Sticky harvest, had to run the clippers through a steel wool pad basically after every cola. She yielded 59 grams, little over 2 ounces. Smoke is smooth piney with a grape understond sweetness. Unfortunate she came down 3 weeks early, but the smoke is still pretty good. Got her in cure now.

The white continues to grow very well, the new branches born from topping grow quickly and grow well, beautiful brunches are expected. The trunk widens impressively. We use Neem Oil + Potassium Soap for protection every 3 days and Lord Grow nourishing foliar every 15 days to protect, improve and give co2 via the leaf.

This week looks great so far. All the plants seem to take there leaf stripping in stride and have pushed out more frost. The bud sites are exploding with white hairs and the smell is starting to take over. There is definitely orange citrus coming from pheno #3. The #1 pheno leans towards its fathers side and has a mild pine under tone but a very sticky almost sap like stem rub. Everything has been cruising along this week. environment is in check and the plants know it. I will start adding a few bud shots in the upcoming weeks to get a better look at the pheno types.

Durban Poison Grow Journal: Week 23 Update We are officially in bloom! * Canopy & Vigor: The Durban Poison photoperiod crew is looking exceptionally strong, maintaining impressive lateral spread and building a lush canopy out on the deck. * Flowering Transition: The girls are powering through the bloom cycle, showing fantastic vertical structure, strong stacking along the main colas, and steady development at every node. * Nutrient Management: With the shift into the new month, the setup is primed for a fresh round of top-dressing with nutrient-rich amendments to sustain heavy flowering demands. * Environment & Health: Sitting comfortably in their 25-gallon fabric bags on dollies, the plants are soaking up the high-desert sunshine, while the companion marigolds continue to thrive right alongside the root zones. Update 8.23.26: Before the sunrise this morning, I got up and applied a top dressing of kelp meal to the plants to help with the flowering stage. It should help with Bud density. turpenes and tricombe development. Because I ran ran out of my liquid nutrients, I'm going with worm casting for nitrogen, Seabird guano for the phosphorus and kelp meal for the potassium.

With another good week under the belt, the tent has been flipped to flower. A pre-flower strip will be performed sometime in the first week here, and then it's off to the races. I'm hoping to see around 150g without trim from this go, let's see how we do. -9/24- Performed a first week strip to let the ladies breathe a little better, looking good. Still a lot of leaf mass to go about photosynthesis, just removed the less useful leaves and a handful of sucker nodes that had little or no light exposure. -9/25- Noticing the stretch bit time. They gained about 1/3 their total height in the past couple days.

Flushed them as I think they are only a week or two away from harvest. They are getting really heavy and as I had to move them to the shower to flush them properly I tried to be careful not to break any branches. The PH is about 8.0 of the tap water, so after flushing I gave them enough PH 6.3 water. One or two plants seem to be finished, they already have some dark trichomes - but I can't harvest them as I only have this tent. EDIT: Humidity is currently a huge issue, there has been rain 24/7 since yesterday, so keeping humidity at oround 30-40% is impossible. Currently at about 55% - I know, it is too much but there is nothing I can do.

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on this awesome little Northern Light Blue Auto from Delicious Seeds! I have been giving plain tap water run through 2 KDF filters as of 9/5 and I moved her into the bloom room under quantum boards set on 12/12 to make room for the next run and maybe help her finish faster. 9/9 - She seems to be bulking up a bit in her last few days, but I waited a day too long to water and got she started to wilt/droop a bit. So, there are a few dead/brown leaves I've been having to pick out of her and thus begins pre-harvest defoliation. 9/13 - More defoliation and put her in a loosely sealed box to give 48-72 hours darkness. Harvest, coming soon. 9/15 - Checked her today and she could still use another day to dry out. I have never tried the darkness before harvest thing, but a lot of growers swear by it. So, I figure, why not? I will let her go until she is a bit drier and then give her the chop! Thanks for checking out my diary. Hello everyone, Week 5 of flower started and the tangerine dream looks great, she flowers surprisingly fast. I gonna start today giving her 1,5ml pk13/14 per liter water. After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

👋🏻 All growing well! I have let them grow naturally this week without much interference. I have been rotating the pots every few days and have also added another lower fan to help with airflow. Today I added some sticks to help open the canopy and I plan over the next week to start securing some branches down with wire along with some light defoliation. ✌️🌱☘️
