Hi! Girls are looking healthy! I usually do my last heavy defoliation on week 4. Then from there on I will only remove leaves that are blocking prime bud sites to help fill in those lower bud sites. ✌️

@Ukfarmer420, can't tell looking at it that it's your first time nice job. I would guess they'll finish up in three to five weeks just by looking at them but I haven't grown this exact strain... keep doing what you are doing because they are happy n healthy 👍
