Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Everything on the readings seem well. Plant two seems to be having some kinda nutrition issue. I'm not sure what it is on the first set it leaves. Plant one is seeming to be super strong, healthy, and green. Gonna just keep watching the water levels and ph and keep on trucking.

Closing thoughts. Damn easy plant to grow responds well to training have fairly uniformed plants only on kept the purple trait but that's ok we can selection breed for that. I am happy I decided to go this route with the breeding the girl scout diesel really complemented the mother plant

Nachdem ich mich leicht verrechnet habe 😬 Ich benötigte für mein Netz nur die Hälfte aller Zweige 😨 Beim meinem nächsten grow toppe ich besser in Zukunft bei 4 Nodien, lässt sich besser aufteilen. Nun ist Gute ziemlich spack geworden, das dauert jetzt ein wenig bis sie sich erholt hat, danach schick ich sie auch gleich in die Blüte 😃 An Tag 50 habe ich nochmals geschnippelt und ein 2 Netz eingesetz. Jetzt habe ich die richtige Menge an Zweige. Nun dürfen die Zweige noch etwas länger werden bevor ich die Blüte einleite 😉

I feel like this turned out better than it should have. Amazing genetics.

The buds smell like candy, it's a first for me with this strain and although the plant is short it seems like the buds will be of good size and quality.

Day 50. Girls still on water diet, one more watering, or maybe even two more left. In video tried to highlight, most N hit plants, others are more than fine, thinking to throw out all who still in veg or didn't made through canopy, its still jungle at mines ... Nothing special, supercroped plant recovered well, think i have two new objects for HST ;)))) they fly, but stretch patern that they got from to high lights is repeated even when they reached optimal height, mistakes are bad and have long lasting consequences... One third of flower is done i guess, only couple plants will be bigger than an ounce, but i think i have like 40 of them ;))))))) Next time i count ! Day 54. Girls are very dry, some leaves still curled now from that, not only excess of Nitrogen... My night shifts don't leave me time, whenever i am back - they sleep... 12 hours shift, bike, train ... no time left at all, but .. Today they got still water , but i added 2ml of silica acid to it, ph after all - 6.6. Thinking to defoliate them sooner or later, maybe even today ... Next watering full feed or maybe not, if i rip all that leaves away, still valuating plants, would do it last week, but had no time ...

The plants structure has become more sturdy and have seen development of more side branches developing I have topped both side branches at the 2nd node as didn’t want to top main bud site and have been doing light defoliation of the bigger fan leaves hoping to see more development and have seen a development in the lower 2 sets of side branches and have seen more development in the top section of the plant too

Sprouted Alfalfa 7g & corn 14g , blended , strained & diluted to a 5L , foliar followed by a soil drench , 3 days later you can tell the natural PGR kicking in , just for life can get barley sprouted , always catches mould lol and after 5/7 days one or two sprout haha

This lovely lady is awesome to grow. She grows fast and very thick and sturdy stalks. It transitions to flowering really fast only after 3 weeks she was already starting. She also packs on the trichomes really late. But her colors are a complete different story 😍.. She starts throwing the red on the bottom of the leaves but flowers came out a BEAUTIFUL dark purple with a lot of orange hairs.. The bag appeal is SWAG. Would recommend this lady just on how much stress she can truly take and still produce. Good job with this one @Sweet_Seeds
