Been on 12/12 for a week and this girl is getting stretchy. Starting to look like preflower. Did some defoliation and spread her branches out a little. I moved her to the middle of the back row because I am trying to pair similar sized plants up for even light height. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...waiting on the #2. 🧐 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2203 and I anticipate seeing her sister poking her head out real soon! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. The #2 tester has finally made an appearance and this will be Day One for her! She looks great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Day 36: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: I removed a few more leaves here and there and did one last round of LST (low stress training). 🌿 The plants are looking great, and I'm going to let them recover now before sending them into the flowering stage. I'm really excited to see them start blooming in 2-3 weeks! Also, a quick update on our temperature issue: today, the temperature stayed below 26.8°C, which is great news! However, we still need to find a solution to keep the humidity levels up. Our 360 m³/h exhaust system isn't able to maintain the required humidity level. I've calculated that we need a humidifier that can evaporate 1800ml/h to maintain 60-70% humidity, which would help manage the temperature better. Does anyone have tips for a good humidifier or other methods to control the humidity and temperature? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Day 37: Hey everyone! Tomorrow, we're planning to buy some Cal-Mag because we suspect the yellowing leaves might be due to a calcium-magnesium deficiency. We're also going to get a pH test kit to make sure everything is balanced properly. Do you think this is a good idea? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Day 38: Hey everyone! Quick update: it turns out the yellowing leaves were due to a nitrogen deficiency. We increased the fertilizer dosage today, so the plants should start looking better in 4 to 5 days. 🌿 Thanks for all the support and suggestions Day 39: Hey everyone! Another quick update: after increasing the fertilizer yesterday to address the nitrogen deficiency, it should take about 4 to 5 days for the yellow leaves to turn green again. 🌿 We're already seeing improvements! The plants have grown significantly and are developing a dense canopy once more. It's great to see them bouncing back so quickly! Day 41: "Hey everyone! Quick update: we've removed the bands we were using for LST (low stress training) and are now letting the plants grow freely. 🌿 We plan to keep them in the vegetative phase for about one more week before transitioning them to the flowering phase. Excited to see how they continue to develop!"

This is the 5th week of flower and theses plants have larger buds now then many plants I have grown at 8 weeks. I am astounded by how well they are doing. The temps have gotten a bit colder at night then I would like but they have not seemed to be bothered by it other than maybe getting a bit stickier. I am beginning to wonder if I can make it 9 weeks with these buds as they seem to be fattening up as fast as they do in the last 2 weeks. Good thing I have a scrog net or the branches would be sagging. The stems are thick and the roots are sucking up 1.5 gallons every 2 and a half days now. I am thinking about eliminating the one runt plant as the buds on it are tiny and it is just taking up scrog space that could be used to get more light to the plants that are developing the huge buds.

📆 Semana 8: ¡Últimos riegos con nutrientes para la Gorilla Cookies! Esta semana hemos realizado el último aporte de nutrientes, manteniendo el equilibrio de PK para asegurar el máximo engorde antes del lavado de raíces. Las dosis han sido ajustadas para evitar acumulación de sales, y el pH se mantiene óptimo para maximizar la absorción. Los Adlite siguen demostrando su efectividad en esta etapa crítica. El Adlite UV55 ha impulsado el desarrollo de tricomas, logrando que la resina brille aún más bajo la luz. Por su parte, el Adlite Red55 ha intensificado el color y el volumen de los cogollos, consolidando flores compactas y aromáticas. La combinación con el Mars Hydro FC6500 continúa siendo excelente para mantener una luz intensa y homogénea en todo el dosel. Las temperaturas están controladas entre 23-25°C, y la humedad se mantiene en torno al 50-55% para evitar riesgos de moho o botrytis. Los aromas se están volviendo cada vez más complejos: la dulzura y el fondo terroso se intensifican, mientras que el característico toque a galleta de la Gorilla Cookies se hace más evidente. Los tricomas están mayormente lechosos, con algunos aún transparentes, pero sin presencia de ámbar, lo que indica que el proceso de maduración sigue en curso. Última fase de engorde y máxima expresión de resina... Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Vegetative Woche 3: Tag 29 gab es das erste LST nach dem Umtopfen für die Ladys, damit sie das Zelt bald schön ausfüllen zu viert 😊 Hierfür einfach bodenhaken für die Triebe und am Hauptstamm nutze ich gerne die roten Clips. Tag 30+31 gab es nichts besonderes zu tun 😊 Tag 32 wurde das erste Mal gegossen nach dem Umtopfen mit 2l ph 6.2 Wasser mit 0,8g/l Enhancer, das Wasser habe ich zum ersten Mal mit meiner neuen Akkugießlanze verteilt und ich hoffe so noch gleichmäßiger gießen zu können 😊 Tag 33 wurden wieder mit LST gearbeitet und die Triebe mit den Bodenhaken weiter nach außen gebogen, damit ich möglichst bald ein relativ gleichmäßiges Blätterdach habe welches die gesamte Grundfläche des Zeltes ausfüllt. Tag 34 war wieder Ruhetag Tag 35 wurde wieder gegossen und zwar wieder mit 2l pro Pflanze mit ph Wert von 6.2 und 1ml/l Calmag und auch hier wurde zum Gießen di Akkulanze verwendet. Und so endet Woche 3 der Veg

Had bad but burn on my big one flushed it had it on water for last 3days will start by it on Mon again giving her a lil rest snapped a stem managed to fix it my 2 smaller ones are doing really well my other cpl are away to different tent for something different

We found some hermies on the Purple Purple. The breeder said that they’ve only found one stable pheno that didn’t hermie. They are considering doing feminized seeds but haven’t moved forward yet. I cut all the branches off that had hermies (about 1/4 of the plant). I dried it in the myherbsnow and pulled 75g of citrus 🍊 with a great energetic, not racey, euphoric head buzz. I have 3-4 side branches of one of the White Criticals that appear to have been pollinated. I put a white twist tie on all the suspect branches so I can keep them from going in my stash.

Finally flower. They are 4 feet now. What am I going to do? I don't want them to burn into the light.

The Quebec Blues are starting to develop more now during flowering I’ll start feeding Diablo nutrients cal mag and monster frost every feeding during flowering. These plants have been growing well and just need defoliations for airflow and flowering sites. I’ve been following diablos feeding calculator 3x a week, and the plants seem to be growing well. Ph is balanced each feeding. I’ll start documenting weekly flower development starting the next week.
