Well week 1 of flower first day 12.12 light schedule finally figured out how to make changes to heights and nutes on this sites diary, starts todayran into a slight problem with the jack herer seeds they had a rare over growth of inner follisge that developed after topping and within 4 days before going into today week 1 of flower to remove scrog net and re prune they seemed to react differently than other breeders same strain but no big deal cut netting off to avoid damaging during end of veg before plants Garrett to tall which I have the room for just not the extra time it would of taken so we are starting flower and will just grow wall to wall in this 48x48x80 tent

The plants have been flushing for almost a week now. Really starting to change colors. I can't wait to see how much I get from them.

6/14 These are some thirsty girls. It seems the roots have filled the grow bags. The added wind makes it so that I need to stay on top of the water. I also need to spray again. When defoliating I saw some WPM on the very inside of a couple plants. I killed a few aphids on one plant. It seems if I just manually kill them it takes a while for them to repopulate. Also found a worm. I should bust out the BT but I am undecided considering I have the WPM as well. Foliar spray will probably be Dr. Zymes or lost coast plant therapy. Note LCPT seems to not do shit against aphids. Will update as the week progresses. UPDATE: Went back over after noticing strong wind. 15mph sustained wind had my plants going as sideways as possible. Luckily the vertical trellis and supports I made have stopped any major damage thus far. I decided NOT to put tarps up on the south which is where the wind is coming from. I hope I do not regret that decision. I plan to spray tonight. 6/15 Rained all night so I was unable to spray. Surprisingly no damage from all that wind. 6/16 Rained during the night and soil was still wet so didn't water this morning. I noticed markings on one of my transplanted seedlings. Found Thrips. I've never dealt with these before. I was planning on spraying BT but now I'll need to switch to something else. LCPT, Dr. Zymes, or spinosid (captain Jack's dead bug). Considering I have been dealing with PM I'll try to use something that will deal with both. I'll update as I go. I have defoliation I need to do on at least one plant. I also need to reevaluate my space and consider moving a couple plants that way it isn't to crowded. Another windy day but it's from the north west which is better as the tree line and tarps help.UPDATE Went back over and watered all plants. One plant had a slight droop which is surprising considering the two days of rain. The wind dries those grow bags out quick and it was sunny day. I watered the one that looked a "little" droopy first before applying Lost Coast Plant Therapy to the entire garden with a half gallon pressure sprayer. I hope this was a good idea. The droopy plant got treated last. We shall see tomorrow. 6/17 Everything looked great this morning. Lightly watered before feeding 2 gallons. Replaced microbe brew with kangoroots this time. Plants looked very happy. No negative results from the lost coast plant therapy. If anything they look better. My cage is getting overwhelmed. I need to remove at least two smaller plants. They are exploding in that 50gal and the tote. If I removed just those two I think it would work a lot better. I would have more room to work as well. 6/18 LCPT doesn't seem to effect aphids. I noticed a few on ONE plant and had been killing them manually. Population was only on literally a leaf or two. I think my follow up treatment will be Spinosid. It works great and hits pretty much everything. I've used it once already. Plants are incredibly healthy. Leaves were wet so it lightly rained last night. I lightly watered as the soil still seemed moist. Different size containers makes a consistent watering schedule difficult. UPDATE: Went over and watered tonight. Checked the one plant that had a few aphids for aphids and found like a dozen lady bug larvae instead! They survived the wind and had babies! These are just wild guys that are all over the place here. Couldn't find a single bug other than that lol. 6/19 I watered early this morning lightly as the soil was not totally dried out but then it started pouring. Plants looked great this morning. After the rain I'll do some defoliating and check for any remaining thrips. Later in the day we had torrential rain that knocked out my cameras. Plants look fine as you can see and all cams and motion sensors are back online. I have backups but still. 6/20 We had torrential rain but plants are fine. Watered what needed it lightly. Bags dry out fast and I've found I need to water often or some will droop. Found spiders that had killed a couple of my lady bugs. I killed what I could. Still need to defoliate and apply second application of whatever I decide.

Partway through last week I noticed that there was no runoff after feedings. I increased the time the fertigation pump runs to 2 mins twice a day. It seems like either the root system is drinking up more or the added aeration has changed how much runoff comes out. Plant 1 has fallen behind in growth. The inter-nodal spacing was so tight that the new growth was being strangled by the older fan leaves and other growth. I adjusted the LST to help and pruned a very small amount of leaves. It seems to be doing better, but is several inches shorter than Zkittlez 2 which has had some really explosive growth. I started the scrog today, bending many of Zkittlez 2’s branches down to fill out the tent. I bent a few branches on Zkittlez 1, but it’s still a little short. This week I upped the nutrients, almost doubling the Cocos A & B, Multizen and Cal Mag. I still tried to keep EC down though, only allowing it to rise by about 300mS/cm. This could actually be the first week of flower, but think I’ve started to spot some pistils, but I’m not sure. I can’t find the breeder’s info, but think it’s supposed to have a 4 week veg time and 10 week flowering period. Update: lots of pistils being thrown out especially from Zkittlez 2. It’s definitely the first week of flower. There has been a lot of growth since the start of the week. I continued to bend branches down and tuck them under the net, but now that buds are really starting to take shape I'm going to lay of any further stressing. I noticed that there was little runoff over the past couple days. Yesterday (Monday) I had to refill the reservoir and mix up new nutrients because there was only an inch of water left. These girls have gotten a lot thirstier over the past 2 weeks. I've upped the feeding times to 3 minutes twice a day.

