to compare for trichome quality against the microscope Day 83 - Noticing reduction in feeding consumption all around. ABZ 1: 0.9L | ABZ 2: 1.5L | Biscotti: 1L | Black Orchid: 2.0L Biscotti is giving a vanilla and lemon terp profile with the pine spice in the background now. It's nice tbh Day 84 - This is the last day of week 7 since flip, week 8 starts Tomorrow. I'll be dialing back my light a bit and the ppm. Pulled the ppm back a bit tonight as I've still seen issues with the nitrogen. Feed tonight was 926PPM. Might have a new nutrient mix to use on them Wednesday.... I can't get better pics with the microscope sorry, I'm too unsteady for that. (Maybe cause I turned the LED down on the microscope)

Killing it this week. Making the switch tomorrow. I will keep spreading the tips through the stretch but I won't be keeping them low. I'm going to let them get some vertical growth so the future buds can take advantage of all available light.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Going too switch plants too a 48x48x80 with two full spectrum 1000 watt defoliated last night

Time for chop is here 🤚🏼😎 Smells good, looks good. I have these three girls hanging upside down in a dark room with a heater on to keep between 60°F & 70°F & indirect airflow in the room to prevent mold & preserve terps. Aiming for 7-14 days drying time followed by a minimum of 21 days burping & curing. Will make a harvest post regarding dry weights smells & better flower pics in 4-5 weeks time.
