Enjoyed this grow, easy with no dramas. All were topped grew very vigorous, stretched and filled out nicely. They all displayed differences in growth style but yielded same quality 👌 Cant wait to blaze one down..🔥💥

Casey's Rollex OG grew well. She finished in 7 weeks of flowering. Which was super fast. I fid run a little longer as it never looked ripe then, but started fox tailing as well. So it was a confusing finish the bud has a good citrus and earthy aroma. Really frosty. I have a feeling this will be a strong couch lock experience once done. 2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems. Come walk in the enchanted forest.

I got rid of bigger leaves, did little bit of stretching. The plant was healthy, let's see how much it will grow in a month before turning lights.

Starting to do extremely light lollipopping only for leaves blocking budsites or budsites that will not get enough light Day 35: #2 is starting to smell of limonene. #1 and #3 are like 3-5 days behind #2 in terms of flowering. #3 is very slow and the runt of the bunch. Hoping for 3-5 more weeks of flowering before I cut them down. Will likely cut #2 a few days before the others.

Guava Runtz Automatic – Woche 5 Meine Guava Runtz Automatic befindet sich aktuell in Woche 5 und zeigt einen richtig schönen, buschigen Wuchs, der mir persönlich extrem gut gefällt. Sie entwickelt sich sehr kompakt und gleichmäßig, wirkt dabei absolut gesund und vital. Ihr Gesamtbild ist kräftig und stabil, genau so, wie man es sich in dieser Phase wünscht. Bis jetzt sind noch keine Anzeichen der Blüte zu erkennen, aber ich gehe stark davon aus, dass sie in der kommenden Woche damit beginnen wird. Die Voraussetzungen dafür sind auf jeden Fall perfekt. Ich bin mir sicher, dass sie ordentlich abliefern wird – sie macht jetzt schon einen sehr vielversprechenden Eindruck. She is developing in a very compact and even way, while looking completely healthy and vigorous. Her overall appearance is strong and stable — exactly what you want to see at this stage. So far, there are no visible signs of flowering yet, but I strongly expect her to start transitioning within the next week. The conditions and her development definitely point in that direction. Very easy grow so far hardest part is trying to control room tempreture....plants really like the mid 70s for tempreture and a bit cooler at night...plants are growing so fast you can notice every time I look at them

Welcome to week 3 of my grow diary. Since the plant has grown really well, I decided to top it. I made the cut above node 3. I usually do it above node 2, but I wanted to try something new this time and gain some new experience. Maybe it will work better this way than usual. In addition, I will now just let the plant grow without LST. If it is really necessary, I may decide to do it. At the end of the week, it had reached a height of 14 cm. There was no growth stoppage at all after topping. The Sour Jealousy seems really robust. FastBuds always delivers great quality. So far, I've only had one plant that remained a dwarf due to topping. So big shoutout to the breeder! See you next week

This week kicks off 6w of flower for unknown and she’s going!!! Super excited to see the trichomes increase because I’ve had two days where, it was very unexpectedly hot and could do little to nothing about it even with fans. So she definitely suffered from heat stress but, the super low temperatures (constantly 😍) after that has made up for it. I believe the best is yet to come with this lady but, I’ll continue to play it cool and safe with her! She’s also very resistant to low temps compared to wwa. This week also kicks off w11 for wwa and she’s also living up to her name (so I’ve read 😏) with, the increase of trichomes over the last week! She also suffered from heat stress but, has bounced back amazingly and is fattening up. She’s also looking to be very purple (due to low temps) I believe I’m a few weeks out but, continuing to slow roll things! Thanks for stopping by this week 👋… Have a great day reader ✌️😎😎.

25.7. Defoliation done! Plants rotation done! Im happy with process :) they have lot of smell at this stage. Watering at ph 6.4 with no fertilizer. 29.7. Everything is perfect 🙏 31.7. Plants are healthy, buds even so fast looks hard 😍

April 22 Sooo, i decided that the leaves that were getting no light and that the plant was naturally killing had to be removed as well as some initial ramifications that hadnt grown so much and were not forming any buds. I ended using powerzyme the other day and I will be using fast food minerals (BAC) mixed with some foliar alg-a-mic and see how they feel about it. The smaller ones seem to be streching so much more in this vegetation stage that i am afraid i will have 5 monsters in a couple of weeks. I know that there is a lot of discussion about pruning autos or not, i personally decided to go with a SOG though initially i was thinking more of a SCROG, but things got a little out of hand and i think it was the perfect moment, 3 weeks more to flower and recover from the stress. I will update in a couple of days. April 24 2 days after the defoliation the plants seem to be doing all right, buds are progressively getting bigger (or at least that´s my impression) and they are still getting taller, I honestly wasn´t expecting this size from an autoflowering strain, I´m very pleased with this LSDs. To get them through all this stress and since I had been only adding enzimes to the water for about 10 days, I started again with BACs Fast Food minerals yesterday (2,5ml/L though BAC says 4) and they loved it. Some of them were starting to have their leaves a little bit sad and they are now just reaching as much as they can to the light as you can appreciate in the video. End of the week Buds just seem to be getting bigger and i think they are no longer growing taller, they seem happy. Watering them every 2 days with 1 liter of water - food - water... and they seem to be fine with nutrients for the moment.

Gran Jefa is definitely the biggest. 🍋 🍊 already shows that she probably will be the tallest... ...and she is the first that got fimmed (on day 16 since they sprouted out of the soil.)

A great week for the sherberts. They have been topped and pinned and are growing out great. Always praying always happy. I wish my kids were like these two!. No dramas to report. They seem to like any enviroment they have been subjected to in order to keep other plants in the grow space happy. They take the cold just fine. they love the warm also. Only thing i found is they had issue sooner then others with RH over 70% ( i was running high RH to fix my Chibas) #1 has bee cleared of nodes 1 and 2 and will have another topping in 3 days or so. #2 i plan to grow out node 1 cut 2 and top 3.. Giving 12 colas in total after final topping. Started feeding some grow to them at an EC of 1.25. I was planning to repot but they seem okay atm. Maybe next week. I also dropped 2 hrs off the light scehdule so they are running on an 18/6 from 20/4. Added a little vid of the grow room ATM😅👍 Thanks for stopping by. stay safe.. Grow well.