Hi all . This will be the last week of these girls now . They’ve both been flushing with RO water and I will continue that a couple more days before harvest . They are certainly ready and cannot wait to have the final result dryed and tasted . The smells from these girls is unreal . They have a strong fruity smell and are sticky as hell . It’s going to be messy when harvesting !. Couple more days flushing and I’ll give them the chop and hang to dry . I’ll update with a harvest once that’s done . Started off great but had a little slowdown after topping. Didn’t stretch as much as expected and stayed a pretty stout plant. Responded well to top dressings every 3 weeks

Was a pretty smooth week for most the girls. Showing some steady growth. I topped all of the plants around day 12 other than the slurricane 7. Ph got a little high since the nutrient level was too low to buffer it at the beginning of the week. Slurricane 7 and sugar cane are the ones that took some damage. I think they will be ok though. I upped the nutrients to 1/4 tsp per gallon and the ph has held stable since then. Should be able to start some training the middle of next week and looks like we might be going 2 more weeks on veg before flipping them to flower depending on how this upcoming week goes. Guess you will have to show up next week to find out...

Week 14 Day 101 Flower Day 51, she's just about there. Going to apply Terra Powers finisher later during the week. She still has a lot of mycelium left on top and throughout her, I really dialed in the enzymes on this grow. My charts aren't updated properly I'll finish it this week, and will be showing root shots and hopefully we will be seeing a covered pot in roots and not just compacted soil. There's been a lot of fungi and mycelium, that is partly down to Terry Power mixing well with organic soil, it works well as a great soil conditioner. But it takes a while, I constantly fed this girl enzymes. And man O man, look at them buds. The colas are huge in length, and that's down to poor mainline practices and uneven energy distribution. As for left and right been similar, well, put it this way, you'd struggle to actually make something that's more uneven energy wise than this, there's nodes growing over nodes, nothing is even, really terrible mainline it the way it's meant to be done, the purpose was totally ditched here and it was very lazy. And to be honest, unknowingly is an understatement. And the fact I had such failures on my 2nd round with germination, I got to focusing the last few weeks, and pult it all back together and I've hit l got 2 pretty darn good looking phenos, (with no clones taken, another rookie mistake, if you find a pheno you should always have a clone tent and a few weeks into flowering if it's no good or hermies than ditch them, but if you get one like my SLH dwc with very low leaf to calyx ratio if you just have 1-2 clones, you are golden. So currently I have 5 different photos running and I'm pheno hunting. Anyways back to this grow. So, she's nice and fat, but nothing you'd really want to clone, there's nothing special about it. Medium-calyx ratio and good frosty bud. I'm happy with it. Thankfully I'm running a few of the New Green House Unreleased Strains for testing also for barneys so I think photos have stolen my attention. Keeping the RH between 40-45 temp is more stable atm at 28c not really getting low temperature as we are in the height of summer. But I don't care, I have the winter coming to do terpness. I've got 1 SLH left, I just hope she's a good pheno. The buds on this are monsters, and really happy with them. Lots of mycelium left so there's food left and then later in the week I'll apply the finsher. Just a low dose. D103 Sadly my mycelium got hit with some mold. Only 2 small spots, 90% most of the mycelium went through the norm, it degraded as organic matter and made for some heavy buds, she is struggling to hold herself up altogether now, am going to have to brace her to get the best out of the last 10days. She is done, but because of ALL the heavy minerals, that aren't organic, it has HAS to be flushed. Now I was on the ropes the last few weeks about flushing but I've been flushing both my SLH for the last 4 days and when you walk into my tent now, wow, the bang of 🍋 is so strong. I'm so glad I flushed these, As I was like, this is a multiple award winner, so I was like, its not from the smell of the bud as it stands but wow, its like she's at to been doing a 10k run and is sweating, the smell is so beautiful. Wow, wow, wow. I haven't been this excited to try some weed, ever. About the mold, its never a good thing. But as it started on actually fungus I'm not too worried about it. Now, if it had of just been there, I'd be like shit wtf, so I dug through some soil and scraped away the 2 bits of mold, DISCARDED, and mixed up the remaining mycelium into the soil with the spoon I use to mix my soil on top to help dry a little if over watered. Solid week. Very fast growth despite topping. Amped up the light a little bit and will begin some LST soon to try and spread the plants horizontally. Updates as we go. -8/10/2021 - Did some LST, HST and a little cleanup of some lower crap that wasn't too promising.

Week 9.5 been really busy ,I added the light bar under the canopy to help with light penetration as well as a few rounds of defoliation ...they have been very thirsty recently so I've upped the amount of food .

SONG OF THE WEEK: Joyner Lucas - I'm not racist 👈 play it twice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ------- Day 72 - The ladies are packing nice nugs , the supercropped one is looking like she still wanna produce new flowers and new pistills 😁, the nugs are hard , really hard and smelling a sweet mango/exotic flavor but it's stealth as you have to be close to smell it. The "christmas three" one is more sensitive to high RH and a bit of mold were removed out of 3 spots so it's fair to say that she's not really strong in front of the others but the buds are hard rocks and smelling really good like mango & sweet all around the garden 😍. The last one got the nicest bud structure , likes tons of little calyxs stuck together but she's also the one with less smell. ------ Day 73 - 21.09 - 27 days left before the harvest so today will be their last feeding with Greenhouse Hybrids powder to have enough nutrients for the last days before tap water on day 76/77 then a full flush on day 80 until day 100. The Ec were 1.45 before my PK boost and 1.62 after with 6.4 PH for that last feeding 🌺🌹 ------ Day 77 - Last day of the week , they start to yellowing a bit , the next flush will hopfully increase the yellowing process to get naturally rid of the chlorophyll.
