Day 51 - Really bushing out and getting wider. Some more hairs are visible, yet no real bud production yet. Roots are long and healthy looking. Still going strong with the same nutrient mixture. Day 53 - Topped up water today and had a casualty unfortunately. 😕 Day 56 - Switched lights to 12-12 to try and induce the flowering process on day 54. Today they are looking like they have more hairs coming along. Also topped up water again. Plants are still growing very fast. And getting bigger and bigger.

Hello. This week is start of my 4th year on this site!! 😃✨🎈🎁 , also this is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Things are going well in here. I got in here on the weekend and did a big trim/prune and sucker branch removal too. In some of the pictures you can sort of see through the plants to the floor or wall. That is just right. Not too much taken off, but the light can still pernitrate to the lower buds. The plants are in shock because I took a lot of leaves off and will need a few days to get over that and start to grow again. At this point, I can tell when they are over the shock, by how soon the resin starts to appear. They should go right into resin production after coming out of shock. I don't know if I'll make seeds this summer with the Gorilla Face males. None of these males have much of a smell with the rub test. They all have 4 inches or more of distance between the leaf sets since being repotted. Even the one I thought was going to remain short, has 4 to 5 inches between leaf sets. I might put pollen on the 2 shortest females just to see what I get. It's hard to find a good male. I'll wait another week before deciding. I put a sercuirty door/gate on my greenhouse door. I've had an open door in the summer for years and have always been worried about getting ripped off by someone walking in from the street. Now I can leave the door open and not have to worry so much. This way they have to break something to get in now, better chance of catching them. Ok. See ya next week. Chuck.

Definitely one of the taller ones out of the 12. I need a few good daytime strains with energy & no anxious paranoia. I'm working on finding more of them for daytime motivation.

She seems to be recovering well from the Calcium deficiency. No additional spotting and the heavy pruning was a good idea. I made some adjustments to the bucket design to minimize the heat from my UFO light.

Been fading really well. About 11 days into fade and buds are very close to done. Will likely be cutting it down mid to end of week. Has a few more fade days and 48 hours if darkness to do. Medicine is expensive and, luckily, I am now able to grow my own where I live. I started growing in this 2x4 Gorilla Lite tent and "piece-meal'ed" my setup together. I started with one Mars Hydro TS1000 and was fortunate enough to get a second one before I started flowering. I used a 6-inch AC Infinity fan for exhaust and a 4 inch AC Infinity intake fan. Using a Gorilla carbon filter and it works great.. I added an Exhale CO2 bag at this time not really realizing that it wouldn't do much good for a few weeks still... It's impossible to find oscillating clip on fans where I live so I had to make do with some non-oscillating fans. Grew in 100% Purple Cow Indicanja soil and did not give ANY nutrients during the vegetative stage (they did just fine). I probably under-watered versus over-watered for quite some time as folks at the friendly local grow store kept telling me that I'd inevitably overwater at some point as a first time grower so I waited a long time in between watering fairly often...

Care Bears was an awesome plant to grow, it grew fairly smaller but massive colas on the whole plants. The fruity smells that come off this plant is amazing but also has a hint of that good old dank smell, awesome purple/pinkish colours off of it . Highly recommend growing this strain is you haven’t already. Breed by: firebuds genetics

My first grow ,I started with a HPS 600 double ended light Lumatec and at the beginning I knew that summer ☀️ is coming and that I'll have to change to LED , Fighting to keep my temperature and humidity at the right range .I made a decision to go with 20 / 4 light cycle.
