La marca recomienda sembrar directamente al sustrato, aquí, en suelo vivo funcionó perfectamente, una no dio a luz pero ya tenemos dos nuevas representantes! Debo decir que la marca me envió mi paquete de 10 semillas y dentro había 12!!! Que alegría!!! Los brotes tardaron 5 a 7 días en aparecer pequeños entre el húmedo ambiente inicial. Hello Growmies, The first week of flowering has wrapped up, and I'm pleased to report that she's stretched evenly through the ScrOG. I've been doing some light defoliation where leaves were overshadowing other shoots. She's showing a clear preference for a pH below 6. Anytime it creeps above that, the plant begins to experience nutrient lockout. I'm keeping a close eye on this and will adjust the pH as necessary. Hey Peeps, So its been quite a bad week for my girl. Its rained every day apart from today and shes been lollipoped not by me. The damage that you can see actually occured over one night, in a word carnage 😔 Ive taken her out of her hidey hole about mid week as one more attack like this and shed be dead, just gonna have to risk her out in the open and hope that the neighbours dont notice if she recovers. Le main-linning ce passe à merveille la capacité de récupération de cette souche autofloraison est appréciable et surprenante. Jour 28 comme à mon habitude je surveille les besoins en eau de ma plante. Je sous pèse mon contenant il est léger j'arrose donc ma plante avec un peu plus d'un quart du volume du pot avec une eau ph6.3. Je la laisse récupérer du stress du main-linning subis la semaine précédente. Jour 29 elle est déjà remise de son stress je continu mon mainlining dans le but de lui donner la forme que je souhaite. Jour 30 je profite que mon contenant soit léger pour ajouter en griffant le substrat 1.3 gramme de feeding biobloom de la gamme d'engrais de chez greenhouse. J'ai attendu la cinquième semaine pour ajouter l'engrais par peur de sur engraissage. J'effectue une dernière taille apicale ce qui me permettra d'obtenir les huit colas souhaités (vidéo explicative) et je peaufine mon LST par soucis de symétrie et d'esthétisme. Jour 31 repos mérité Au jour 32 je finalise mon LST et j'effectue un arrosage toujours avec un quart du volume du pot en eau ph6.3 a laquelle j'ajoute 0.5ml par litre d'eau de topmax biobizz Jour 33 les cola principaux ont récupérés de la coupe je les palisse pour leur donner une forme de T Jour 34 le mainlining est fini il me suffira juste de l'ajuster lors de la prochaine semaine. Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. We are at 27 days of flowering now and they are starting to change colors now. The gorilla is really turning yellow. I could of gave her a bit of nitrogen but this is just a practice run with my custom bred seeds so I'm letting it go. Alot of frost showing now. I'll maintain the reverse osmosis (RO) water regimen until she ceases sprouting fresh white pistils, a testament to her ongoing development. It's a delicate balancing act, providing enough support for her increasingly heavy branches burdened by significant gains, yet the plant's structural integrity remains a priority. Visually, the transformation is captivating; she's commencing a magnificent fade, with the unaffected foliage adopting a rich, deep purple hue, bordering on an almost blackish tone – a stunning display of her natural lifecycle. This chromatic shift isn't just aesthetically pleasing; it's a clear sign of the plant's life cycle progressing towards its grand finale. The chlorosis-free leaves, once vibrant and full of life, are now taking on this regal, somber palette, indicating that maturity isn't far off. In future I must take not that lamb’s Breath can thrive in cold conditions, but I am going to witness if the growth will accelerate or just level out with the coming of spring. Week 6 starts with a mild weather but in a couple of days a cold front makes land fall in Jozi and the last brought snow, but my babies survived and look at the love of my life, showing aggression when it comes to growth… I wonder if the transplant and the extreme cold will hinder growth, nature does miracles in front of us on a daily. She’s loving the compost mix, hopefully she will love her new home, if my calculations are right, all I have to do is only add nutrient only when I defoliate. The amount of nutrients in this medium is boardline toxic.
