Mac is fully ripe to get that stoney effect. Frank should be right in the sweet spot for highest THC. Charlie is a week or so early for that early energetic pure Sativa end of the spectrum. Mac was a fresh wet trim for the photoshoot. Frank just got trimmed and chopped up today so I will take dry pics before they go in the cure jars. Charlie is still hanging with the sugars. Will trim him today or tomorrow. All have a couple days left hang drying in the tent minimum. Will update with pictures as I go! UPDATE: 06/27/2020 Curing and breathing 2x a day since the 23rd. I tried a new germination method this time. I wasn’t happy with the peat pellets I was using. They couldn’t handle the moisture and would mess with my balls. So this time I used small coco pots with coco substrate and dynomyco mixed in. Covered and labeled each one with a ziplock baggy and boom, 3 days later all of them were up and moving. Solid 4/4. Don’t mind the AvT finishing up in the middle.

Day 8: Dampened down around soil again and continued to use the Force to make the plant grow. Day 9: Nothing to report. Mr.Nelson played me songs he wrote. He’s not very good and all his songs sound the same. He should probably stick to just growing weed and leave the singing to the professionals. Day 10: Dampened down around stem again. Looks like it will need a full watering in the next few days. R2 laid down some beats today while Mr.Nelson played us more of his songs. Day11: Gave full watering today. It took 3ltrs to run off. Day 12: There’s continuous obvious growth every day. It was just me and R2 today. It was nice to get a break from Mr.Nelson’s songs. Day 13: Continued to use the Force to make the plant grow. No need for watering. Found myself humming Mr.Nelsons song ‘City of New Orleans’ all day. Catchy tune. 🎶 Day 14: Two weeks old today. Mr.Nelson thinks this is a good reason to have a Rainbow 🌈 Party. Plant looks okay for water. Moving it a little further from the light today.

How is it growing, my fun(k) loving friends? ***INFO*** For more on my setup, why it was monster cropped, and how I made the canopy, see Germination page and subsequent weeks. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! Big hug, lots of love and take care! ***UPDATE*** The final weigh-in is ready. I hadn't seen them in a week, because of my vacation. The humidifier I set up, had failed. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! I smoke for medical reasons and it's used for ritual and healing purposes, never to be sold, as it loses its magical properties. Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. Hi. I have good news - my plant began to bloom after 2 weeks of vegetation. This is good news and you can already see small flowers The smell is minimal - a little mint with sweet aromas. All branches are covered with inflorescences. I am very happy with the fast flowering. Now I will do defoliation of large leaves. I will add more Blooms and PCs to plant diet this week. i will keep light same 18/6. PPM: 550 - 650 PH: 6.30 - 6.50

Hi all! Today I continue to record my DARK Phoenix lady vegetation stage. This week the plant has grown a little. I continue to stretch the branches to the sides, thereby freeing up space for air circulation and light penetration. There are enough fertilizers from the Green House Seeds and the plant looks healthy and strong. I added some root food from GHE and also the Urtica from GHE. I continue to water every day, since it is COCONUT and it should always be wet - then there will be no salting. And I keep the PH in the range between 6.3-6.5. I Added slightly more fertilizer to water this week, so the PPM is about 650-700.

This week the wedding cake recovered nicely from the topping and looks full and bushy. No issues occured. See timelapse for the growing progress

In my growing experience I always had bigger harvests with mostly indica hybrids than with sativa ones and I think this is mostly common, I was much curious about this strain in the auto flowering version, since the DNA genetics photoperiod seeds are still not re-assorted, Fastbuds did a good job, the smoking is fruity and woody with strong high, even if I prefer the taste and the indica high of their other Strawberry, the Pie, thanks Fastbuds and thanks to all who growers who looked at the growing 🙏🏻💚 it’s toking time now 🔥

Hello. My Royal Gorilla auto continues to bloom. The smell is so cool . This is smell number one of all my grows . So exotic fruity and sweet smell. I water in the same way: every day to prevent salting. The plant genetic amazingly nice - very fast flowering time. I think may be one more week bloom and 3-4 days to clean the plant. Fertilizers RQS Organic Nutrients are great and enough for full cycle. I added some more extra food from GNHE and HESI

Hello ,friends!!!! My RUNTZ continues to bloom. Earthy smell with hints of mint and hashish. I water in the same way: every day to prevent salting. I wrote earlier that this plant at the start showed the hay very well, but then it was stagnant in growth, the plant stopped drinking and eating until I washed it with clean water. This time I missed a week. :( Never mind, I'll give this sort one more chance. I added some more extra food from GNHE and HESI

Plant is doing well, its definitely slow to grow buds, but all the stems have multiple bud sites with lots of pistils, some trichomes are just starting to develop. Cant wait to watch true buds form this week! Ill be doing a water change on saturday, and upping the PK booster "big bud" Its the end of week 4, and there are tons of sugar leaves forming on the colas, true buds are starting, and theres decent trichomes forming. Most of the main tops are super close to the lights, but theyre not burning because I turned down the intensity after noticing minor burn last week

Finally set up my little grow tent and moved in my bag seed plant . I’ve switched it to a 12/12 cycle and started adding jungle juice bloom from advanced nutrients to her feedings .

Everything going well c02 bags shoud activate soon so with fans being able to run so low because of the led's I expect bags to be a winner got co2 kit ram controller was going to wait till next run which will be sealed but might give it a try as fans running so low (Any comments friends?)

The buds continue to get fatter everyday. They look very sticky as well. This really is a fun grow so far and the buds smell wonderful just wonderful Wow!!

Pheno #1 New floral notes took place. Still sweet and fruity, but the gas has dissipated. Great density and bud size. Pheno #2 Sour citrus dominated by lime aromas. Good density Beautiful buds covered in trichomes Probably the keeper Pheno #3 Bananas, pineapples, damp earth Biggest buds but not the stickiest Pheno #4 WOW!!! Huge aroma switch here!! GASSY af. Turns out to be my fav for the terpene profile. Not the most vigorous/productive one tho. Gas/sweet/exotic wood Pheno #5 Tropical and hazey Needs more delarfing Definitely more on the sativa side.

This week has been fun. The sea has exploded with green lots of growth tips pushing up past the big fan leaves. This is our last week of veg so towards the end of the week I'll defoliate a little bit and then give them some time to recover before we switch to 12/12. Not feeding any extra nutrients just rain water into the living soil and I think I got some mycelium growing, which is awesome. Given how impressive the vegetative growth of this train has been I am super excited to see what flowering is going to be like.

This lady is huge. She has stretched like made going into flower. I really cleaned out a lot of growth so I don’t get a ton of popcorn nugs. She is drinking a lot, anywhere from 7-10 gallons every two days. 😎🍿🍻🌱

It's been a big week for these girls and I have a LOT of photos as well as a video. It's a lot to rearrange because I should have uploaded them in better order. Maybe I'll fix it later, but for now most of the content from 8/5 is before 8/1 On 8/1 I purchased some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a local mushroom farmer down the road. I crumbled them around the base of each plant. My main reasoning was because of the Night Nurse that's been having some problems, but in the end I think all the plants will benefit from the added mycelium, especially during this flowering phase. The mycelium will spread through the root network allowing a greater uptake of nutrients in trade for sugars, which I'm supplementing in the form of molasses. I also defoliated the fan leaves on 8/5 since we're only a couple weeks from harvest. I think it was a good sign that those leaves were strong and weren't easy to come off. We got a lot of rain that day!
