Our Zamnesia photoperiod plants have also started their journey into the magical flowering period, this is the first week. ---- The general environmental conditions are good, the heat has increased a bit again but for the first weeks of flowering it is not a big problem, let's remember to never exceed 27 degrees centigrade in the last 4 weeks to avoid jeopardizing the quality of the flowers. If necessary, open the growbox but never let it exceed 27-30 degrees where 30 is already a lot. The good thing is that as soon as the lights are turned off the change is already visible a bit and as autumn progresses we will also improve. The humidity is fluctuating but we try to control it with two dehumidifiers when necessary, pushing both possibly not into the growbox but directly into the room. (I dehumidify the room and the air in the growbox should also be dehumidified) - Our two Karen Kush plants had a bit of a hard time during the vegetative stage and I applied my emergency rule when a plant isn't doing very well. The plant that was having the most trouble was topped and is now about to send out 8 central tops and two lateral tops that were LSTed and have been branched out, really beautiful, great work, I told the guys at Zamensia that I was trying to come up with something and fingers crossed it seems I succeeded. A result that is obviously pleasing to the eye as well. Beautiful. This one is still in the vegetative stage in a separate small growbox. The second plant was also having a hard time, it seemed to be going into deficiency, it showed signs of over when I tried to recover so I gave it a good clean to give the plant less stuff to manage and now it seems we're going straight up well. She's flowering with the others. --- Technique chosen as I mentioned one of the two plants was left to vegetate, topping on the main central line up to 8 buds now growing. However, unlike the main lining, I left two side branches which also have some nice branching and I applied a symmetrical and pleasant LST. --- Feeding Program - The fertilizers are always Plagron and I am following the table that I generated on the site depending on the substrate chosen. Create your card and follow it, never be presumptuous my friend as I have been in the past, follow the card and look at the plants, not all need the same amount of fertilizer. More calm this week, not a lot of people mention on here that the work load reduces a couple weeks after the big stretch. Not had to do too much except a little bending as she’s still getting a bit too close to the lights again. Most of the fan leaves are off now, that I can reach that is. No more reservoir changes now until it gets the chop, as my nutrients stay fairly consistent for the next 3-5 weeks. At around 950 TDS @ 0.5 or 1900 PPM. Still no nutrient deficiencies, the longest stretch I have gone without at least some spots or marks on leaves. Would be interested to know what you guys think she might yield now she’s just about into her 5th week of flower?

Here's your weekly update with all the exciting developments in my grow: 🌸 The Smell is Popping: Week 7 brings a delightful aroma to my grow space. The scents are becoming more pronounced and captivating. 🌬️👃 🌈 Colors Galore: The plants are showing off their vibrant colors as the flowers mature. You'll notice burpling on the leaves and the emergence of orange and red hairs on The Queen plant. LOVE IT ! 🌺🎨 💧 pH and TDS Levels: Throughout the entire flower stage, my pH has remained steady at 6.33. That's great! As for the TDS levels, they currently stand at 750ppm and 1150ppm, providing the necessary nutrients for your plants. ⚖️🌱 ⏳ Flowering Progress: The Queen is proving to be a quick finisher, with only 46 days of flowering under her belt. She's looking almost ready, and it's time to grab my handy DIY microscope to examine the trichomes closely. Keep an eye for the desired level of ripeness! 🔍🌿⌛ 🍪 Oreo Big Stuff: Although not as far along as The Queen, the Oreo Big Stuff will need an additional week of flowering before she reaches her peak. 🍪⚡ 🌿 Zweet Og: The Zweet Og requires a bit more patience. Thank you all for this amazing support on this bananas journey💚💚💚 Uploading and updating each week content on daily bassis so please revisit this diary if week not over yet. So far all going great. Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! At the start of week 4 she both went into flowering and grew 30 cm... The hight growth has slowed down towards the end of this week... but the is producing nice hairs... everything nice all on water... hope she keeps on like this... fingers crossed👍
