Another smooth week for everyone but the twisted helix. This plant gets the award for the most unhappy plant I have ever grown. The leaves are dying off fast and she isn't looking good. Just trying to keep her alive long enough to make hash out of her. Sugar Cane buds are pretty small compared to the others but she's full of trichomes and still has some time to put on weight. Jack Herer has a super strong lemony aroma. Everyone is still stacking up. Not seeing any swelling yet so we still have some time before they think about finishing up. I put the dehumidifier in the room this week. Hoping to start getting these girls chopped and trimmed in the next few weeks, but have to let them do what they do.

Pretty much set it and forget it. Tuck some leaves back under the net every night and refill the water reservoir every couple of days is all my duties right now. This Super Lemon Haze is incredible. Every single node on every plant was topped at the start of the week. It must have been 100 nodes I topped. 2 days later the net went down. I’m hoping to get one amazing pheno, so clones were taken from all plants in a hope for the lemon holy grail. HOLY TRINITY = SHARP LEMON SMELL/ROCK HARD CRYSTALLY BUDS/ SUPER LEMON TASTE These nutrients are superb! No burning of the leaves and they completely dissolve in water. Did some defoliation to get ready to flower. Took off a ton of huge fan leaves. Don’t really think I removed enough, honestly. Removed a couple lower, small branches and chopped the top 4 nodes of my tallest plant. It was getting too tall for the tent, and is now the same height as the others. Put the cuttings in some rapid rooters with rooting hormone. Will hopefully have 6 clones total!

End of week 12 and she started to produce some decent buds

So I am halfway through my first harvest and I'm starting to feel like I may have been impatient! Would appreciate any advice or constructive criticism from any experienced growers out there! Do you think I harvest the rest of my plant now or leave it a while? Any tips/hints on the best way to maximize bud density? Thanks in advance

Day 21: They did grow a bit. The weather continues to be bad. It's like 10 to 12 degrees at night and daytime it is like 15 to 20. It will stay like this for another 2 weeks. There is not much I can do for now like LST because they are not stretching, neighter the newer branches. Hopefully they will grow larger but I don't expect them to be maximum size at week 2 of flowering. I expect them to pre-flower in like 7 to 14 days. Until next week!

Good bit of growth this week, plenty of bud sites forming and she is drinking alot of juice. I think she is doing really height wise, I only vegged for 4 weeks to keep her height appropriate and I don't want her to stretch too much towards the light so she's growing accordingly. I accidentally split the topped stem during transport when I forgot she was attached to the grow bag but she seems fine and getting on with it. As soon as all the budsites have formed I'm going to defoliate and get some light on them lower budsites and make her focus on growing some nice colas. Next time I will leave the LST on until about now cos she's straightened up a lot and it's a bit more crowded lower down than I would have liked. Going into week 3. looking forward to seeing some more progress this week to hopefully get this girl transplanted into 3 gal fabric pot and under a veg LED light. Popped two other seeds. One is doing great and the other one seems like it had a hard time penetrating the sub, the leaves opened but the root looks like it is coming up out of the sub.
