Alright folks, I hate to admit it but I messed up. I deleted the photos for this week and I was so disappointed when I realized I did. My phone was glitching after an update so I did some maintenance and made some space, thinking I'd already uploaded my photos for the week to my drive because I'd done so for the Autos, but hadn't done the photoperiod pictures😣 But at least there's a video. On 8/1 I went to the local mushroom farmer just a couple miles down the road and got some spent hardwood substrate blocks. While there's not enough food left in them to make mushrooms, there's still live mycelium. The mycelium creates a symbiotic relationship with the cannabis plant by entering the soil and taking up residence in the root system. The roots can only take up so much surface area, but the mycelium can take up much more. So in exchange for sugars from the plant, the mycelium gives back nutrients. So in order for the mycelium to enter the soil I crumbled a couple blocks around the base of each plant and then watered it in. I hate playing this game of catch-up but it's just been wayyyy too busy and I've had hardly any time in the garden.

SuperSativaSeedClub Purple Punch OG Auto So one out of the two got the chop this week and hung to dry. The other will be getting the chop this week as I'm just starting to see some amber on the trichs. The one that was chopped is super super sticky and smells really pungent. Definitely had more weight than I'd thought but hard to tell until we get a dry weight. All in all highly recommended strain and will definitely not be the last from them that'll grow. Especially if they turn out the way these two did. Trimmed up the second plant and yet again it really surprised me at how heavy the flowers are. I'd have to say for doing a little LST training, I didn't do anything to spectacular to get such an amazing outcome. The smell is super pungent and just as sticky as the first that was chopped. Week 4 and I’m really looking forward to harvest now, density on the peyote it’s quite firm to to the touch which is great as I am only using a 250w HPS. Starting a bit of LST to the taller one; was getting too close to the light for my liking. And some also light defoliation here and there on both to help the light penetrate to the lower buds. The LSD has made a comeback and is starting to look just as the frosty as the other girls but still doesn’t look as though it will yield the same, that said I think it still has a bit more work to do. This week again had some challenges with power and humidity but we push on. The ladies are getting seriously frosty and start to fatten up. They all looking good but the Lemon Zkittles is most impressive. Also the one pheno of Gorrila Cookies is frosty frosty frosty. But all the plants are looking good and stacking on buds nicely. Looking forward to harvesting in a couple of weeks. Here to hoping no more power or humidity issues, only fat and tasty buds ahead

So, the nutrient lock is fixed, the humidity is under control, and these ladies are looking super vigorous. We will flip very soon as the stretch will fill out any holes in the SCROG net. We will also clear the bottom of these plants in the next day or 2, taking lots of clones and making sure we have that SOG. We have introduced some workers, 10 praying mantis to keep an eye on any pests.. the video of the mantis is from another grow, not the OG kush Light is about 70% ATM and i will turn up to 80% today, Spiderfarmer have kindly sponsored us with a Light controller, that arrives imminently and as soon as it does, it's week 1 of flowering and the light will go to 80% - then 90, then 100.... We have had serious rain here, the relative humidity outside is 90% and the temp is 31 degrees. We continue to feed with our own nutrient schedule. The remaining plants after 2 days isolation have been moved indoor to finish underground 600w hps and a more controlled environment.
